Went there to see why my cat suddenly couldn't walk. At 330 am he was fine. I was told that he has a blood clot and needed to be euthanized. I went against what the veterinarian had said took him to my own personal veterinarian to find out he indeed did not have a blood clot. He has arthritis in his back to think that I almost euthanized my cat of 17 years because of the words from a doctor who did no diagnostics. I'm only sharing the story with everyone so you can get a second opinion.

I have been taking my two fur babies here since I adopted them. The staff are awesome and so helpful. The doctor is gentle and very thorough with his exams. I would not take my babies anywhere else

I love this small town Veterinary Clinic. They always take good care of my fur babies and I without being over priced. The staff is amazing. I’d recommend it to anyone. They were also very very sympathetic when I had to put down my 14 year old Jack Russell. (I drive 45 mins to get to them and it’s totally worth it.)

Had kinda of an emergency to me. They got me in within 1 1/2 hours of the call. It wasn't an emergency to them. They seen it before.

I like Dr. Stahley (not sure if spelled correctly). It is on the expensive side. And sometimes I have to wait for 30 minutes past my appointment to see vet for yearly checkups. I do like the way the rooms are set up. As well as the extra side entrance so I can keep my pups out of the waiting area when there are kitties waiting.

Always pleased with visit experiences. I have 2 little ones, it can be pricey to care for them properly. Don't usually complain but today found out they do no work with Chewy. One of my girls need meds that are fairly expensive, much less so with Chewy. Please help us afford to take good care of our pets.

My cat was a diabetic and every month he needed his medicine and when I would call for his medication the lady would tell me he needs blood work first which was $200. She wouldn't give me his medication until I got the blood work. She was so rude that I left and went to new clinic and they said that was unbelievable. She is not an accet to that company. My cat just past away and she wouldn't even cremate him cuz I never got his bloodwork. She definitely shouldn't be working with animals. She's the one who mostly answered the phone. I hope the doctor reads this and takes care of this situation. I'm not the only person that left cuz of her. The doctor is actually amazing but she's going to bring the business down cuz of her attitude.

This was our first visit for our two Kitties. The vet and her assistant were both great. Cleaning ears...getting their shots....nail trims and exam all went really well. Their experience with calming and making the boys appointment as comfortable as possible for 2 one year old Cats was apparent and impressive. I would recommend them and will continue taking our fur babies to them for future Veterinary needs.

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. Veterinary Negligence. Litter of three kittens, all got sick one passed- took the other two to This Vet the very next day. Vet "checked" over the kittens, did not check their weight, eyes, ears, anything. looked inside mouth, dropped one kitten on his HEAD, noticed a few fleas made it all about fleas. Said the fleas would make them anemic and make kill them, said to bathe them, treat other animals, and that they would be fine! said they would both live. Paid $400 for medication I won't even be needing because both kittens he checked passed not even two days later. We WILL be receiving A FULL refund, and or compensation or we will be taking legal action.

Absolutely 💯 % satisfied with the visit. DR. Stayly was fantastic with my cat and his staff was so 😋 sweet and both very caring towards my cat! Will definitely take her back there next yr. She was given a clean bill of health, she needs to lose a few lbs. But other than I am very 😌 satisfied.

Firstly the vet just automatically told me to put my cat down acting as if his life quality wouldn’t improve and it has he’s moving around much better and been cuddly Because of ME. Then every time I’ve tried to call this week for the subfluids he really needs they are closed. I drove up there no sign on the door or time of operations on it. This is unprofessional and now all I want is my cats medical records pulled from them very displeased cause I had planned to get a check up for my cat

I could not have been happier on my first visit. Everyone is awesome and caring with my dog Daisy. The rates compared to Louisville (where we moved from) are hands down Amazing! I am thankful to have found them.

The staff was very friendly. Clean and odor free. Easy process and quick service. My only complaint is that I never recieved full services that I requested and was over charged on nail trims ($20 per dog) due to covid? I would have liked to have known all the prices upfront.

Best vet visit I've ever had! I was blown away at how cheap my Maverick's first puppy visit was! The cheapest vet visit I have ever had!!! It was $80 cheaper than another clinic I called located in Sellersburg. The staff was super friendly, professional and efficient! Will definitely be taking all my pets here for future visits. 10/10 Highly Recommend!!!

The care and genuine interest I have received in regards to my dog here really sets this clinic apart from the rest. They are not here to turn a profit, nor here to nickel and dime you. My dog was attacked by a German Shepherd. The staff were efficient as the cost was very affordable for such an emergency. I paid $110 for the exam, antibiotics and pain medication

They were fast. There was a room open and ready for us. We didn't have to wait very long for the doctor. He was very attentive and caring. He also listened when I asked him about getting a lower priced medication and he found us one that accomplished the same thing. Vet bills are expensive. There's not much any of us can do about that, but they were really great this time.

Quick service in the morning. They have a very open schedule on daily appointments. Good customer service. Friendly as well. Now, there two things I don't like about this clinic. There dental cleaning fees starts at $300 an I don't know how they are booked for months considering it's expensive. Second, they are forcing the customer to buy there different brand of heart guard protection with them and because they offer it they won't give you a prescription and they won't price match either. I understand the no price match, but denieing a prescription...when you go to the doctor and you paid for the visit you also get your prescription and you take them to whatever pharmacy you want. It should be the same with the dog. I paid for the doctor visit. If this is not illegal. It should be to my opinion and them they bring me there more expensive choices for the beginning. If I didn't ask they never would it offer me the other options, but even like that she never mention a generic option either. Besides that part; vaccines cost are reasonable. I paid $140 for doctor visit, yearly vaccines, rabies, heart worn test, eye pressure test and canine flu shot.

Recently we've had a very bad experience with our dog who had cancer. It was brushed under the rug and undiagnosed for months after he started losing a concerning amount of weight and acting very lethargic and unlike himself. It took trips to different vets to be recognized and was diagnosed too late to be treated. They mismanaged his cancerous spots and left him bleeding profusely which caused a trip to the ER vet. I nor my mother will be bringing our dogs back because of the wariness we now feel for this vet.
