I absolutely LOVE this CVS location! The pharmacy staff are very helpful and welcoming! I especially love when I walk in and I am greeted by my name! I have NEVER been recognized by a business ever! Way to go Butler CVS, keep up the great work!

CVS is always a very clean store. I'm amazed at the variety of items that you can buy here. From film processing and products to electric mixers to pet foods. It's nice to have a pharmacy in our small town also. Very nice store. Staff is great.

I've taken my prescriptions to CVS for well over 10 years. I've always had the same prescription. But there is just something about the staff in this store. They're just not as friendly. The in syore staff isn't as bad. But they're not winning any awards anytime soon either. Looks like I need to find a new place to get my medicine.

I currently walked into this store at 5:59 to let my kids use the bathroom and get a few things. As soon as I walked in the door the lady behind the counter says, "we close in 1 min if you could get your stuff quickly," this is the worst thing you can say to a customer. You were still open when I walked in so instead of rushing me close your doors when I leave. You have to stay and clean anyways. I will not be shopping at CVS anymore.

The staff is "still" switching over after the Gary Flood days. I think we were all just spoiled. He knew all of us and he will be a big act to follow. They need to find a good pharmacist and keep him/her then the rest of the staff will fall into place. It has been a while so they must not pay very well! Just the other day I was out there to wait for a script. There was maybe one person in front of us if any. They said it was going to be like a 30 minute wait! My jaw hit the ground! When they did get it done, I was informed "loudly" what to expect as dude effects, etc. This is the first time getting this particular med so I had no idea that they may not always have it and that I should try to give them more time in the future! Get this! I get home and they call me to see if in still taking a certain med I haven't taken in months! I'm still dumbfounded...

The new CVS automated answering system is awful.You cant just call up and ask to speak to a HUMAN this is most annoying I think the Mgmt at CVS needs to try thier own system its a joke! Other than that the store would be a higher star rating.

Had a very pleasant experience in this store, it still has that Hook's Drug Store feel, staff was very friendly, and the store was very organized and clean. I would consider shopping this location anytime I am in Butler.

THe pharmacy really needs to stay open later!! The tall beautiful pharmacist is great. The guy not so much. staff friendly

Yes here at Butler Indiana store there’s a pharmacist that is rude an complain about other employees in front of customer I’m really tired of her attitude towards customer she doesn’t smile she threatened to refuse to sell me my medication if I wasn’t nice to her but I have been till today with her bad attitude if this keeps up there we will be moving our medication back to WalmartJacob Baird
