Very satisfied! It’s my little Jasmine’s first grooming ever and she did well! The staff are all friendly and helpful, my little one has bad matting behind her ears and their able to remove it. She smells good, so clean and nails too! For sure we’ll be back! Appointment is very easy too!

Scenthound were friendly and so quick! I loved the report card Reggie got and how excited they seemed to have him there. It made me feel better dropping him off that he’d be with people who really care. And his coat is shiny, teeth are bright, and nails trimmed perfectly. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is AMAZING! They handled our VERY big, very strong, and very nervous rescue dog with lots of love & extra care. The entire staff was kind, careful, and attentive to his special needs (101 lbs!) without any hesitation. I have already recommended to friends & family & will continue to do so gladly!

Such a great canine care program. While an expensive Wash option...the Ear cleaning, Tooth cleaning, nails etc. all tasks many dog owners do not keep up with...Scenthound is made for these people and their pups!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. One of our dogs has anxiety to the degree that we’ve considered medicating her for bathing at the vet. The staff is so gentle that we actually didn’t need to do this. We bring our second dog more regularly because they make him feel SO SOFT and he’s such a happy camper after his grooms. Great experience here.

Great experience with our new Groomer, Kelly! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Our 2 Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers have never looked better. We recommend Scenthound to all who are not satisfied with their current groomer. Thanks for making my babies look great!

We had a great visit to Scenthound in Carmel. I was able to drop Comet off and cruise Clay Terrace, something I rarely do! Marissa did a wonderful job taming Comet's mane! He was so fluffy, it looked like he gained 10 pounds!!! We'll definitely visit again, there are even more options for grooming to try. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Scenthound Carmel. I am one of the founding members and from the start have loved every experience I have had with them. The manager Ann always greets my pup Ellie with so much love and makes sure she comes out looking perfect. I have a very anxious dog and every other groomer I have been to never actually complete my dog’s groom because of it. At Scenthound, my pup gets through the entire thing because the groomers do such an amazing job and making her comfortable & with the membership it’s now apart of our monthly routine. So if you have an anxious dog or just need a good & affordable groomer Scenthound is the place!

Great first experience, my pup did so well and they took great care of him. Membership is very reasonable and the quality (bath, nails, ears, and teeth) you get with the membership is above the standard for grooming. Also it's month to month so you aren't locked in long term if something comes up. Parking was a bit tricky at pick up and I did have to walk my dog through several rows of parked cars, but I would just recommend you plan ahead for that and keep your dog on a short leash when crossing through the lot. Overall I was highly pleased with our visit.

This was our second time and Theo looks amazing. My husband bought memberships for both dogs. However, I was disappointed to learn that he was not asked to schedule his next appt after doing so, so I will be calling on Monday to schedule. I know this location is sometimes difficult to get in to so I’m hoping I can reschedule when we need to.

So impressed with Scenthound Carmel and their amazing staff! They treated Bilbo so well and made him look like a million bucks! They were also so quick - they were done within an hour and I was expecting an hour and a half at a minimum. Unfortunately, Bilbo’s new and fresh do only lasted about 30 minutes because as soon as we were back home, he was back in the lake. But I don’t even care about that. I only care about Bilbo being treated like a prince and he was treated like a KING at Scenthound Carmel. Thank you Scenthound!

Took my doodle in for a groom today. His hair looked great but he had a giant gash on his leg when he left that no one told us about. It wasnt put in his chart or mentioned at pick up. We found it at home because he was acting strange and wouldn't let us touch him. :(

A great first experience! We were so happy when they opened this location in Carmel last month! We were immediately welcomed and Gemma (6 month old Leonberger) loved them from the start. She was taken right back for a Bath, Blow Dry and Cut. My beautiful girl came back looking like a fluffy princess! Her coat was so shiny and soft. Thank you Scenthound! I couldn’t get into my regular groomer because I had not set an appointment I had of time and I was so happy to know that this existed. They were able to work me in and I could at least get my dog bathed and cleaned up a little bit waiting for his grooming appointment. I will actually be looking into haircuts and more services with them. They were very polite and kind and worked with me. My dog was very happy when he left and he looked fantastic. Super excited that SCENTHOUND is here!

This amazing staff was wonderful with our very frightened, abused, and recently rescued Shih Tzu. Previous attempts with groomers weren’t successful, but now we’ve found a new solution to the problem. Scenthound in Carmel will get our business.

Had a newer groomer in-training. She did very well with our doodle, Ollie. Only feedback was that base of tail looked a little wonky being so short compared to rest of fluffy tail. But overall, really pleased with service and pricing!
