Store was fine, manager was not. Thoroughly condescending when my wife asked if they were hiring, and this individual decided to display the poorest example of professionalism I've encountered in quite some time, maybe since COVID lockdown.This manager needs to learn you only get one chance at a first impression, and she blew it.

I was double charged for my order I tried to tell the cashier the purchase went through it said approved on my side. She insisted it didn’t go through, to run my card again, it double billed my card, she told me my bank would have to correct it. There was nothing she could do. She said I can bring my receipts in and speak to her manager the next day there wasn’t a manager on duty. I told her I only have one receipt because I only had one purchase that I was double charged for, and I could not come in the next day I was visiting and not from the area. I have been trying to reach this store all day, no one answers the phone. Tomorrow I will call my bank and their corporate. Watch your account when shopping at the Camby Indiana Dollar Tree Heartland Crossing, this obviously happens frequently because she told me once my bank figures out it was an incorrect or double transaction. It will take 3 to 5 business days for the money to be credited to my account. For someone that didn’t know how to handle a situation with no management staff on duty she sure seem knowledgeable of what the solution in the end would be.

I just want to say awesome job Dollar Tree! I havent been to your store in weeks and when I stopped in today i was amazed how much has changed and how amazing the staff was!! My cashier was so nice and poliet!

I have frequented this Dollar Tree since it opened. It has always been clean and organized until the other day when I went in. It was not very clean and so disorganized. Goods in the wrong places stacked on top of each other. It was a disaster. I had looked on line to see if they had the items I wanted and supposedly they did; however, they did not have the items. I will probably go to Plainfield from now on. I will say the employee or manager at the time was very nice and went out of his way to help me but he couldn’t find anything either. It is sad because this was a nice store.

Clean, uncluttered, friendly employees, and most stuff is $1.25, not bad at all!! They have hallmark cards for $1.00, so we can afford to send the "very best."

Great and friendly customer service. Even the Private Client managers say hello when I walk in past their cubicles. That typically doesn't happen at other branches. I've seen a 2 person staff work the drive up and in side flawlessly with no long wait times. They are knowledgeable and I have enjoyed this branch so far.

Just had a terrible customer service, along with everyone else in the two very long lines. Out of nowhere both cashiers announce they've clocked and and are leaving, while everyone is still in line. Several employees fumbled around, not organized at all, and took over, and opened another register. We go to the newly opened lane, and unload. We ask the cashier how she's doing, she goes on to tell us how she's on her period, and her cramps are terrible, and that all she has left in life is Japanese death metal. As we pay, my wife say, "hope your day gets better ma'am, then she proceeds to lecture us that she's not a ma'am, which how would we know as we were just being nice, and throws the receipt at us and mumbles insults at us from behind her mask. Obviously I don't expect much at a Dollar Tree, but I do expect friendly customer service from people with enough skill to handle that.

Camby, Indiana location. Girls name is Munna?? Reciept was messed upCame in tonight and the young lady working the register was pretty brash, tall, glasses, short hair. She was wearing a green shirt tied in the front that looked filthy with a "They, them, theirs" button. Someone needs to have a talk with her. The last time I came in she felt the need to share with everyone and get in deep conversation about how she was an atheist as a woman was buying jewish holiday stuff, the woman was very polite but she kept going on.This time at 8:30pm 09/12/2022 she was cursing and then said randomly "the most annoying question i get is do you have Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior, I don't as I'm a Satanist". I have heard her comment many times about how she doesn't believe in God, and she has moved from claiming atheist to Satanist now. Which I don't care, but to keep announcing it and informing people who in no way asked is just too much and definitely not something that should be discussed with random customers in the work place. It makes it very uncomfortable and I'll be avoiding this place if she is there. I don't go in announcing my personal beliefs nor have I entered any type of church to hear it.

Locks doors 15+ minutes before close. I don't think that is right. If someone needs to get something and can be in and out you would think they would want your business. Not this dollar tree though. Employees are too worried about making sure they walk out the door at 10pm rather than be open to their customers until their listed close time which is 10pm.

I love shopping Dollar Tree, but something has gone seriously wrong with the Camby, IN store! Been going there since they opened and it far from what it started out to be. A mere handful of broken down carts, terrible staff, messy, disorganized and horribly stocked. I'll drive to Greenwood!

The store itself seems well stocked. But the manager is kind of short and rude with staff and customers. I overheard her getting in a argument with the cashier. The cashier said “you don’t have to be so rude” I was thinking the same thing 🤷🏽‍♀️ And the manager seemed frustrated about having a truck of boxes in the back... not the cashiers fault... also there is usually only 1 cashier even when busy.

I always find multiple items I need, plus, their floral area is amazing! I buy 95%of the flowers I use to make my mom's grave saddle, and vase flowers from them. I've had multiple ppl tell me how beautiful they are, and how well they stay looking new through the Indiana weather. I've been very satisfied with the items I buy here!

Nice cashier. But only one with long line of people. Its busy this time of year until after Christmas and they need more help. I got some denture cream for a client and bought, then got to work and no denture cream in the box. That's ashame because my client really needed this product. But that's pretty good getting to work and the other person says where's the denture cream and it's not in the box. So either whoever puts it out on shelf didn't notice it was empty or someone took it and put empty box back on the shelf. I like this place because they usually have what I need, but they do need to make sure the aisles are cleared of boxes and big carts so people can get thru to shop and have a cleaner bathroom too. Thank you.

The dollar tree in Plainfield, Indiana is horrible. The shelves were bare and the whole store was very, very dirty. The restroom was horrendous. I couldn't even step inside the restroom door and noticed how awful and dirty the toilet was not to mention the of the restroom. This store is a disgrace.

Cashier was in a horrible mood and was being rude to customers. She rudely asked an elderly lady if she was going to get her stuff and then when the lady didn’t hear her, she proceeded to yell it at her again in an even ruder tone. Then huffed and puffed and shook her head at her. Receipt shows her name is Chastity.

Just left the store in Camby, the cashier was wearing her mask below her nose and I said you are aware it doesn't work like that. Her response, yeah and??!! That's an employee in your store while there is a mask mandate in Indiana. I'm quite disappointed, I won't be back and as a crafter I was shopping there a few times a week.

This store was very messy/dirty. As I walked in I was looking for a cart. A male employee stood by the office door and said 'if you need a cart they are all in the parking lot.' Great customer service👎...not!

The manager was so helpful. There was not the product I wanted on the self. Manager went in back moved several boxes and then several more and then bought the whole case out for me She went above and beyond to help me.

I don't know how I can get along if these stores close. Bleach is one of the items I buy regularly. I depend on the Dollartee for essentials and minor luxuries, especially each Christmas.

Everything is one dollar regardless of what you end up finding in there. Always some steals and I always feel like I got away with a good deal for what I got. It is also our go-to at O'Charleys across the street when we need newspapers for the bar top or whatever little nick-nacks the company needs. Friendly staff as well.

I enjoy the dollar store. This one is just way measure than the Plainfield one and smaller. Usually only one person at the register and they need 2 sometimes. Overall ok, I come back often for small things.

Made a 20 minute trip to Dollar Tree specifically for balloons but the person in charge of keeping up with the ballon station has apparently had the last 6 months off. I hate when I waste a trip somewhere.

Very rude management rude workers they close at 9:00 but they lock you out 20 minutes early at 8:35 8:40 and refuse to let anybody else in it's very dirty and disorganized they never have any Carts inside they make you go out and get them yourself if you call up there they never answer the phone I've been in the store when somebody was calling and the people that work there just say ignore it if they need something they can drive up here if you ask for help they are very rude about helping I'm in there everyday in other customers think I work there because I'm constantly cleaning and organizing because they don't do it and they asked me for help so that should show how bad the staff is they need a new managers do Not recommend the store applied for a job didn't hear anything back went in and talked to the manager and she yelled at me all because I asked about my application if she could check it they need a whole remodel

Grace and joy the Dollar Tree store it's a clean place is a well-stocked place the workers and the managers they are a very friendly group the manager name is Jamie she works day in and day out to make sure her store is very clean and ran the right way the way customers would like it to be
