This store is never ever clean. I’m handicap and in a wheelchair 90% of the time and can’t ever navigate through this store due to all the carts they have blocking all the isles. It’s ridiculous. They are always out of stock on most things. And have abundant amounts of junk no one buys. It makes no sense. The best thing this store did was put in a self check out. That’s a plus. But someone needs to come in and clean this darn place up!

I have been frequenting this Dollar General every since they came to town, and have been very pleased with the service. Employees come and go, and most of them have been very friendly and helpful. The current Manager Judy does a wonderful job at what she does, and runs a good business there.

I shopped a lot of different Dollar General stores. I like them and the values you have. I was just the store in kayuga. Your people are friendly and helpful and checked me out quickly. But that stores a mess there's stuff all over the place stuff in the aisles. I don't know if you just don't have enough help or what.

Each store has a little bit of everything. Great staff, one manager one employee, they all seem friendly and helpful. Ordering system use to be sell one, schedule 2 more for next delivery. Obviously the reason for ALL the overstock.

Place was so busy todayThey had a lot of items in aisle and hard to get around which is normal for Dollar General. But I overlook all of this because it's a great place to shop and had a super cashier.

It’s okay not the best!!! It has tons of clutter in the aisles!!! The staff is always friendly when we come here!!! It could use a little cleaning except for that the place is excellent!!!

It's always a mess and they are out a ton of inventory. You can never fit a cart down the aisle! This place needs a new team, ones who will clean it up.

I have been to many Dollar Generals in my lifetime. I have found that Cayuga Dollar General has the nicest staff, they always are helpful, friendly and professional. I would have to say this Dollar General is one of my favorite General locations.

Disappointed, isles blocked with stock, fire hazard. Shelves poorly stocked, unable to buy items I came for. This store has gone terribly downhill in the past year.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. It is awful. Cannot get down any of the aisles, half the time all the carts are outside and the employees are really rude.

I put in a pick up order at 9:30 this morning and showed up in my pick up time was 1-2 and they didn’t even have anything pulled for my order. Nor did they know anything about a pick up order.

Dollar store in Cayuga in. Needs to hire someone just to come in and stock shelves and they didn't even have anything pertaining to new years they always have carts in the isles full of stock not real happy with them

It is always got boxes and stock in the isles. Cayuga store. Makes for a hard time to get around. Forget pushing a cart.
