The habitat was awesome. Took my daughter for her 21st birthday, and she loved it. The owners were extremely nice. I will be back!

I love this place. The staff are amazing people with the knowledge they have about the wolves and volunteering their time. It is amazing to be able to interact with the wolves. It is very peaceful and healing to your mind and soul. This place will change your life and outlook on wolves. The owner, Kathy, is a great joy to talk to and what she does to help the military, and first responders are like no other. If you want a great once in a lifetime experience, you should go and see how healing it is at Wolf Creek Habitat. This is my personal photo from my interaction last weekend.

My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday. It was an incredible experience. One I will never forget. I will forever remember this as the best day of my life. Wolves are one of my favorite animals. The volunteers are super friendly and knowledgeable. You get to interact with the wolves and the volunteers talk about the wolves and their eating habits along with their likes and dislikes and other various information about wolves. They answer any questions you may have about the wolves. My volunteer guide knew so much about wolves that he had learned through volunteering for the past 8 years or so. I felt very safe because the volunteers and the owner educate you so much before you are even able to interact with the wolves. Safety is their #1 priority as they only allow you to interact with well mannered and friendly wolves. I recommend going there if you have a passion for learning about these beautiful creatures. The owner was wonderful. She was very nice and friendly and actually goes into the interaction area with you as well. The animals look very healthy and are well taken care of. The 3 baby wolves actually climb on you and may chew on your hair or ears. They may scent mark you by rubbing their face and body on you. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Their gift shop is so cute and smells so good. It reminded me of pecan pie baking in the oven. They have some cool military memorabilia hanging up and can offer you some nice items for purchase. I will definitely go back for another visit.

What an incredible place to visit and see these amazing animals up close and personal in their enclosures. The owners are some of the best and nicest people. I've been there a few times and always look forward to going back.

Visited this place for the first time last weekend. It was one of the best experiences ever. They charge $50 per person to interact with the wolves, and it is well worth the price. The Wolves were very friendly and excited to see everybody. We got lots of wolf kisses. It had just rained so we got quite muddy. If you visit, wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. They have around 30 wolves there and they are very well taken care of. Thank you for such a great experience!

This place is very cool! We did not get to go in the dens and interact with the wolves because it was later in the day and they were done with people!! We learned a ton from the girl who took us around. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They even let us help feed the beautiful creatures. So interesting to learn about and witness their habits, and their likes & dislikes. Definitely going back early enough to go into their den and interact with them next time!!

Wolf Creek was an amazing experience. If you take the time to really listen to the staff, you will learn so much!! The wolves were so sweet and very affectionate! I would recommend going in the fall or winter when the wolves have a full coat and are not getting over heated. If you go in the summer, arrive early so you can be the first group in. The owners priority is the health and wellbeing of the wolves and will stop visitations of it gets too hot. I enjoyed spending time with these magnificent creatures so much that I am definitely going back.

Some important pieces of information. I believe in order to go into the habitats you must be around 55 inches tall. And prices are upwards to $50 a person. So keep this is kind if you wish to pet the wolves. Otherwise the place was absolutely beautiful. If you visit, I highly recommend going when it's colder for more active wolves. It is free to go stand on the viewing areas which is a large deck which overlooks some of the habitats. It's definitely worth a visit and will be a good memory to look back on!

This was my second time going and it was beautiful. To be able to learn, touch and experience the wolves up close is absolutely magical and spiritual.

Wonderful, knowledgeable people who explained patiently but passionately to my girls all about the wolves, their names, and their origins. Only open 11am - 4pm on weekends, but even getting there at about 3:45p on a Sunday we had a great experience. There is an "interactive" option where you can go into the enclosure, but I didn't get details on that other than that you must be over 5 feet tall, and that there's apparently an additional charge.Visiting is free, but of course donations are encouraged and there's a cute gift shop with a small collection of wolf-themed shirts, bracelets, books, coffee mugs, and the like.Highly recommend at least one visit, especially if you, like one of my kids, are passionate about how amazing wolves are!

Such a great family outing. Just know that there is a height requirement of being 5' and over. The workers were passionate about their work with the wolves. It was a great experience of petting them. It was well worth spending $50 apiece to interact with these beautiful and docile animals.

This place is awesome! The volunteers take great care of the wolves and share a plenty of knowledge about the species. In addition to that, this is a true rescue and not a roadside zoo, so I feel good about supporting this place. Thank you for letting us hang out with these beautiful animals and for rescuing them!

A dream come true experience. Got to go for my birthday and I would recommend the trip to anyone. Amazing, friendly, and informative staff, sweet puppies full of kisses, and an overall great cause. They also have a veteran appreciation system that was incredibly refreshing. Will 100% drive the 7 hours to get there again and again.

Very interesting place to visit. First of all it's free to get in and view the wolves from the elevated deck/walkway. Only the encounters cost. They have boxes for donations, however no one is hounding you to do so. It was a very pleasant enjoyable day trip. After thinking about it being free/donations. I personally felt good about making a donation that I may not have felt good about if it was the admission price. I almost bet they get more since it is a donation because it makes you feel good that you are helping the wolves. I doubt they are making much if anything, between insurance and vet bills, food and animal Care, etc.there can't be much left. The workers are volunteers so my take on it is that it's a labor of love to provide a safe loving place for rescued wolves.I had a great time as did the people I went with. We did not do the encounter that day but plan to return to do so. There is a military discount for active duty/veterans. Since it is free I can't imagine anyone not visiting. What do you have to lose right?

I was eagerly waiting to visit this place for almost 3 years. I finally did and I'm so glad. Amazing staff and magnificent beasts. We did interact with the Wolves and it was such an incredible moment. Although Wolves are wild animals, petting them(domesticated) for a few mins felt like they were just huge huskies.

I love the place. It is definitely worth the trip to visit if you any where within 150 miles. They have 37 wolves at the present time and are working on getting 3 more from a person who want to sell the pelts. If you are brave enough you can go in and scratch them. They might even lick you. If not there's a walkway over looks the where they roam.

We opted not to do the interaction ($50 donation each )and walked the overlook (free). There were several volunteers on the overlook that were very knowledgeable of each wolf. Overall cool experience for my 14 and 8 yr olds. Place isn’t real big but u could easily spend 1 hr or more taking pictures and watching the wolves. We live locally and will be back.Be sure to leave a donation even if your not doing the interaction, that’s how they feed the pups!!

Wolf Creek Habitat houses foxes and wolves rescued from a variety of situations. You can walk and look at dozens of wolves from an observation deck for free, and you can pay to go as a group into three separate pens and get right up close and touch them and be touched by them. Volunteer staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They will answer your questions and ensure you get to interact as much or little as possible. They will physically assist those who need it, though a wheelchair will be challenging, but not impossible. Don't have a lot of stuff hanging off it as the wolves will try to take it/rip it off. Do NOT bring pets. Remember that these are wolves and do not agitate them. The best way to get an interaction with them is to remain calm and listen to the volunteers. This is a rare experience to have. One that most will never. It's worth every penny.

Really unique experience! You are able to walk above the wolves and observe for free. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They offer interactive tours where you can go inside the wolf dens and give them scratches and pets.

Experience of a lifetime! Admission is free to look at the wolves, interactions cost 50 and that is too see multiple packs. Staff and volunteers are very friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell this is what they are passionate about. The wolves all seem happy and healthy. I cannot recommend this place more to anyone. You won't regret going

Me and my family visited the Habitat during our vacation. My father and I really enjoyed the interactions with the wolves. My mother took several photos of the wolves and the habitat as a whole. It is expensive, but the cause of price is for the wolves to stay there. It is well worth it. If I could give this place a better rating, I would.25/5!!!!
