It's very homey here not a huge box store, they are friendly and helpful. The twice monthly nail trim is just the best, my dog is well taken care of. There are plenty of treats for dogs under 3 dollars and inexpensive toys. They could more parrot accessories though. The bath area is great!!

Stellar customer service! If they do not have a particular item I need they offer to order it. My pup loves shopping here and enjoys all the attention she gets. In a time where customer service has fallen by the wayside, it's nice to shop where they value your business.

These people are amazing human beings!! They love there job and want to help better the community, they support people trying to help homeless dogs and give them the future they deserve! Also they help pamper and entertain your pup while your trying to find toys or dog food, the staff is amazing and I can’t thank them enough!!!!

Always go here for dog food. I can walk in tell them I need someone to carry the BIG bag to my car. No problem. They also have a DIY dog wash and rewards programs. So being a regular pays off.

The staff are always friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to help you find a particular product or to find a product not on the shelf. These are a group of people who appear to love their job. I love the selections for my dog. It isn't overwhelming and it appears Specks doesn't just stock everything, but takes special consideration to what they put on their selves for their customers. I am a fan of Specks!!!

I'd give it 5 stars for the helpful and friendly staff but I'm giving 3 stars though as it only provides for the *needs* of dogs, cats, reptiles, hamsters or similar if you prefer the ability to walk in, grab your known chosen edibles and not want a large variety of *wants* like clothing for our furry kids (they can get cold like us) or for a vast assortment of toys.Definitely not my store for fish or fish supplies unfortunately as this store is not a far drive.

We shop here for all of our animals. Staff is very friendly and very helpful, especially if you talk to the right person about your concerns or questions. Took off a star because of price increases, and this store doesn't have as good a selection as other stores.

The female with dark hair working the register tonight is the rudest human I've ever met. The manager was not helpful at all. And all becaise I questioned why the food I would be feeding my pets (which i buy there every 1 to 2 weeks) was taped up. I hadn't noticed it when we picked it up. Completely unprofessional and will take my business elsewhere.
