Stopped in at the recommendation of a friend during my drive down to Nashville and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helped me decide what type of espresso and flavors to try. The drink was delicious and so well priced compared to some bigger chains. I loved the atmosphere in the shop too—lots of seating variety, plenty of tables and outlets for those visiting to do work or homework or play games. The fireplace was a nice, warm touch on a cold day, too. :) Will definitely use this as my halfway stop in the future when I drive down to visit friends!Vegetarian options: They have some bakery items available for purchase and vegan milk options on the drink menu.Dietary restrictions: Vegan milk options available upon requestParking: Parking is available right in front of the store with plenty of options in the squareKid-friendliness: They have a variety of board games on site to keep kids entertained

I was so surprised! What a sweet little place. I stopped in and the staff were so friendly and kind, explaining to me everything I had questions about. The coffee was delicious honestly some of the best Ive had. When they were out of a syrup, they helped me find a perfect replacement that was so good. The vibes are good in there too super sweet and cozy. I’ll be coming back!!

I love this shop. It feels small town which I love. People walk in as you’re playing board games and ask what you’re playing. Munching on delicious ice cream they strike up a conversation. It’s so welcoming and to have ice cream and coffee it offers something anyone in your family can enjoy.Don’t like coffee? Get a milkshake. Don’t like ice cream or coffee??….. seek help.This shop is the perfect addition to Charlestown and I hope they thrive as they deserve the success coming their way. I will keep hosting my game nights here.

Best ice cream in town. Popular for a lot of sugary beverages but a regular cup of coffee isn’t an option here. For a healthier choice look for the no sugar added (NSA) cashews & caramel or NSA strawberry ripple.Parking: 6 or 8 parking spots in the back of the building but unless you’re driving a compact vehicle expect to not fit the car in one spot. Handicap parking is also in the back and recommended for wheelchair users.

If your ice cream is served based on weight how do the employees know how much to serve? Do they weigh the ice cream because if so I never witnessed that on my visit. I would like further explanation on this.

My family and I stopped in and had a wonderful visit. The staff was so kind and helpful with our 5 children. They gave out samples and explained each ice cream. Our shakes and ice creams were made to perfection!! We will be back in the future.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered online, waited 20 mins (the suggested time) and went in to get it. The clerk at the counter said she never saw an order print. She looked it up and found it. She comes back 5 mins later to tell me they were out of something I ordered. I said that was fine, I would just take a refund because I was already late to the event I was going to anyway. I was then informed they were not allowed to give refunds.I then asked the clerk to call the manager because I wasn't walking out the door without my $30 worth of drinks or a refund. The manager also told they were not allowed to refund people.Are you kidding me?! You are the ones who didn't have half of my order, as well as not having your ordering system set up correctly.In the end the manager called someone, the owner I assume, and told me they refunded me online. I have yet to see the refund. If it doesn’t happen I will just report them to Venmo because I never received my product that I ordered.If you can’t trust your staff to do their job, don’t hire them. If you want to limit what they can do, you need to be there to help in these instances. Putting teenagers in a position to have people get mad at them is poor management and ownership. The poor clerk said that so many people yell at her because of this, so that means it isn’t the first time this has happened. Do better management and owners!

Very friendly employees, but many lack training to make the basic drinks. One of the employees didn't even realize that one of the drinks was on the menu board.The buzzer on the entry doors is loud and annoying. Many patrons have made this same observation. In addition, the drive-through buzzer is obnoxiously loud as well.

Honestly my go to spot ! Great coffee and even better customer service. Would highly recommend :) !Dietary restrictions: They have separate milk options incase you cannot have whole milk! I think there might be sugar free options as well

When I moved to Charlestown a few years back I remember thinking this town needs a coffee shop. Thank you Charlestown Coffee & Cream for making it happen! This shop is such a friendly and cozy environment. They have an extended amount of board games to play and couches to chat with a friend or study for your next ambition. They also have a variety of ice cream flavors if you need to cool off. I will definitely be a regular visitor of Charlestown Coffee & Cream.

I'd like to give three and a half stars but that's not possible. We've been here a few times and the first two experiences were just fine, 4 stars at least. The ice cream tastes great and there is a large selection, so those are positives obviously. It does feel a bit pricey for the size of servings, but doesn't everything lately? My kids always want m&m toppings on top of their ice cream and last time I considered just buying the M&M's and taking them to put on there because that would be so much more economical. 🤷The last couple of times we were there just weren't as great though. I follow this business on their Facebook page, and I understand that they have explained their scoops may feel smaller because there's no air in the ice cream or whatever the explanation was. We were fine with that on the first two trips. I went in expecting smaller amounts of ice cream than we might get at other places. Scoops were noticably smaller than other places to me, but my kids didn't seem to pay any attention to that. Each time we've been they have gotten one scoop with a topping. The last two times though my 7-year-old held up her ice cream and showed me how small it was and was super sad. My 13-year-old always gets her scoop in a waffle cone, and the scoop was so far down inside the cone It was comical. It was smaller than our first couple of trips even. I hadn't ordered mine yet so I ordered two scoops so I could share with my kids. We watched as the employee weighed the ice cream scoops and then started taking small amounts out of the two scoops I was given and weighing again. So I guess they're cracking down on over serving, and we should have been getting less in the past. I'm pretty sure my daughter ate her ice cream in less than four bites. I mean honestly, I think I'd rather have the air in my ice cream just so my kids think they're getting more. Not a terrible experience, but just not great. Maybe the employee was new because it also seemed to take a very long time to get three cups/cone of ice cream with a total of four scoops.We will be back though to try again (until my kids revolt) because it's convenient and the employees are usually nice.

First time trying this new place out. I walked in and was greeted immediately which was great, asked if I wanted to try a sample and to let them know. I was super excited to see blue moon ice cream there because I can’t find it anywhere but my home town, 5 hours away. So I already knew what I wanted.What got me a little upset was the lady was scooping my ice cream and she had an ear bud in and it fell out of her ear and right into the whole container that she was scooping out of. She did scoop out a good amount that the ear bud did touch and got a new scoop each time she did it, but this whole issue could have been avoided if she wasn’t wearing it.I’m not one to complain and I still took my ice cream because like I said I can’t find that anywhere but I felt it’s a good thing for the employer to know so possibly it can get fixed and it doesn’t have to happen again.But will definitely go back because that is my all time fave flavor in the world!!

This place is super kid friendly! Has amazing busting boba. They allowed my sister to put it in a sample cup so she could see if she liked it before ordering! Great customer service! And the best the BEST ice cream in town!!

I have enjoyed my experiences with this lil shop and taken all my kids for the experience. There's a great deal on the variety of ice cream and coffees offered. My favorite is definitely the caramel macchiato and it has yet to disappoint no matter how it's prepared. I love the frequent customer card and the friendliness of the employees.I 4 starred the atmosphere just because the space is in need of a lil TLC and more personalization which all comes with time. The bursting bubble tea was not what I expected at all. I'll stick with the tapioca style bubble teas lol. Thank you for the opportunity to try something different though.Y'all are doing a great job. 👍 Keep at it!

We have tried this place twice, both times we have had VERY bad experiences, first time out of 5 drinks order only 1 was right, second time going my daughters were there for over 20 mins waiting on their drinks, my daughter called me to tell me how they were going to be late for school so I try to call the coffee shop 3 times and no one answered, the girl making my daughters drink told the other girl not to answer the phone because she knew I was calling. This is not good customer service all around, which is sad. I am sorry for an new establishment they should always have someone there that knows what they are doing. It stinks, we needed a good place in Charlestown for the kids to go to before school, but apparently this will not be the place.

Great coffee and ice cream shop. The staff is always friendly, the quality of the ice cream and coffee is top-notch. Great space and tons of board games, glad to have them in the community!
