This review is for truckers. Easy in and out, go past main public parking/entrance there's a huge truck entry/guard shack. People here are SUPER nice. Plenty of space to make maneuvers to get in what ever dock they want you in. No on-site parking that I'm aware of but the Wally World next door gave me permission

They have a brand new cabinetry and countertops section for kitchen, bath and garage in the very back of the store. I love the garden center here as they have a large selection of seeds, plants and garden goods. (They have a wheel-chair access front store entrance.) Everyone is helpful here.

Customer service was awful. One of the employees was very rude and stern when I asked where an item was. I really expected a more pleasant experience. Store has any items you could ever want or need. Getting help from employees not so much.

My husband’s favorite local store, quickly became mine too. He’s handy, we have pets, & kids, we camp, i love crafting and gardening and Menards has it all. The store stays clean and the employees are friendly & helpful. I love using the app to help me find things in the store… it is extremely convenient! The 11% rebates are an added bonus… just make sure you mail them the Friday before they expire. I noticed they tend to have a last mailing date on Sat or Sundays… :-/. Happy shopping neighbors!

My favorite store! I had bought Watkins seasoning that was bad. They replaced it and went through their whole stock and pulled all the bad. Got to respect that.Super friendly and attentive staff.Thanks Menards!!!!

I have order cabinets here multiple times. Sandy and the team working in the cabinet department have been excellent. Sandy has followed up with me regarding orders and went above and beyond to ensure mistakes with the wholesaler (not Menards) were remedied. I really appreciate the customer service and will continue to comeback.

Great prices for items used in homeless missionary weekend pantry. Box of 60 bandaids and tooth pastes only a Buck. Good prices sometimes on fruit juices too as well as socks, gloves, knit hats and lots more

You can usually find what you need here if you spend an hour looking for it because most of the employees here treat you like a bother if you ask for help. The experience doesn't improve much on the way out either since most of the cashiers act like they hate life. I'm used to Menards being so much better than Lowe's, but I find myself there far more often these days. I hope they get back to being as good as they used to be.

Menards has a lot of every day items plus awesome rebate deals. If there is anything you are looking for they probably have it. Would highly recommend the Camby store- staff usually are nice and helpful.

Do not have anything delivered from this location unless you want to find it in the middle of your garage door, broken and damaged, and find it replaced by a cheaper product than you ordered without notification or refund

Don't expect help in Camby Menard's from young woman 'E' in lighting. Respect yourself, turn around & walk out!Needed ceiling fan info on fans seen briefly at another Menard's, & help to learn about motion activated porch lights, over sink lights, non-integrated interior overhead lights, & bright security lights. Menard's young woman 'E' was aware I needed assist since insurance company moved up my completion date: I needed to forward purchase details to my rebuild manager! An elderly gentleman friend was waiting in the car so we could drive to Costco before it closed. 'E' helped with data on 2 fans, got a phone call & left...forever! Looked for her later; there were 2 employees finishing up on the phone call. She then walked away from lighting dept. After 1 1/2 hours in lighting with limited knowledge of lighting fixtures & porch lights & non-integrated overhead lights, my friend called & said we couldn't make it in time to Avon Costco. Left Camby Menard's, disgusted. Despite 'E', though we lost out on Costco, we made it to a dinner party. So she wasn't able to ruin the entirety of 2 other people's day! [Strange thing, there is an adult man & former master electrician Mike I met 10 minutes before closing earlier this week who sometimes works in lighting dept. He is wonderful! A seasoned professional with the exact opposite attitude! If you need to shop lights & ceiling fans at Camby, call first before the drive, to see if Mike is working!]

The majority of employees are quite clueless. It’s hit or miss but the Lowe’s down the road has a few really great people who are happy to help. I decided to reduce my rating after waiting 10 minutes for a shower door then finally walking up front to be told we have to complete 10 steps and had an attitude that I didn’t just wait 20 minutes for someone to show up in the kitchen/bath area.

MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT A STAND UP FREEZER WEEK AGO AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY WOULD PICK IT UP LAST SATURDAY AND UPON THEIR ARRIVAL MENARDS HAD SOLD THE FREEZER AND NOT ANOTHER ONE IN STOCK OR BIGGER. AND WAS TOLD MANAGER WILL CALL BACK AND DIDNT ON MONDAY THEY CALLED AND STATED THE NEW FREEZER WILL BE IN ON TUESDAY AND ADVISED TO CALL BACK THEN TO ADVISE A MANAGER FOR DISCOUNT AND WAS TOLD NO DISCOUNT BY ACTING MANAGER AND THE MANAGER ON DUTY WOULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH HER AT ALL. THEY RENTED A TRUCK SATURDAY TO MOVE THE UNIT AND NOW MENARDS IS NOT WILLING TO NEGOTIATE DELIVERY OR ANYTHING. SHE WAS GOING TO GET A NEW REFRIGERATOR AS WELL AND NOW SHE IS GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AND ASKING FOR FULL REFUND FROM THIS MENARDS FOR THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL EVEN ON THEIR OWN MISTAKES. NOTE I USED TO WORK AT A MENARDS AND KNOW WHAT CAN BE DONE AND NOT DONE.POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. SO MUCH FOR THEIR MOTTO.

If you're buying items you routinely purchase there's no issue. Need something different and it's a pain. If you're lucky enough to find an employee, chances are you'll be told the wrong place to look. I had been looking 30min when I got lucky with person #3 who accurately spit out the aisle # instantly.One good dept is the pet shop. They carry some brands hard to find elsewhere, and others at better prices..

Had the same style of wood paneling as I bought before, just 2 shades lighter. Can't match what I already have. Desk help tried to find it but lm screwed. Still, they have the best wood selection around.

Excellent customer service. Today a gentleman helped me not only find replacement bathroom sink spouts but also determine which replacement parts fit the sinks properly. I've always received great customer service but today's was exceptional.

They have bags of mulch in lumberyard, but you can’t load directly into your truck like you could anything else out there. You have to load all the bags on a cart, push into store to purchase, then out to your truck. When your buying a lot of bags, that’s hard on an old guys back. I’ll go down the street 🤦🏼‍♂️

Ordered 2 fireplace surrounds with doors on October 16th. Were supposed to arrive for pickup on October 22nd. Fairly quick. Date came and passed with no arrival. Not a big deal I didn't expect them to come that soon. After pushing the date off 5 different times for this order I began to wonder if I would get the product at all. Need these trims and doors installed so I can list my house for sale. After the 5th date of December 22nd came and passed I have canceled my order. Spoke with department manager who assured me they would arrive on the 22nd of December while he was on the phone with the vendor. Said he would make it right if they didn't show up. Now it is December 23rd and he claims we never spoke. I go to this particular menards almost everyday and sometimes more than once in the same day. Spending anywhere from a hundred dollars to several thousands of dollars. Needless to say I believe lowes will be a little busier from here on out. If this is how you treat your customers then you won't be getting me or my companies business any longer.
