The longer time goes on, it feels like the less they have to offer. I stop by from time to time to see if anything peaks my interest, but the prices are always a joke for used games being just a couple dollars cheaper than a brand new game of the same name. But it's always been like that, so I don't know what else I'd expect.

Have decent prices have a decent selection of product not as much as what they used to, but pretty good customer service, but trade-ins and the technology like the TV they use in-store to check out your product is subpar, but if you want in-store credit the prices aren't bad

BUYER BEWARE, I recently purchased a PS5 with God of War Ragnarök and I was told that with that bundle that I HAD to purchase the warranty. This warranty was an additional 55 dollars and I was not interested. I did end up purchasing this but I left feeling scammed. Every other establishment that offers warranties of this kind is always optional. It was a 1 year warranty for 55 dollars. Did not seem like a great deal to me. So I went ahead and called a few other Gamestop stores around our area and was told that the warranty WAS optional. They had me come in and have the warranty refunded. I am not sure if this employee wanted to boost warranty sales numbers or if this is a store policy but it is definitely not how you sell warranties. Both employees that were in at the time both said that I had to buy the warranty. Do not let them force a warranty on you.

This store went from the worst to the best after staff changes in the last few years . The new staff do a great job and Chris is the best Store Manager they could ask for and far better than Ian was, now its cleaner, friendlier and more welcoming than before. I went from avoiding this place like the plague and driving to Plainfield's store, to going in at least once a month or more I and don't regret it! They treat you like a person and not a sale here and it's a very chill environment, can't recommend enough!

Ordered online to make things easier on my way home just pick up my merchandise and go , well the door has a be back in 30 sign on it , 45 mins ive waited here and still waiting, 8 different cars have pulled up and left and no one will answer the phone , and the staff is just standing there . 2 behind the counter and 1 in the isle. As I write this 2 more people showed up and can't get in

Fantastic environment! Positive energy! Employees are very kind, caring, outgoing, funny, just all around great people! Amazing merchandise, collectables, gaming systems as well as games. Convenient location with great staff. They spend time helping you make informed decisions and if they don't have what you want or they have recommended, they will find another Game Stop that has the item for you. The customer service experience makes this specific store worth going to.

Great place to get video games, game systems, action figures, anime related things, book bags, different kinds of notebooks/diaries, however you want to use them. Collectors items of all sorts. Shirts, hoodies, hats, stuff figures, head sets, controllers for different systems, etc. Great customer service, they take the time to talk to you and they actually get to know you. Some of them actually remember me when I walk in the door. It's a great feeling.

Awesome employees! Although, I bought an Item on "clearance" but was marked down 2 cents.. They didn't need to waste the paper for another sticker could have just made a bin for clearances but then again when people ask "how much?" they would say "they aren't discounted just on clearance." Which would confuse the person as much as I am confused. Just an FYI i would have just paid the 12.99. This post is worth 2 cents.. haha get it? I'm sure that joke made more since than marking something down for no reason. Lol

Its alright as far as GameStop goes. The employees are nice but being asked for all the extra BS at the end is ALWAYS annoying. I know it isn't the game advisor's fault so the blame isn't on them its on GameStop as a company. The employees are the only reason I say 3 stars.... everything else is just meh....

Love this place. Jake, the manager is very helpful and friendly. He was very patient with me as a video game novice and answered all my questions when I was researching which video game system to buy my kids. Whenever we visit, his staff is very friendly and good with my kids.

Its gamestop, you can buy the newest games, but nothing else. If you want anything before the current gen, look elsewhere.

Super nice store with lots of cool stuff to look at!! They no longer offer Ps3 games and are phasing out Nintendo 3DS. I bought Zelda for my daughter to try, since it was one of my favorite games on the gameboy growing up. Please check helpful box 😃☺🧡

I go to Game Stop for my kids, but they do have decent prices on some things!!! Being used, some prices could be a little more cheaper, but I understand they need to make their money too!!! It's nice if one store doesn't have it, they can check which store has it that's closest. Also, they can order it if there's not one closest to drive to!!! The one on East St is my fav.!!! The gentleman there helped me understand the best when choosing which game to pick!!! Thx!!!

Just finished up at the Camby store, Josh was very helpful and understand. I had to exchange my 3DS I bought in March for a new system since it decided that getting the black screen of death was a good idea, he taught me about the new Nintendo 2DS and got me all set!

Probably my favorite gamestop ive been too, Ian (im guessing the store owner) is always there working and is always eager to help and talk about things. Its also got the best selection and the store is tremendous in size. Has always been a pleasure to do business here and the midnight launches are always well done.Keep up the good work!
