I absolutely loved my first, and surely not last, shopping experience at Hollywood Feed in Carmel, IN. The person representing the store, Joshua, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and very kind.I got some very healthy food and treats for my Medical Mutts Service Dog Moonie. He deserves the best!!I truly enjoyed my experience at that extremely well stocked store! I'm going back soon for sure :)

I visited Hollywood feed for my pup’s birthday and I was amazed by the variety of gluten free treats and sheer options of cupcakes, cakes, peanut butter cups and oatmeal muffins they had to offer.My visit took less than 10 mins but the staff ensured I got everything I needed and gave individual attention to anyone coming in. I got some chew sticks which were worth the dime and my pup totally enjoyed them. Absolutely loved the visit!

2nd visit to Hollywood Feed and I was floored by the amazing customer service. I was looking for a gift for my friend’s pet, and the attendants did a great job personalizing and recommending a good gift. I ended up buying quite a few items and also a huge bag of puppy food.The store in itself is very clean, organized and has everything marked clearly. It was intuitive and didn’t require much effort. I prefer that over confusing aisles and too much searching.The attendant was super helpful and picked my food bag helping drop all the way in the car.

Josh was so wonderfully helpful. He spent time explaining the pros and cons of various leashes (slip vs choker ve harness) so I could make the right decision for my pull-oriented husky mix. I came away with the right choice!

Quality products, focused on made in USA. They always have knowledgeable staff members that care about animals. I don’t shop anywhere else anymore! I have a 12 year old poo mix that’s had a crazy health journey and Hollywood always has products that have good ingredients.

I was very pleased with the service and the selection of treats and toys. It was my fur babies 2nd birthday, and I wanted to buy her a few special treats. She especially loves her llama ball, and she thought the treats were delicious! Thanks for helping make her birthday special!

They have good quality and verities of cat food. Friendly staff as well. I bought these three wet food for my cat boy. His tummy usually does not respond very well to wet food. But he is responded well for one of the product and others are yet to be explored.

These folks are above 5 stars for knowledge and customer service. I am extremely particular on how my fur baby eats and the amount of knowledge these folks have has helped so much. I am planning a 14 day road trip and my dog eats raw so I needed some dehydrated raw food and bone broth. They special ordered what I needed and also took the time to explain to me how packets of the broth would be better due to refrigeration. I hadn’t thought of that and was super thankful they took the extra time to clarify that. They also offer raw bones which my pup loved! Thank you to the entire team for caring and listening to each customer!

I have to say that the people here are always so friendly and helpful. AND the Same Day Delivery make this our go-to place for dog food (and special treats). As a new mom, I cannot tell you how close we've gotten to the bottom of a bag of dog food without realizing it and they have saved the day with a delivery for our precious pups. Thank you!

Love the selection of healthier options.First time walking in here, and I'm thrilled. Will be back. I've been looking for a new pet store to be loyal to, and give my dog a bath. This may just be it.Update:Have now come here several times. I really like the convenience of the self-dogwash station. I love the fact that the tubs are separated by a half wall, with no risk of two dogs getting loose together.My one and only complaint....... and this may seem small, but after several times being here to wash (and if you have a long-haired, dual coat, dog), it's not so small.The hoses are too short.And they didn't use to be, this seams to be new.They only allow you to spray water down on top of your dog. And if you have a long-haired dog, like an Aussie or golden retriever, their hair is waterproof, and their undercoat will not get wet. (Also, I can't rinse the under belly at all). The only way to really soak a dog, under belly, and under coat. Is to spray from down to up angle.So, with this being said. Unfortunately, grooming my dog had been very difficult, and his fur keeps matting up after a bath because I'm not able to get deep enough. It also takes me twice as long, with additional several hours of brushing even well after getting home after a bath.Fix this. And it would be perfect.

Love this place. We use their self-service dog wash bays to bathe our dog, Molly. The workers are always friendly and the whole process is quick and easy and keeps me from making a mess of our bathroom/shower.
