Closed again for " Stocking shelves ". What is the point of having this store in this town if they won't keep it open. And if it is due to staff shortages AGAIN, then that sounds like a problem with the company.

Place is a mess never find anything you need carts all over the place stuff thrown on top shelves just a mess needs to be taken care of cashiers on their phones while ringing you up standing at register waiting for 5 min or more waiting on cashiers other day I stood there for 5 min waiting on them while they was in the office chatting it up. Went again today no milk or puppy food so I ask if they had some she went back to look and she said if they had any it would be pack 4 months later and I'm tired of going to Waterloo Auburn or edgerton to get items why the hell the shelves still looking bare again nothing I need to get have to go to Waterloo or edgerton

They are always closing early or opening up late. The other day, they didn't open until 4 pm. I know they are short on staff, but I always see 3 people working 1 shift, which makes no sense why they can't open up at normal business hours. Other than that, the store is great.

Everytime I go here, it seems there's some hand written sign on the door saying they're closed because of staffing issues. Today, for example, they opened at 8 AM and closed at 11 AM. So the employees that actually ARE available to work can't stay open more than 3 hours at a time? This is getting ridiculous.Kat was rough around the edges, but I liked her, and at least when she was around, the doors were open.

Friendly staff, a great selection of clothing, food and personal items. Easy to navigate store layout and overall very clean and well organized. They are also good with enforcing new rules and regulations with the Pandemic going on they are committed to keeping everyone safe and healthy.

Excellent place to buy a wide variety of different products for nearly everything one might need.Automotive, home, crafts, utility, and much more! This location features a nifty $1.00 aisle that can be found stocked with some pretty amazing deals at any given time.My recent experience with a staff member prevents me from giving 5 stars, but overall a great place to shop.

Wish I could actually go into the store. Everytime I go there they are closed. And I have gone over there many different times of the day. How on earth are they making money? Maybe they should just close down. Been going to Waterloo to get what I need and I live in Butler. Oh and they need to update their hours on Google to never open. SMH

I appreciate the employees who are working short staffed, however this store is always a mess. Unpacked boxes. What really gets me is overhearing the manager rudely tell a customer that the item they are asking about is probably somewhere in the back but they can't put it out because they don't have enough staff to do so. Poor customer service imo, and I never feel welcome if shes there. Her employees are friendly and welcoming though!

The store never stocks the shelves always everything is a mess I went to get Bayer asprian didnt have any I have went there also to get water didn't have any. We need people in there that will do thier job but yet they want you to do a survey and give them good reviews Haha they are funny that place is a joke.

Variety of products from Auto to Home. You can find just about everything you could need here. They have a very positive and uplifting staff that love to help people. They are very friendly and eager to assist anyone who asks. Wether you need ingredients for supper that night, or just a pack of batteries for the tv remote, you will have no problem finding them here. Remember to check your receipts, many have cash off when you spend a certain amount on a given day. Open everyday of the week.

Sign saids open from 8 to 5 and at 3 not even open. Not much on shelves and carts full all around but can't get the things you need. Been going down hill the last year but the last month has been the worst.

So tired of going there to pick up something after work and find a handwritten poster board on the doors saying they are "closed due to staffing issues. Sorry for the inconvenience." Over and over this happens. Yet lights are on in the store and sign by road. What a waste of space.

Trashy, store was in bad shape, shelves were half empty. New merchandise was in totes, on the floor, had to go thur it, if you didnt see it on the shelves. Place was dirty, need to get some help to put the store back together

I always enjoy going to dollar general. Prices are great and staff is very friendly. They have a very large selection of everything. Being in a small town, it's nice to have a reasonable place to do alot of shopping

Poor Customer Service. Rude Employee (Sharon). Was going to purchase some pepsi and Mnt Dew. Sign said 2 for $7 or 1 for $4.50. Had them ring up 2 pepsi (12 pk) and 1 24 pk mth dew. The total came to $16 plus. It should of been $14 with no tax. Didn't have enough money so got 1 12pk and 24 pk mnt dew. I realized once I got in the car, it should of been $14. I called Store Mgr (Austin) and mentioned the prices. He said the 2 for $7 was for a 6 pack. The sign is clearly under the 12 pks and it read, 2 for $7 or $4.50 each. If, according to Austin, the price is 2 for $7 or $4.50 for a 6 pk, then why was i charged $4.50 for a 12 pk. He was clearly wrong. I tried to explain this to him and tell him about his rude employee. He didn't want to hear it. I asked for his GM name and number and he refused to provide it to me so I could make a complaint. I shop here all the time but not anymore. I will be spending my money elsewhere and telling all my friends and people at church and we will buy our stuff somewhere else. What poor customer service.
