Y'all have a problem at that restaurant, and it's a big one. I go in all the time, but I feel now I need to leave a review. There was a little girl working the register, last week and today.Well, it's easy to tell the girl has some problems, but she seemed happy enough until today. Excitable and loud, but you expect that with the special needs people.Today, at around 9 this morning, she came out of that big room in the back with her boss, and asked the GM if she could go outside. The GM told her no, and when the girl stood at her register, she was obviously distraught.She stood there trying to stop tears with her hands, but I saw them.Now, I don't know what was going on, but that girl has some kind of mental problem. She looks grown and acts small, and that's fine.What's not fine is that this manager didn't seem to care and wouldn't let her go away for a minute to calm down. I think she did good, not having a full breakdown there. That took strength.People with needs, whether she's an adult or a child, because I couldn't tell, are different. You can't just treat them like everybody else and say that's fair because everyone is treated the same.They got to be allowed to leave and have a cry and come back, they got to be allowed to have emotions, otherwise the day turns upside down, and they can't get control.I just think someone ought to go talk to that girl and make sure she's okay at that store. And make sure they don't fire her because they got called out, either.

Like many fast food places, they ignore the customers who take the trouble to come inside while they focus on the drive through. We walked out after watching them take order after drive through order while we stood at the counter and were ignored. Whoever owns/runs the place these days is running it into the ground. We have been making the 30 minute drive weekly for literally 20 years to eat here but no longer.

We arrived at about 1/14 445 pm. A group of 7. No other customers in the building besides us. 4-5 employees complaining and just being downright disrespectful. It took 40 mins to get everybody's food out, and again, nothing was made properly. These young gentlemen did not know how to run a business.They were on there phones, and yelling consistently.This store needs lots of training and would not recommend this location to ANYBODY.I hope they can come up with better training.

I have been going here all my life and it used to be my favorite place in Brownstown not anymore, my biscuits and gravy was cold and salty I ordered a full order but got a half and they keep giving me the wrong amount of change back They are rude about it to. I think it is all if the teens that are working there it wasn't like that before them. I am around the same age but the people working there are the worst.

We went here to celebrate an 80th birthday and had 11 people in our party. There were only four employees working and it was a very busy, hot day. Despite all this, the staff (especially Sandra) were so friendly and accommodating. We had also pre-ordered a custom ice cream cake and it was ready when we arrived and exactly as requested. All the food and ice cream was delicious. Very impressed with our experience and service!

The food was pretty decent, but the interior of the building was disgusting. The manager needs to find time to have someone clean the lobby. All of the floors were extremely dirty, and the entire restaurant smelled like an old, forgotten grease trap. Don't even get me started on the bathrooms. A regional manager needs to pay this location a visit soon, or send in a secret shopper to take some much needed constructive notes.

We went last Sunday. Drive thru was busy so we went inside. The inside smelled dirty. Like grease hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Floor was gross and almost every table was dirty. There was a cup on the floor at the front counter. The young manager walked passed it and left it. Young teen boy finally saw it and grabbed it. The trash cans were over flowing. We did not get our correct sizes for our orders of ice cream either. Place continually goes downhill. No one there seems to like being there and is rude. I live a block away and am done trying to go here until things change for good.

Service was good, staff friendly, food hot & fresh. The wait for my order was timely, especially for fresh , hot food. The only area I would have had improved on my dine-in experience was the temperature of the dining room. It was cold inside, too cold for comfortable dining and the music playing overhead was fairly loud. I had to speak louder than a normal voice to have a conversation.Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff, greeted upon entering.Wheelchair accessibility: It is w/c accessable.

We went Sunday and they tried to give us a small order of cheese curds for the almost 10 freaking dollars I paid! And they was frozen in the middle. My girlfriend took them back and lady behind counter said oh yeah we sorry. Then after watching them shove the new right order out the drive threw window we just got our money back! As the family behind us did as well! We heard them say they have watched them shove order after order out the drive threw window while they have been waiting! He was right! They was sitting there when we sit down! If you don't wanna wait on folks inside just lock the doors and cater to the darn drive threw!!! What makes the drive threw more important then customers inside anyway??? The place is a waste of our time anymore..

I absolutely love this place. Good food, good managers, good place.Dietary restrictions: This is NOT a dairy free place. It's literally dairy Queen, in the name. It does have wheelchair accessibility if needed, plenty of parking, and it's an ice cream place, so kid friendly (as long as your kids are friendly!)Parking: Next to two gas stations.

The food and ice cream treats are on par with all of the wonderful items Dairy Queen is known for. I did have to wait a while for someone to come to the counter to take my order. Only reason for the rating of 4.

We stopped by here to grab lunch. I am not too familiar with DQ food. Generally I go there for a blizzard. I asked the very nice lady behind the register what she likes to eat there. She told me about this spicy flame-something burger. My husband and I both got a 2 patty one and a couple of sides and a drink. The onion rings were tasty and my husband enjoyed the cheese curds. Drinks were nice as well. The burger was ... how can I say? SO dry it felt like the Sahara in my mouth. There wasn't enough drink to quench the thirst after eating it. I am sure that it would be quite tasty if it didnt feel like sawdust in my mouth. I made it work somehow because I was SO hungry. But I think going forward I will just stick to blizzards at DQ. 3 stars because the service was lovely, the other food was good and the dining room was clean. -2 stars out of 5 because of the dryness of this burger.

We stop here before the races. Good friendly, service. The first time we stopped and ordered a cyclone with extra pb cup, it was still mainly ice cream. The second time we went back we told them about it and they hooked us up at no extra charge. Greatly appreciated.

the food is usually good, and staff is kind. but i do have to say that mobile orders are not read or ever received correctly and it ends up not being worth the time needed to fix it. but i put a lot of money in, give them ample time and wait in line for long as needed. My wife and I stopped in for a late dinner after a rehearsal at the local community theater. It was about 8 PM and we were the only ones in the dining room. The ladies that waited on us were very friendly and anxious to be of service. The food was all fresh and hot and quickly prepared. This would have been 5 stars except, when delivering our food, she asked if we needed catsup and I said "Yes" but it never materialized so I had to go to the counter and get some.All in all, a very good experience.

I'll start off by saying I got my first senior discount here.. lol I'm 43. Service was great, food and dessert was amazing. Ordered the honey barbecue chicken strips basket which came with fries, toast and a choice of dipping sauce. The chicken could have used more honey barbecue sauce, but it was still good to say the least. I also tried the New Carmel Drumstick with peanuts blizzard, which combined 2 of my favorite things, carmel and drumsticks, will definitely order again, thanks for the great experience.

Took em 40 minutes to give me a medium blizzard only to come out the wrong size and the wrong kind of blizzard, the old woman there was rude and she overcharged us $6 for 3 meals. I’m never going back, and will always go to the Dairy Queen in Columbus cause at least they have good customer service

Order was wrong. Ordered 2 combo meals with cheese curds instead of fries. Got 1order of each. Fish sandwich was inedible -- tasted like they used 3-week old oil in the fryer. The other 2 sandwiches and the drinks were correct which is the only reason I gave them a 3.
