Im really sick of coming to shop here and it being closed when it supposed to be open. I’ve gone here on multiple occasions 5-45 minutes past open time and doors were locked because employees were late to work. Why would I drive here to shop when I’m not even sure if I can get in during business hours?Today it’s 10:12, they we’re supposed to open at 9, doors still locked. This is the 5th time this has happened when I came here.

Like this place. Good people though.Update 6-19-23. Staff still great, got in got what I needed got out. Forgot my purchase at the register and the clerk ran out to hand it to me.

Frustrated at the store hours are not consistent. Went here today (Saturday) at 545 and they were closed early. The other day I was there at 8am to get there when they opened and the employees didn’t show up until 8:15. Clearly the employees like to leave early or come late.

Staff is awesome, they are very knowledgeable and will help you with whatever you need. My OCD wishes they would organize debris laying around and maybe some general maintenance on building

I don't see how you could get better service. like the other guy said " Jeff and his people are great" they have a good variety of stuff. with their help I am back at the farm able to repair what I need and get back to work

Jeff the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. you can always order and he can usually get items within a few days if he doesn't have it in stock.

This is by far the worst hardware store I have been in. This store was in complete disarray with aisles blocked throughout the store. The aisles were littered with items from the shelfs. Items were randomly left all over the store .The store was also significantly dirty. All of this while the employees sat on their phones in the corner of the store. I guess it is hard to get good help around these days.This store needs new management and a revamp of their business.I was intending on buying some oil for my weed eater and some plumbing items. But i just placed it all back...not getting my hard earned money.BTW I think there is some animal in the store and or wall back by the oil for the lawnmowers and weedeaters .

I would go to the other true value on the other side of the lake because this one has the worst service, worst employees the whole place is so unorganized this was my last time coming. They even turned the light off on me.. like when I walked in why didn’t you tell me to hurry. The lady manager/owner is just sitting in the corner in the dark super creepy I would never turn down a customer. Terrible

Everything I need quickly I run here & prices are very reasonable. You can save by going to Menards or Home Depot but it's not worth it in fuel getting there & besides that Jeff & his ppl are very helpful! 😊
