Purchased a fountain from them on June 26th. A few days later Nick and a helper brought it out and installed it. They told me I had to wait a day before filling it because the silicone seal on the bowl needed to dry. They assured me it was level. The next day I filled it and it was not level. I called Nick and after a long conversation he finally agreed to come back and fix it. They came back and did some grinding on the fountain and got it working properly. The first week in October the pump stopped working. Nick said go to Aquascape and get a warranty replacement. To replace the pump you need to take the fountain apart remove the old pump, which is sealed, install the new pump and reseal it. After another lengthy conversation I told him I expected him to come out and install a new one. I spoke with his father Ed a few days later. He said he doesn't make the pump or the fountain. I said I will get a new pump and I want them to install it. I've only had the fountain 3 months. Ed said it costs to much to send someone out to install the new pump. So all they do is buy the fountain, install the pump, sell it and say good bye. So after 3 months they don't care what happens. They are a bad company!

This is about my fourth gargoyle statue I've bought from the here. Nick is awesome. The latest gargoyle I bought is over 4 ft tall and is the best looking one yet. Thanks Nick.

We have been there a numbers of times to get stone supplies and statuary for our new pond. The owners are two gentlemen and bent over backwards to help us. Two nice people to talk you and share our ideas with.

I purchased a $1400 fountain in September 2022 for a new construction house (we moved in in October). Due to a scheduling conflict, the landscaper was not ready for the fountain, so Camille's (I believe the worker's name was Nick) dropped it off, no assembly, and stated that he would not come back out again to set it up. Not great service but it's not their fault that the landscaper wasn't ready, and it's fall so we just let it go. The fountain is crooked and the pump isn't here (not sure what happened, I'm willing to pay for another $100 pump), so I called them in Spring of 2023 and asked that they finish setting this thing up. I stated that I'm willing to pay for another pump but that they should set it up since they never did so in the first place and it's crooked. Nick complained about making the trip out here, I offered to pay him for gas but not time since he never spent the time setting it up in the first place, then he hung up on me. If I'd have known that their customer service is this poor I'd have saved $500+, purchased this thing online, and did all the shimming and setup myself (since that's what I'll end up doing anyways). This company deserves to go out of business because their post-purchase service is worse than any online retailer.

When we arrived, we parked and walked around front of the yard to look around. I'm sure the owner saw us when we came into the store, he sat there and continued to look out the window. He finally turned around and never acknowledged us...just kinda looked at us. I told him what we were looking for and he did show us what he had...reluctantly. We ended up buying one of the bench seats because I didn't feel like going to Another store. I felt the customer service was severely lacking. After I paid, he asked if I wanted an email receipt or paper. I asked for paper. He wrote it and handed it to me....no "thank you". Never again will I shop there. You don't have to roll out the red carpet, but I do expect common courtesy.
