We were RELIEVED when we found out that Petco Grooming takes walk-ins for nail services. We walked in at 9:10 and were taken care of almost immediately. Brittany was AMAZING! She dealt extremely well with our very nervous dog! Brittany was calm and gentle and had Rosie settled very quickly! She was efficient and professional! We will be returning and recommending Petco and Brittany!

I had quite a few issues with Petco the last couple of days (not the store's fault at all), and today was a doozy as well (again, not their fault at all). However, Taylor and Zoey were so kind and accommodating. I was near tears when I called and they both just gave such wonderful customer service, on the phone and in the store. I really appreciate the great customer service from these two hardworking young ladies. Thank you for being available on a day like today.

Brittany did a great job listening (took notes and remained positive) to concerns when I told her we have a nervous doggy who isn't always dog friendly. She was sure to give me a report when we returned to pick her up at how well Sydney did. It was a positive experience despite my concerns and we'll definitely be back and will request Brittany.

Staff was not professional nor friendly, they seemed put out to to there job. At time of pick up I was told that 1 of my 3 dogs was so stressed that she had a nose bleed and didn't finish services and put her up. I asked why I wasn't called immediately to come get her due to her anxiety and stress. The response was we didn't think to call. So my dog was under even more unneeded stress. She has been there before without issues. She obviously felt the same vibe as myself about the staff. Also upon pick6up my dogs only one had their harness and leash on, one had her harness no leash, and the third had nothing. As a result I was attempting to control all 3 dogs in a busy store. No apologies from the staff. Therefore I will not bring any of my dogs back and probably won't shop there anymore either. I will never recommend anyone for grooming services from Petco.

My Teddy had a great hair cut as I had to do a Covid-19 cut on him over a week earlier. He was so hot & Petco grooming was booked for weeks. My little one is feeling great now that he has been groomed that he can go for walks in the hot weather.

Our groomer Amanda is so personable.We’ve been going to Petco for 5 years. She has notes about what we like and incorporates them each time. She has Reagan all finished in the timeframe she says so we can plan our day. The pet salon is clean and has large wall of windows so you can see the groomers interacting with the pets. I love Petco Grooming.

I asked for a long cut using the longest rake, I thought was one inch, the same as last time since it was February still cold. So you cut It the shortest that you ever have. I ask to leave her whiskers so you cut them off. Several places on her underside she is sheared to the skin. Melody said that Labradoodles were her specialty. I paid an extra $10 for her toenails would be hand filled and some are still very sharp. Could it be that Melody didn’t even groom my dog? I don’t know how it could be so wrong. Shame on Petco

The groomer placed my dog on table for nail clip, clipped her into the short leash on the table and started to raised the table. She didn't pay attention to see that my dog was on the edge and when she picked up her front foot to start nails, my dog fell of the table. Thankfully only her back half of body fell off before the groomer caught her. With those short leashes that are attached to the tables, if a dog falls off, it could snap their necks. The groomers need to be very mindful of this. Not only is this a possible law suit for Petco but more importantly, a family could lose their furry family member from negligence. I was very upset watching it all happen and can say that I won't go back to the Carmel, In location where this happened. Also, the groomer missed one of my dog's back claws even though I told her in advance that she has 2 on one pad. I cannot stress enough how dangerous those short leashes attached to the tables can be for a pet that falls off the table.

Duchess is a rescue who is very nervous and does not do well with grooming. Amanda is able to not only groom her, but she does an amazing job! Duchess looks amazing. I may be bias, but she is the cutest dog in the world now.

My 14 1/2 year old Shih Tzu Service dog looked fabulous. Had to unexpectedly go to PA for my almost 94 y. o.fathers death.Schmidty is always with me because of his Service Dog duties. I called on Friday & they were able to work me in at 8am - because there was only one groomer there when I arrived, I think she came in special (very early) to groom the dog for me. This grooming salon for dogs truly does whatever they can to please customers & dogs alike. I've been going there for a couple years & am always very pleased.

There was wet and dry fur everywhere, on the floors in the bottom of the wash stations. There was no where to put my coat or purse. The shampoo was watered down and would not lather. The dry station blew out cold air. I told the manager all I’d this and she still made me pay full price for a bad experience. I WILL NOT go back.

This place is awful, the prices are to high. The animals are not healthy, and their depressed, to little space for them to move around, and their just not happy. If I could, I would rescue these animals, they deserve a better life. I feel really bad for them.
