Far superior to trying to buy feeders and food at the big box store! These people know what they're talking about, can make solid recommendations, have a range of feeders and food, and stock all sorts of cute bird stuff you didn't even know you needed. I love shopping here.

Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable - I was really particular with what I was looking for, and they spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, listening to what I wanted and adding in a couple thoughtful suggestions (things I wouldn't have considered) to help me get the perfect set-up. They take care of you and you can tell they value your business. The store also has a good selection of high-quality bird food, feeders and baths. Their feeder pole system is much sturdier than anything you'd find in a regular store and you can either buy a basic boxed setup or you can fully customize your setup part by part. They take in person, phone or website orders and offer curbside pickup too which is really nice during the pandemic.

I'm very glad to have such a nice, good place to go to shop for birding supplies. I have probably a half dozen feeders outside right now. My birds like sunflower seed and this place has good sunflower seed.

I have been to this WBU many times. The employees are super helpful, friendly, and always carry my purchases to my car. The store is well-organized, neat, and clean. I highly recommend this WBU for all of your bird needs!

Great quality seed and products. Friendly service. Prices on the bird seed here, which is excellent quality, are slightly lower than the Kaytee brand at the big box stores. I do buy my good quality sunflower seed mix at a warehouse store, but all other seeds here -- peanuts, sunflower chips, nyjer seed, and live mealworms too.

When I pulled up there were birds sitting on top of the signs ready then greet me. Staff is kind and helpful. They have everything I need to get birdies to come to my house!

The feeders outside were empty and dirty and I wasn't greeted until I was leaving. Ihad questions but didn't even ask since it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. At least the store was clean.

Everything you need for feeding and enjoying wild birds. Honestly, with a membership, you get a better deal on birdseed than you can find even on Amazon. Highly recommend!
