When I entered store #01648, Zach asked if there was anything specific I was looking for that he could help me with. I couldn’t remember the name of the wet cat food I’d gotten several months ago, but when I described the label he knew exactly which one I wanted and took me right to it. I was very impressed with him and so appreciative of his help. 😊

Kind of a generally disheveled feeling place. It just seems understaffed but I'm sure sales aren't great since online stores are taking over their business. The workers are very friendly and my daughters like the in person shopping experience better so we still go here.

Booked a appointment for grooming on March 29 @1pm. Complete waste of time, just as I was leaving the young lady at the counter started checking for matting at my dog's hair, I casually mentioned that the only thing she had was a small knot behind the ear. Without even taking a look at she said that she could not wash my dog. This was not extensive, it was a small 1/4 inch knot far from my dog's skin. To add insult to injury she starting saying nonsense of how that could affect circulation and cause pain...a complete disgrace, I will not go there again nor give Petco my business again.

Jennifer our trainer was very kind and a great teacher. She was patient with our 3 daughters as they learn as well and you could see her love for dogs. We enjoyed the whole experience!

This is specifically for their grooming. My dog came back with blood on his face. I’m glad he is alive…We have tried a few groomers at the location. It’s not always this bad but wasn’t too good either.We are very disappointed :(

Good place for your pet needs. It's still pricey for 6-week grooming and Life Science supply of food $185. The Petco savings plan seems decent, but plan on making sure they include your visits every time you purchase something. Clay does a great job with Duke!

I called this store to hopefully get a skinny pig for my current skinny that had just lost its friend. Not only did they have some, the store was so kind and helpful. With my purchase of both of their skinny pigs the had available. All of the workers really do take good care of the animals and try to make sure that they go to good homes.

Booked an appt for nail trim for my two dogs. Groomer failed to inform me when I called and scheduled that vaccination records were required so service was refused. All it took was a good service experience when I called in. If the groomer had told me what was required I could have brought records with me. Cancelled service.

It's nice that they have the supplies I am looking for being that I shop here for a couple of picky rabbits. They really like the food I get them aside from throwing it all over there cages. The employees working here are always friendly. I like the wide selection and being able to find the letter boxes that I use for my rabbits was a huge plus since I had searched all over for one that would fit there cages.

The current employees here have a passion for animals! Very kind, and very helpful. We have now purchased two Ferrets from this location, one of which had been treated at the veterinarian for a minor ear injury from his playful little siblings, and the employees were very helpful in telling us about how to care for him and make sure he stays healthy! This store will always have my business as long as I am in the central Indiana area. I pass 3-4 pet stores to visit this one!!

I cannot say enough great things about Jennifer in the training department. She was absolutely amazing with my puppy and genuinely celebrated his successes and growth along with us. I recently had a horrible experience with another training facility closer to home and would gladly make the trip across town to work with someone who actually cares about our dogs. Will be signing up for the next round of classes soon!

Get the vital care! First visit, a rep offered it and explained the benefits and it’s saved me so much money as I’ve gotten into aquariums.Alec is the fish guy! Ask for him! Great experiences and they don’t always have everything but I’d still highly recommend.

This is the best pet store and it's always nice and tidy. Curbside pickup is the best or even pickup in store. Either way they get you taken care of. They have amazing services, really everything you need under one roof. I am also aware that they go out of their way to promote inclusivity and diversity. Lastly, they match their online prices so always check the price online before you check out, the deals are unbelievable.

Curbside pick up employees don’t pay attention when customers are there to pick up orders. Had to go in after waiting 20 minutes. Was told I should have called. App has a check in feature and does not say to call. Employees should pay attention. Store was not busy.

We;ve made several grooming visits to this location. The service was great! Clay has been the stylist almost every time, and does a great job with Duncan. He takes time to acclimate Duncan before I leave, and Duncan is always very happy when I picked him up! Great experience for pup and his dad!!

I absolutely loved coming here. I was given a recommendation to give this location a try since they have a salt water fish selection and I was definitely not disappointed. The employees were knowledgeable as usual, but what I liked the most is when I had a question and they didn't know the answer they actually admitted they didn't know. Rather than give me random information that might not be right and put my aquarium at risk they went out of their way to look up the information I asked for. That made me respect and trust the employees so much. I'll definitely be back.

Last 2 times I've been in there it's been messy. They were working on the tanks. No wet floor signs stuff you can slip and step on all around the tanks. Water all around the tanks on the floor. Shelves arnt perfect either merchandise is thrown in many places on the shelves not neatly placed at all.

I am extremely satisfied in the ethics of the crew in store. Ive never had an issue finding what i need. They are very informal, and leave me confident in my decisions when buying products for my fur babies. Their good health is my priority, and with the efforts from the crew, they have it.

If i could give zero stars, I would. When I came to get my dog groomed, they told me I had “receipts” & not the vaccination record when the vaccination receipts show when and where the animal was vaccinated (virtually, the same information you would find on the vaccination record.), when told this they came up with another excuse and said “the vaccination receipts also had to show when it expires”… my dog is 5 months old, and vaccines are good for two years… but anyways, instead of trying to help or use information given they were rude and told me “if I don’t like the rules, then call corporate.” Honestly, I don’t know if Petco has this in there rules or not, but the way the aggressive woman who pretty much told me leave if I don’t like it, went about it the worst way possible. Wouldn’t recommend, since if you have anything wrong or missing, they won’t even try and guide you on how to get those document’s. They’ll just tell you complain to corporate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was our first time at this location.My dogs hair appointment was at 8am. She was the very first one there. At 11 I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to see what is taking so long. FYI my dog is well mannered and never has issues at the groomer. It normally takes 2-2 1/2 hours for a full groom depending on how busy the groomer is..When I called, the gal said she would not be done until 12:30!!!!! I asked why and they said it’s because she is not the only dog there.Absolutely not acceptable. They said if we change from full groom to face feet Fanny, they could have her done in the next 20 minutes. So I said yes. Will not be bringing her back to this location. The gal was rude. If it takes this long to full groom a dog, stop over booking your groomers. I have never had this happen at any other Petco.
