We love Platinum Paws!Roman is a really anxious Aussie and we struggled to find somewhere we felt comfortable sending him to be groomed!When I expressed my anxiety about this, the staff at PP assured me that they would love to work with Roman and that they had the perfect groomer who was familiar with the bread and has experience with dogs like him! Roman loves his groomer and it makes our heart so happy knowing he is loved and cared for when we leave him to be groomed! ❤️

We have bee going to Platinum paws for years. They are wonderful and do an amazing job on grooming. They have groomed our Airedales and now a Cavapoos and we always get compliments on their grooming and people asking where we go. I highly recommend them!! You won’t be disappointed.

We've been doing our Labrador's nails at home since we got her as a puppy, but her adult size and energy became too much to wrangle. We decided it was time to have a professional do it. PP was able to get us in as a walk in, and Rachel made it look easy (what a difference having the right equipment and the right skill set makes !). For just $25 we were in and out in less than ten minutes with a pedicure and a chew treat ! We will return for this service and will also use them if we decide grooming is wanted/necessary. Thank you for being a rare example of good customer service !

My SoraBelle had her first spa day with Rachel today. The entire crew at Platinum Paws did an AMAZING job! I had been in search for that perfect groomer for months. I wanted a smaller establishment that would provide SoraBelle with a more intimate experience verses treating her like a random number.I had been on the waitlist for a few weeks before receiving the call that her new groomer Rachel was available. Prior to SoraBelle’s appointment we received personalized messages that included reminders and pics for my groomer in prep for SoraBelle’s first cut.I did not get to do the initial meet-n-greet with Rachel due to out of state travel but the hubby reassured me the drop off went really good. The feedback was Rachel seemed knowledgeable, attentive and excited to meet SoraBelle; getting on the floor for a proper hello. My feedback on Rachel during the pickup validated everything I was told.Rachel did a phenomenal job! This is the best groom that SoraBelle’s received. We are booked out for the remainder of the year!

We take our 2 dogs here and it’s always a great experience! Kat does an amazing job, my boys look so handsome and smell so good when they’re done! My dogs can be a bit anxious, but I feel like the staff are always kind and take great care of them.

Was able to get her in quickly & she looked fabulous when I picked her up afterwards. Also, they are conveniently located & the salon is spotless! Monty’s groomer, Laura, does an exceptional job grooming our Standard Poodle. She has been his groomer for over 8 years. He always looks great and they have recently added teeth brushing. I would not take my dog anywhere else. She is spectacular!

Kirsten has to be the best groomer in Indiana hands (paws) down!! She pays attention to every detail & grooms my golden retriever to look absolutely stunning! She's actually trained him to stand still and enjoy himself while I brush him at home! We appreciate her kindness, expertise, and flexibility! Everyone at platinum is super friendly and sweet. I highly recommend this business. I'd give it 10 stars if I could! :)
