This place is amazing a must go for any reptile lover! The customer service is phenomenal and the atmosphere just feels welcoming. They have helped with every question i have ever came in with and are always willing to help. They also have some of the most beautiful reptiles! I cant thank them enough for all the help and all the great conversations we have. Also if you ever want a custom bioactive tank they do that also and they look amazing (extra plants and branches not included).

The employees are very helpful. I get all my bearded dragons needs here and they are always stocked with what we need. Their reptiles are healthy and very well taken care of. I also take my grandaughter in there to introduce her to the different reptiles.

One of the best reptile specialty shops in the area! You can get pretty much anything you need for your scaly friends here. I’ve bought feeders and some awesome snakes for my own projects here.Added a couple pictures of some of the animals I’ve gotten from Brandon and Clint.

Metazotics in Chandler, Indiana is worth the drive for anyone interested in owning and caring for reptiles and/or amphibians. Compared to other places their feeder crickets are top notch. They are healthier, fed (gut loaded), and live longer than what I've purchased elsewhere. Prices on rats and crickets are the best around. Most of the folks here are very knowledgeable and the others are eager learners and just as happy to help.

I am first time owner of a 4 month bearded dragon,I did all my research before purchasing him/her. However this place blows pet stores out of the water! The owner could answered every question and he seemed to love answering them! He never made me feel stupid! I got to hold an adult dragon and pretty babies He showed me tanks! This is NOT pet smart etc,these are people whom LOVE their all reptiles! 100 out of 10! Will not being going anywhere again.Prices are reasonable as I like to buy every 2 days.

Drove 2 hours here to pick out a snake and was not disappointed. Staff friendly and helpful, met the owner and talked with him while I held my new snake, she was amazing, so calm. Very clean shop, well stocked, huge variety and my biggest praise: the animals are well taken care of.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Metazotics is the best reptile shop I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The atmosphere is so welcoming and fun while the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is super clean and the animals are definitely well cared for. You are able to relax at the comfortable seating section and hold animals you are interested in while doing so. The owner, Clint, is one of the most genuine and sincere people I have ever met, and is more than caring and knowledgeable on all aspects of animal welfare and husbandry, customer satisfaction, and work related atmosphere. I will definitely be recommending this store to anyone and everyone.

By far the best reptile store I have visited! Large selection of animals. Enclosures that excite you enough to buy and prepare another of your own! I had a lot of fun, and purchased cage furniture for my garter, and bearded dragon.

This is one of my favorite stores! I recently adopted an older bearded dragon and Wendy helped me get everything I needed. She was very knowledgeable and gave me many options on how to set up my tank. She was super nice and never pushed me to go the more expensive route.Additionally, I bought a juvenile crested gecko from Metazotics and Anna helped me, again, with everything I would need! Even after just two visits to the store they remembered me by name! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. 11/10 would recommend!

Aside from being run by a great group of humans, Metazotics is a fine establishment. Their presence in the community is wonderful. I have spent countless hours in the shop learning about new creatures and getting to know the staff. Their care for all the critters is top notch and I've yet to see any animals that are not at full health. The reptiles at Metazotics are some of the luckiest in the land; they're thriving. I recently purchased a baby gargoyle gecko and he (we think) is doing marvelous! Can't wait to watch him grow up :) Anna is great with bioactives and is going to guide me in setting up a tank for my new buddy soon! Look for them at your local expos too! Stop by their booth, at least, for a sticker! Couldn't ask for a better shop to open in town. See you all again soon! This top Google reviewer gives you a 10/10

Me and my wife came here after the Evansville reptile expo earlier last month, and we where just amazed. This place is exactly how a reptile shop should be, no sick looking reptiles, employees that care about the animals they have for sale, good service. It's really a night and day difference with any reptile store I've ever been to. We are truly pleased with the set up and prices are extremely fair as well. 11/10.Edit: And the employee was kind enough to hear me ramble about uromastyx for a good 20 mins so extra props there.

Metazotics is a first class exotic pet store! Excellent store with knowledgeable staff. Although PetSmart is a staple for other pet necessities, this business is a must for all reptile needs and supplies. The pricing is fair, the available animals are kept properly and humanely, the selection meets all basic needs and more of reptile care while the staff have real knowledge of reptiles and their care.

I'm so excited to have a dedicated reptile shop like this in the area! The store itself was very clean and well stocked with animals that appear to be healthy and properly cared for. The staff members I spoke with were super friendly and knowledgeable! They have a lot of natuaralistic and bioactive type decor and substrates and a bunch of different size enclosures. I'll definitely be back whenever I need supplies for my critters.
