PSA: Be warned, as of last month Meijer pharmacy will ignore what your doctor writes on your script and give you whatever they want (ie if your doctor states no substitutions on script they will substitute it if they please). They now can't even fulfill a simple script as prescribed. Honestly how can they even hold the license if they can't fill a script as prescribed.

If you can get your meds anywhere else DO IT !!!Always a ridiculously long wait time for no reason other than just extremely slow employees.Absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever.Every time I have to wait anywhere from 30-60 min in line just for a 30 second transaction and the drive thru is somehow incredibly worse than coming in.Doesn't matter what day or time of day it's always and excruciating experience.Almost worth switching insurance and paying twice as much not to deal with this headache.

This pharmacy is the best! I always go on the same day of the week when my prescriptions are ready because there are some amazing staff in there. There's this one girl with super curly brown hair who is always super friendly and always gets me taken care of fast and well! There is also a brown haired pharmacist that is always knowledgeable and useful when I need them. Definitely one of my favorite pharmacies around!

Has been over 5 days for a strong antibodies. They said their system is done. Had doctor call it in and they have no referenced. Totally a mess!!!

My family and I going on cruise for spring break. I needed an early refill on one of prescriptions. When I called this morning I spoke with one of the pharmacist her name is Jennifer . When I explained we are leaving for our trip tomorrow afternoon but one of my prescription was not ready to refilled for a few days. I explained we would be out to sea by that time she put me on brief hold. When she came back on she was so nice and told me no worries we can fill this today for you. She had no idea how much I appreciated her going above and beyond for patient. She very well could have said sorry nothing I can do and hung up the phone instead she she took the time to help me. I know the pharmacy is always so busy but yet somehow everytime I go pick up prescription they are all so nice and and smiling. Please remember that they are very busy and working their butts off to get everyone taken care. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND BE NICE No need to get mad yell or upset with them they are working hard for us.!!!

Rude pharmacy techs. When calling, they answer with no greeting and place you on hold. Pharmacists are nice though.

Terrible communication, terrible customer service, they don't actually have the prescriptions that you need they don't tell you that they don't have said prescriptions. I'm unsure of what the point of this pharmacy is because they won't tell you when your prescriptions are ready they won't tell you if they're out of stock they won't tell you anything that's going on because they don't know how to communicate.

Very informative staff and I get alerted automatically via text when my scripts are ready. I also signed up for weight, blood pressure, pharmacy extras and found out I need to get to the Dr over my heart. I was also able to very easily sign up for vaccinations I didn't even know existed right there. It's a calm inviting atmosphere.

i had gotten used to Kroger pharm. over the years and was amazed that when i switched to Meijer how QUICK they were at filling my scripts. i had not left the doctor but 20 minutes when i received a text that it was ready for P.U. WOW. so glad i switched. i am not even mentioning how wonderful their fresh produce is but now i go there for everything!

I’ve been on the same medication for years. Normally, it’s filled within 30 minutes of them receiving it. In the beginning of July, another pharmacist (female) told me that she can’t fill this type of meds until after 11:00. She has my prescription. Insurance is good & everything is correct, like it always has been. I’m there already, it’s 9:20 AM and you’re telling me I have to wait until 11:00 for you to START working on it?? No one has ever said this was “a thing” before. So I did it that ONE TIME. Next time, I went to Plainfield Meijer to get it & they filled it WAY before 11:00. Blows my mind that people just make up their own rules. If Camby gets the super nice male pharmacist back, I’ll go back. (I am a very nice customer. I don’t cause problems so I am totally confused by this interaction.)

Horrible place! Never have simple medications on the shelf. Always have to order and wait. It might be here tomorrow or the next day. Oh we don't get that anymore so we changed it to this. Don't worry we called your doctor after we made the change. It is always something with them . Use to put up with it for thr rewards. They have taken half those away. They won't work with insurance companies. That's your problem attitude they have. My scripts have been moved and I won't be back. They should just close it period!

Been going here 6 years, and the last 4 years have been a joke... they call us when a prescription isn't ready, but they say it is.. then they don't call us when one is ready or when our Dr calls one in. Oh, and EVERYTIME we go to get meds, they ask if we have insurance and need the card AGAIN. How are you guys losing our insurance ALL THE TIME? And tell us 30 minutes to fill a script and it really means 1 hour. We are changing pharmacies today.

Due to the Meijer chain deciding to give the Covid vaccine they now take up to 2 hrs to fill a vaccine. We've asked for months, prior to them doing the vaccine, that we wanted to get as many as our prescriptions as possible to be picked up at one time. I was told today that we may need to go someplace else, as they can't get people to work. I'd like to thank the Meijer corporation for telling me to go to a competitor, which is why I we switched to Meijer years ago in the first place. Meijer and the US government wants me to get a vaccine by individuals who are incompetent as it is evident the lack of professionalism. All I can say is WOW! This is disturbing to be told to take our business elsewhere - Thank you Heartland Crossing - Camby, Indiana store...I wonder what your corporate office is going to say when I contact them???

Daughter has waking pheumomia went to meijer to get prescription filled. They couldn't fill it because insurance information they think is incorrect. He said they would call us in a little while and have it fixed. 4 hours later we had to call meijer he said hadn't had time to deal with it and it would be morning. Never had any "insurance information issues" when using CVS. Horrible customer service with no regards to customers halt or immediate need for medecine. Will never go to this pharmacy again and will advise everyone we can to not go there as well.

Repeatedly by far the worst Pharmacy department I ever used in Indiana. They need 24 hours to transfer a Penicillin prescription, once they put only 40 Pills in a prescription of 60 - thank God I count and verify my meds at the store. Today I had my doctor call in meds for pink eye and the lady on the phone literally says:" Mmmmh hmm yeah we are to full so we won't be able to fill it until tomorrow afternoon. So yeah mmhmmm like 7-8 pm?Me: Why would it take that long?Mejiers: Because we be busy ( gez )Me: Should I check on the status around 10-11 in the morning to see if you guys got it?Mejier: Mhmmm nah you better call later.Me: O...k- Last year I had a prescription of 30 Hydrocodone which they wouldn't fill because 2 weeks before I had my wisdom tooth pulled and filled lousy 12 Percocets. They treat you like drug addict, they constantly mess up their counts, they take 48 hours to transfer prescriptions and have no clue about the time they might fill your medicine. So unprofessional that only their Meat department beats their Pharmacy. There you have to wait 15 minutes before someone even shows up. Horribly managed & employed by morons.

Poor customer service. Have used them many times because of how close to my house it is. But I am tired of them. I will be making a farther drive. I had a compound prescription and they don’t do those. And then asked if another pharmacy would fill it. And they said no one would. Found out that is a lie. It’s just big corporate pharmacies don’t.

They didn't have one of my prescriptions and the second they only had 2 pills. Said it would be in today and now it won't be in until 5. The medicine is vital to me and switching it to a different pharmacy is such a hassle..

The manager of the pharmacy when asked why 8 hrs later a prescription still hadn't been filled stated "well, we're just to freaken busy, it's the first of the month and everybody is filling their prescriptions..." Very unprofessional and pretty pathetic.. Go find a job elsewhere if you are that miserable..
