It is always something at this place. They are extremely slow and do not get the job right. They have nicked my dogs in the past. They were not clear with the services provided and they upgraded my service (with nothing to show for it) without explaining to me what was being done. I called customer service to work out a solution and they said they would fix my dog in 3 weeks. yikes. I would go somewhere else for a quality dog grooming.

Our girl Riley was in for a bath,nail trim, a brushing. They did a great job with her!! Would definitely use them again

They have everything you might need and more for bringing home a new puppy. The staff was also very helpful and suggested and provided coupons for discounts on items I was already purchasing. The ticket prices looked slightly expensive but I went on Black Friday just by coincidence and was very pleased with all that I got and the quality of it for what I spent.

Great supply of everything needed for pets. They also have dog trainings and dog grooming a which I thought was great. It was a little messy and felt gross but I understand how hard it would be to maintain a clean environment with so many animals coming in and out. Would recommend for pet supplies.

My mom is visiting with our family dog for the summer and we’ve had trouble finding someone in Carmel to groom her without a 2 month waitlist, so we went here as a last resort. Can confidently say we won’t be back. We took her brushed out fully with only matting behind her ears and she came home basically shaved. In her 5 years of being groomed, with and without matting, this is the first time she’s ever had a haircut this short. Pretty devastated! This place would be okay if you expect this kind of service but a Doodle is not meant to have a haircut like this… below is her before and after. 0/10 recommend.

I normally love this PetSmart but recently every SINGLE time I go in they are out of crickets. At this particular visit they not only didn’t have crickets but they didn’t have superworms, wax worms, hornworms, nothing! What exactly am I supposed to feed my lizards? Get it together. Then the cake topper is the two employees. One working fish & reptile that I couldn’t even hear because she was mumbling and wearing a mask. The second was a snoody cashier that told me to have a nice day as I was walking out because I hadn’t said anything. Welllll, probably because your service absolutely sucks rocks.

Moldy food alert! I have bought my 2 year old family member their in house dog food since she was a puppy. Last month, they sold a bag which had mold to me. I was told I could return it for a refund and the store manager seemed like he could not care less. I doubt they do anything to look into this. They had me bring the whole bag in since they claimed people do this to get free food. Apparently, maybe implying that I would do that.After I returned the food I asked for a simple act of appreciation for my business by giving me a deal on a new dog food container. He said the most he can do is return my food and walked off.This was customer service at its worse. This combined with poisonous product being sold to customers has assured me that I will not be coming back. Hopefully this review can put a spotlight on a major issue with this store, and company.I contacted corporate and they replied once, they have been unresponsive after the contact and follow up as well.Is this the standard for quality our animals / family members are in expected to receive? Apparently, that is what this location believes.

The dog grooming was horrible. They nicked our dog at so many places. So we took our dog for the medical check up. The vet assessed that the dog was cut at multiple places ( ears, back legs) etc. Avoid this location.

They have all kinds of things like food for pets, toys for pets, they have some animals that you can buy, and you're allowed to take your pets inside with you.

Friendly staff that are willing to go out of their way to help you. Unfortunately i left off a star because petsmart has regional stock issues of certain items and buying dog food ends up being a 2 hour tour around town before giving up and buying from chewy.

This is my go to neighborhood pet store for all dog stuff. This includes no additives dry treats, tinned food, kibble, mental stimulation toys, grooming, and shampoos/conditioners. As the name says the store is dog friendly so it’s convenient taking my dog in during such extreme weather timings. The customer service is super fast and absolutely no delays in check in or getting questions answered. Since I am a regular, I save on coupons and cash back for my purchases by accruing points. All in convenience plus availability.

We recently had our golden groomed here and couldn't be happier with the service! The entire team was welcoming and knowledgable. When we arrived we had a thorough consultation and were able to meet our groomer. All of the dogs receiving services at the front were being handled so gently, and you could tell each specialist was taking their time. Our pup can be pretty anxious, but he was in high spirits when we picked him up... not too mention he looked amazing! Thanks again to Cami and the entire PetSmart team.

Have gone to several pet stores recently in an effort to start a fish tank and have been given very poor uninformed advice which caused the death of four fish within 48 hours, much to my daughter’s dismay. Brent, the manager at this PetSmart, was incredibly helpful, professional and informed regarding what we needed to do to remedy the situation. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. We would definitely recommend choosing this PetSmart over other locations and over other pet stores.

Brought in my Austrailian Shephard and Shephard mix for grooming. They did a really great job. Plus, one of them likes to smile and might snap (light brown one). They noted his feet were sensitive but got the job done!

I had my 11 week old puppy groomed here, just for a bath and brush so he could get socialized. In the mobile/app I noted to not clip/dremel his nails because I had done it myself, as well as in person, and I knew if they were any shorter they would cause him to bleed. When I picked him up, he had multiple bloody toes and my fiancé could hear them yelling at him in the back while he cried. Not only did they cut his nails far too short after I asked them multiple times not to touch them, but they did not clean his ears. I am a veterinary technician so I know the difference between clean/dirty ears and I know they were definitely not touched. The groomers definitely need more training.

I booked a last minute grooming appt with one of the groomers for my mini Aussie. Prior to the appointment, the groomer and I discussed what I was expecting for the appt while she looked over my dog’s coat. I specifically requested a trim of her sanitary area (this was my priority), her front leg hairs, and requested working on a small mat behind one ear. The groomer did not voice concerns with these requests.Once the groomer called to tell me it was time for pick up, she mentioned something along the lines of “I didn’t really get to work on her sani-area because she was moving around a lot. Most dogs who don’t get groomed regularly have a hard time letting us near their butt.” I picked up my Aussie and it was clear that all that was done was a bath and a nail trim (not my priorities whatsoever). I do not feel confident they did the furminator to help with her shedding. Definitely a waste of nearly $70. I would not recommend grooming from this PetSmart location. I’ll continue to visit my local groomer who does a great job and charges substantially less.

I have always shopped at this store and even taken my dog for grooming services here 3 months ago without issue. Today when picking up my dog I was advised she was no longer welcome to be groomed at their facility because she couldn't stand for 20 minutes at a time. I watched in the window and she was fine, but saw the groomer get frustrated with her moving around. She is a 2 year old puppy. The groomer at the same facility said she was fine before. I am sorry she had issues with her, but even added a "special issue" fee to my bill too. We can shop elsewhere.

I appreciate they open at 9 am. An hour earlier than the other pet stores. I was greeted as I walked in and offered help. Everything was clean, stocked, and smelled good.

Called and asked about nail trimming and were told we could just walk in. Went to store with our dog and 3 kids and they said it would be about 10 minute wait. They called our name and another dog ended up taking our spot. We approached an associate and were told we would have to wait another 5 - 10 minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes we finally were able to start checking in and they asked for our phone number so I provided it, then they said since we had never been there we needed rabies paperwork. This was the first time they ever had mentioned that we needed to do this for a nail trim. After waiting close to 45 minutes at this point, we were told they could not do anything without that paperwork. I would have expected someone along the way to have said we needed this paperwork when we arrived, or when we called, or when interacting with at least 5 other associates no one mentioned this only to find out when we were ready to have it done. I even had said multiple times that it was a our first time to pet smart for this. Terrible customer service. No one even apologized that no one had told us in advance. Absolutely terrible. We will be sure to tell everyone about this experience as we have several friends and dog trainers that have recommended but after this we will make sure everyone knows. We will not be back.

Been a regular customer of Petsmart, we moved here from California so I decided to stick with them for my dog's grooming. First time had him for bath and brush, but when I picked my dog he just seemed like the way I dropped him just a little brushed up. In California he use to shine white and smell amazing after the grooming session but over here he still stinked a little. I gave them another chance after couple of months with bath and furmingator but results were the same he was brushed just on his back and rest of the body was still the same and the stinky smell was still there he never looked or smelled like he was bathed. I am never coming back to this location again and waste my money. I could give him a bath and he would look a lot better than what they do at this location.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable fish department. I had a sick fish and was looking for a particular medication. I called and spoke with a staff member and they informed me that they used it in the store tanks but didn’t carry it and directed me to a completely different store/company so I could get it that day. Just like Santa did in miracle of 34th street! Made a life long customer out of this guy!!!

I really like PetSmart and am happy to report that the amazing service we got at our previous home store hasn't changed with us moving. This store was clean, organized, and had friendly, helpful staff. One man even spent a significant amount of time helping me figure out what products would work best for my stressed out cat. He made it a point to be nice to my kids and even tried to help one of them with their Transformer. I appreciated this and will shop here for all of my pet needs.
