This place knows how to cut poodles and doodles. I drove 35 minutes based on a good review from a friend to drop off my toy poodle and mini doodle and they did an amazing job. Not to mention, they were nice and gentle w my dogs and I’m assuming all dogs. Will be returning here! Yes, it’s pricey but it’s worth it!

This place is amazing. I have had a groomer in my previous town for more than 16 years. Canine Cloud 9 even surpassed her. Chucky's a Wooly Siberian Husky and Cloud 9 did amazing job on his coat. A week later and he is still soft and smells wonderful. The blow out and brush left very little fly away hair. Unlike previous groomer where hair flew all over the car after picking him up.Not the least expensive place he has ever been BUT they are definitely worth the cost. We have definitely found our new Groomer here in Indiana.Thank you so much.

I've never had a problem here with my dog. She is a Siberian Husky that gets the royal, as in de-shedding, treatment. I normally buy her the dried chicken feet that they sell...it's like crack for dogs! Not the cheapest, but the staff are kind and do a great job.Also, they normally open at 0900, but grooming appointments start as early as 0800. Usually takes a couple hours from the time you drop off to the time you pick up.

I went to get my new puppy (5 mos) groomed. I asked for him to get a haircut and wash and nail cut. They essentially washed him and gave him back to me and charged $45+tax. Really friendly cockapoo pup, and I had to take him to another groomer to get him groomed. Would not recommend for younger dogs.In terms of service, if they would've told me they took nothing off or acknowledged any issues, may have felt diff. But, to charge and say nothing is not good service.

Milo at first wasn't acting himself but I called and check on him. He's back eating his Ceasars food and hopefully it's just cause he missed two appointments. But overall there the best. Milo knows when he's there. He's been going there for 9mos. So yes Love this place.

Front desk clerk was very disrespectful I was dropping off her doordash order and accidentally forgot her soda . I have a speech problem and chimed over me asking where her drink was . Typical Carmel snobUpdate to comment actually it does have to do with your business cause I was going to ask for a brochure but because your employee was disrespectful to me I will not be taking my animal to your establishment . I simply said question when handing order and she felt the need to mock me and said question where is my drink ? Which was pretty much mocking me not letting me get a word in . Perhaps you should have a word with your employee who was working 11/11 at the front desk . Thanks

This was our first time going to this place and we love it! Our senior dog came out looking so good with his grooming! He’s a collie mix and can get pretty fluffy in-between grooms! The groomer did great! I highly recommend this place!

All staff members were super nice. The groomer did a great job with my dog and he is not the easiest dog to groom by a long shot. She was kind and did a great, professional job. The price is a little higher than a pet store or vet but the care and consideration makes it worth it. My dog left happy which is hard to come by for us leaving the groomer.

I brought my dog in for her second grooming experience after a horrible one with a different provder. The staff were aware of this experience and treated my pup with care and patience to make sure she was comfortable. She did very well and came back a new, prettier pup than when we dropped her off.

Had a great experience at Canine Cloud Nine. My golden-doodle looked actually happy when I unexpectedly came back halfway through his grooming session to check on him, and when they finished his haircut looked amazing. I appreciated that they were so nice to my dog and that they were careful in their grooming of him (especially since he has several skin tags).I had had a not so great experience at a different groomer that I brought him to previously, so I had been hesitant to bring him in some where again. I told a friend who recommended Cloud Nine and I'm so happy that I brought him in.

Updated review. We loved this place for about 18 months, but then our dog started seeing a different groomer who did not seem to do a good of a job. After a couple incomplete haircuts, the final issue was the groomer cut our dog with the clippers below his eye and then didn't tell us. Instead she said he had an infection in the area. Once we got the dog in the car, you could smell the metallic iron scent from the open wound.$400 at the vet to clean the area and a round of antibiotics.

They take amazing care of my poodle Ripley. She's been there twice now and both times she looks amazing and is happy. The last place I took her to she was scared with her tail between he legs when I came to pick her up. Here I can tell she's enjoying her time and is being taken care of with love and affection.

We've struggled trying to find a groomer for our pup. He is terrified to go to the vet or groomers, as a result of a bad vet experience. Taylor was amazing with Lincoln. She was able to groom him and we have a great plan to get him used to it. 5 stars for this salon for helping our little guy.

Ike, my shepherd /husky mix always comes out from his grooming looking ever so handsome with every aspect of his grooming taken well care of. Friendly and responsive staff. Would def recommend the place. Slightly pricier than what we were used to, but will continue coming here because of the good job that Club Cloud Nine does with Ike!

I have been taking my babies to be groomed by the new owner, Amber, for a couple of years now. She is the best groomer in the Indy area. Not only does she make them look beautiful but she also really cares about them! This shop on Main Street is super cute, and the free range puppies all seem to be having a great time. They also have a great retail selection as well as the grooming services. This is a great place to take your four legged babies!

The groomers are very kind and always willing to work my dog into their schedule when she needs her nails trimmed. Their treats and toys are unique and reasonably priced. My dog loves their homemade treats, too!

The staff is amazing. My dog is hearing impaired, and has heart failure, so she can get spooked easily. Everyone is so caring and kind to her. It is refreshing and calming to know she is in such good hands.

I love this place! I used to take my dogs to PetSmart but we had a terrible experience, I did some research and found this little gem!! It can be a little expensive but you're getting what you're paying for. The staff is very nice and attentive, the groomers are wonderful and my dogs always leave happy (unlike PetSmart). Also, both of my dogs are Huskies and they hate baths but every time i take them in the groomer always says they were good doggies. I am amazed by the patience they have because my dogs drive me crazy when i try to bathe them.

So we took our sweet, 14-year-old Skyler (welsh terrier) in for a trim at this shop for the first time. When we picked her up afterwards, they charged an extra $10 because she was ''difficult. What?! This dog is NOT difficult and no groomer has ever had a problem with this dog. Besides, since when do groomers get to unilaterally up-charge for a 'difficult' dog. Thought that was part of the job. But the real problem was the trim was NOT a welsh terrier trim. It looks like the groomer cut Skyler like she was a Westie with side skirts. And they also totally cut off Skyler's beard. Worst cut ever. They should be ashamed.

I wouldn't take my Maltese, Bronson, anywhere else. He has past trauma from a dog attack and can be skittish and scared to have his face touched. His groomers take great care of him and treat him in a tender and loving manner. He leaves in a great mood and with a beautiful cut. The socializing with other dogs is also great for his temperament. The fascilities are well kept and the building decor is very charming and "swanky."

I love the new owners. All the girls are so sweet with my dog Fred. He is a real pistol when it comes to his nails. The girls feed him treats while he gets his pedicure. I've never seen his nails so short. Thank you for being so patient with my little stinker.

After trying several places that were not able to successfully groom my little shih tzu (she's a very nervous dog) I was blown away by this place. From the second I walked in I was greeted with smiles. They took the time to talk with me about what they were going to do, and It really put me as ease. They also texted me updates of what was going on which I appreciated so much! I love that none of the dogs are in cages, and you can see them all running around and playing. Overall I had such a positive experience from start to finish and would highly recommend checking this place out!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I waited three weeks for my groomer appointment, and when I showed up they had my time down incorrectly (I had asked for 10a, they had written down 2p) so they told me I would have to wait until 4p to pick my dog back up. That wasn't a bid deal at all in itself. Then, they then told me that they were going to shave out my dog's matted hair instead of brushing it out. When I made it very clear that I didn't want my dog shaved anywhere, but said I would be happy to pay extra for any time spent brushing out matted hair (aka doing the job correctly), I was told, and I quote "well you can do it our way or you can just go somewhere else." Let me repeat I had waited 3 weeks for this appointment. I tried to explain that my dog always gets matted (she is long haired and despite the fact that I brush her every day, if she gets wet or damp at all I just don't have time to keep on top of them), and the groomer we have always used has brushed the mats out with no problem (unfortunately she moved). I was rudely given the same "deal with it" type of response. When I asked to speak to the manager, he stood behind his rude and obviously inexperienced groomer, saying that she knew more about it that I possibly could. Do not go here, do not go here, do NOT go here!
