I love books but this Goodwill had variety of prices on books, made me think twice for an extra book. What happened to the flat charge for paperback vs hardback?

There are categories of products ie women's clothing by type & size, furniture, etc; but what you'll find specifically changes all the time.Different people do the pricing, therefore you may find items seemingly over priced & others you would've pd more for.This particular store was clean and organized.

i usually go to goodwill after a bad day to cheer me up, and anytime karson is the cashier he races to check me out, he is always energetic and fun to talk to, everytime i see him he had a different joke or a different story to tell me, he always takes time out of his day to make mine better, there are not many people like that left, i look forward to seeing him every time i shop there. amazing employee.

Store workers very nice and helpful. But don't care for changes. No Senior Day or Military Discounts. I don't buy $30 of things too get new discount, like it's set up now!! Will miss color's of Day too!!

All of the kids that work here are so nice. I watched a nasty old lady freak out on them the other day and they handled it so well. I’m sorry some people don’t want to wait a few minutes to be checked out. I see you guys running around the store working. You guys are awesome.

Won't return items that won't work after purchase. Also said they won't return items from other goodwill stores Thats not far away even with a receipt and tag!!

The store was clean and the staff was friendly. Some of the prices are a little to high in most of the Central Indiana Goodwill stores. I still enjoy hunting for unusual items though. I think if you want to find any of the weekly color coded 50% off items, you need to go at the beginning of the week. I usually go on Wednesday to take advantage of the ole fogey😆 (Senior Citizen) discount!

Actually cleaner and better organized then I remember. The DVD and Book section offer sometimes real gems. Of course most people shop there for clothes which are sorted by size and color. I visit every three months or so...not a bad Goodwill store... actually cleaner then the average.

I'm a frequent shopper at that location and many others, but specifically this location I visit towards the weekend, selection and the staff not bad, but every time I visited the store the music selection is poor and verrrrrry loud. I kept on forgetting to bring an ear plug with me, and when asked the staff more than once almost on every visit if they can lower the music down they felt awkward and hesitant to do so, and when they supposedly asked their manager in the back about my request they return laughing and saying they will lower the volume a bit down which they never do! I think the Store manager wants to enjoy her taste of music and loudness as they wish not for their customer comfort shopping experience. I wouldn't care if my shopping time is short but I tend to take my time😔👎🎷🎸📻🥁💽🤯🤕

This is a great Goodwill. Always plenty of items and most the time decently priced. Only draw back is sometimes things do not work and you return it and they put it right back out for sale even though you just let them know the item is broken.

Dropped off donations,Then went in to shop🤭🤫.Found 4pairs of shorts and 1 spring purse. Without a dressing room!!😲Found a penny faced up🍀 next to my car. Got home Everything fit perfect!! " What??" unheard of for me, but true . Wow, doing good things and getting rewarded for it. ❣Love it!!20 minute Shopping trip. That's a great Day🌈 ❣ Come on Summer 😎✌🌞

We've come here for years "treasure hunting." One day I bought a framed black and white photograph. It reminded me of Ansel Adam's style and subject matter.I purchased it on a half price tag day and paid $4.99 for it.I took it home, gently tore the backing off the frame and it was an original, glass negative print, initialed by Ansel Adams, (in the original frame)! Talk about a bucket list find :)I kept it for a while, then sold it at an auction. My take home was $849.00! Nice profit for a Goodwill find!!

Goodwill has ben around for for many year's & has always ben a good store to go look for anything from A to Z & always had good prices or good deals, unfortunately like all good things everything must eventually come to a end?!?! Goodwill runs & pays its employees on the kindness of folks like you & I who donate whatever is not used or no longer a need for. I myself always look for clothes expeciley for work I work construction & pants have a short life with me,!? But I've noticed that the prices on anything that Goodwill sales is almost always priced too high 10$ too 15$ for a single pair of used bluejeans that's 50% too 75% of full price for new that you could buy for from some of the other retailer's stores?!?! But that's just me & to each there own with there own opinions!! Also one last issue, reacentley my wife & I was @ one of there stores & noticed that 2 flat screen tv's was donated I asked about them & was told they have to be inventoried before they can be placed for sale it was @ closeing time so I arrived the following morning only to be told buy day workers that they had no tv's @ all for sale!!!!!

whoever they have pricing there items needs fired. Went in looking for a frame. Found a frame no cardboard backing for 2.99 I was fine with that. So I grabbed it and underneath of it was a identical frame, matte while 9 yards. Only difference was a piece of cardboard. Flipped it over 5.99 was the price. Really Really 3.00 for a piece of cardboard. Come on get real

When checking out guy was returning robot vaccuum because it didn't work. Well I should've saw this as a sign they don't test ANY electronic because the lamp I bought doesn't work. They're selling trash to the public.

Good deal on work jeans. The cashier just stuffed the jeans in a bag instead of folding them, then bagging them. Unprofessional, in my view but for $7 a pair, cant expect too much.

The staff at this store were very friendly and they had some really nice furniture when I was shopping there. The music selection was pretty good. The store was very clean and everything was organized.

I like this place a lot. I always find a few items that are a steal but sometimes I find the same things. I believe the prices went up a little too based on the items which is kind of a downfall. Still nice to go here though and discover a few items that help with wardrobe essentials. Very crowded on first Saturday of the month too.

This is a decent Goodwill. The only reason I give it three stars is some of the prices seem much higher than they should be thanks to people buying items and flipping them.

I think this is one of the best Goodwills. Always find interesting things. Sewing patterns, modest dresses, tools...Of course you have to look through a lot of junk. But I think that's half the fun. It's like a treasure hunt!

Great deals friendliest bunch of senior citizens I think I've encountered at one place together and the staff is helpful and friendly would have gave it five stars but don't like the changing room policy where the staff becomes what seems as if it was a Kiton K-50 suite

Furniture prices are insane here, go to the goodwill on 135 (or almost any other one) everything is cheaper there

I love going through Goodwill. The staff are usually very friendly. However, this visit the staff were very rude. Haven't seen the staff before. Hopefully they won't be there next time!
