I thought we had lost a pair of sandals that we had bought. Called the store, spoke with Francesco and was very nice, looked over the store and even spoke with his manager on how to help us. I did eventually end up finding them. But thank you for being so kind. Great customer service.

Unacceptable customer service. Went into Brookville Dollar General today July 8 at 2:15pm, both cashiers on their cell phones, I asked for change so I could pay parking meter, she said I have to buy something first. I said Im trying to park we came here specific to get supplies for family camping trip. She shrugged her shoulders and rudely refused. So I left and took my money with me...

This is a great store. I come into town for vacation and often don't have service. The cashier helped me get access to coupons. Come here before the grocery store! The grocery store in town is quite expensive if you aren't buying in bulk.

baskets for customers were filthy . Employees were sitting around texting while customers did their jobs at the counter. Said employees didn’t care store was dirty

I'm there so much I should have bought stock. Just wish they use the air conditioning in the summer. I never just shop when I go there it's to hot. I get in and out fast.

The building itself needs some serious updates. It's just to small to accommodate there stock. The staff is very friendly and helpful , awesome job guy's !

A many times before I had to put up with the smoke from another employee smoking within threeFeet of 'both the front door ' I feel like just turning around and going to the other dollar store here in Brookville Indiana

Just What you would expect from a #DollarGeneral.The store was rehabbed and it is such a bad use of space in the back and the cash register has no flow while waiting in line.I will NOT go back. I'll just go to #FamilyDollar

Too crowded, merchandise all over the store sitting out in the isles, making it very hard to move around the store and even more difficult to find what you're looking for. Just like the Cambridge City, Indiana store.
