Smoochie pooch is a great place. I know my pup is well cared for and isn’t in a cage waiting all day. Makayla is our groomer and she is amazing. She listens to what you want and executes it beautifully. Everyone hates being away from their fur baby, but it good to know they are in good hands while they get all fresh and clean. Highly recommended!

Taylor has always been patient with my anxious English cocker spaniel. She is knowledgeable about the breed and has always been professional and respectful. I have referred two friends who have since started bringing their fur babies here, and they have been happy as well with Smoochie Pooch.

We only use for drop-in nail trims but Taylor is always friendly and very patient with my skittish dog. I've recommended Smoochie Pooch to friends and they've beeh satisfied.

This location's groomers are so wonderful. I have a 14 year old grandma english bulldog and they are just so gentle and loving towards her. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is the absolute best. I have a Great Pyrenees, and needless to say, she’s extremely stubborn and defiant. The groomer figured out how to handle her with firmness and care… my pup now jumps out of the car and straight through the doors to greet her friend. I cannot recommend this place more!

They give good haircuts, but boy howdy does that customer service suck beyond the girls in the shop. You girls working, rock! Great work. Everything above that… well I’ll update when I get a call back. I was told if I had to cancel my appointment for my wife giving birth it wasn’t a problem, well it’s now a problem and the manager is ignoring me. 😊

That manager sure must be busy. Over a week later and he can’t be bothered to give me a call.Update: it’s been a month and I’m still ignored. Customer service only answers my calls when I block my number or call from another line. I genuinely just want him to uphold what I was told. Nothing else.

For some reason, whenever I call it goes to voicemail, except when I call with a different phone number. When I called to ask for a manager to see why my calls are ignored, they gave me a wrong number. Tried again with a second number and had no issue. Not sure whats up, but its a thumbs down for me.
