Dr. Judy is such a thorough and caring vet. She treated my 15 year old dog very gently. I've followed her recommendations and my dog has made a full recovery, from falling off the tall table at the groomers. I'm highly recommend Dr. Judy.

This veterinarian clinic is absolutely the best around and very affordable they truly care about helping your animals Dr. Judy is amazing with animals and a extremely skilled veterinarian. She is able to determine what problems your animal might have with a series of questions and examinations with great accuracy we have been taking our pets to her for the last 15 years and she has saved the life of my pets with her quick response and treatment when other veterinarians said they just couldn't see my animal in time I highly recommend DR. Had to put down a family dog (my 9 month pregnant wifes) and after about 20 minutes of my wife uncontrollably sobbing, Doc Judy came in and said “Can you hurry things up I need to clean up” and was rude to us the whole entire time. Asking us was we sure this was the right decision and that we haven’t done everything we could possibly do and then proceeding to scold us about how maybe we shouldn’t have gotten that type of breed. This is the 4th time I’ve dealt with Judy and the only time for an actual appointment (other’s being for meds) and she has been completely rude and unprofessional anytime. I will be taking my dogs to Noah’s Ark in Colerain. They are understanding and way better than Judy is with pricing. Not to mention way less rude. Try being a little more considerate with people when they are having to euthanize a pet. Nobody wants to do it and it’s as hard as it can be.

First of all this was the only place in the area I could get my sick pet into with a few hours notice. The vet and her staff were very courteous and friendly and were very helpful with my pet. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be taking my pet there in the future.

The doc was wonderful to our cat, in for a neuter. Provided the special post op litter, trimmed his nails, and checked him out. Only complaint: additional charged services were rendered without prior approval, including a vaccine 4 months early. I was not expecting those charges.

We brought our cat in to have some masses removed from her stomach because our regular vet was booked. About a week later she was very lethargic, wouldn't eat, barely drank water. Took her back and they said "Oh she's fine! Healing up well." and took her stitches out. A few days later she hadn't improved so we took her to our regular vet for an emergency visit. 105 degree fever, massive infection in her stomach. Had to have a shot of penicillin and a prescription for antibiotics. That was two days ago. I'm about to take my cat back into our regular vet to get IV fluids and antibiotics. I'm worried she might be septic at this point.These people aren't veterinarians. They're butchers. Find somewhere else. Avoid at all costs.

I brought a cat here many years ago. She insisted he had feline leukemia, and wanted to euthanize. I very stupidly consented, and found out afterwards that it had been a mild illness that would have resolved itself, given time. I will never forgive myself for listening to this vet. I do NOT recommend this vet at all!

Absolutely ridiculous honestly in my opinion. Handled my 19 year old gentle cat like she was a 100 pound vicious dog just to look at her ears and then charged me way to much for it and payments got messed up and staff lied about telling me everything got worked out then almost a year later tried to press charges on me stating I never paid them. Will never go back there.

Vet seems like your standard farm vet. She helped us through a difficult time with our senior, GSD. HOWEVER, her front end staff can't find their butts with both hands glued to it. First visit they lost the transfer paperwork. Turned out the paperwork was on the counter in front of them. Second visit they couldn't find the dog's ashes. Wasted a trip, my time, my gas, all for the poor service of front end staff. Now I have to make another trip to get the ashes. They sure didn't have a problem finding the bank to deposit the check.

So I took my cat that I found as a stray to the doctor and told her my cat had the runs and his stomach was getting bigger. She tells me its food allergies. I think no way. So a week later I take him to a new vet.My "boy" cat was actually a very pregnant girl cat.She even squished her stomach and took blood and told me she couldnt figure out what's wrong. Do not go to this lady. 😤🤦🏼‍♀️

My Yorkie got attacked my my neighbors great dane and they got us in as early as possible and took great care of him flushed out his wounds and hes all better now they did a good job my dog means a lot to me so im glad they did a great job taking care of him Dr. Judy was very nice and the price wasnt bad.

If I could give no stars I would.... years ago our Black Labrador had been shot in his hip. Couldn’t move or walk.... my dad had brought him to Judy. As a kid, I watched her grab this poor dog by the back of his neck and butt and swing him up on the table like he was a piece of meat about to be butchered. Max cried relentlessly.... I’ll never forget the sight of this.... If you truly love and care for your animals don’t take your pets here.

My new bichon puppy had lost a pound since I first got her which was less then 2 weeks prior to my visit with this clinic. I was visiting my mother over the weekend and I realized her eye had green gooped shut (indicating infection). I had my vet fax a prescription for eye meds, but luckily they were able to see me and do a eye stain to make sure there wasnt a scratch. This brings me to my first positive about my visit... they were able to fill the prescription my other vet had wrote and the second is that this was a Saturday and they had stayed a little late to actually do an exam and then spent time telling me exactly what to do to get her moving again. They could have given me the eye meds and sent me on my way. That being said we already knew my puppy was anemic (she didnt want to eat anything) due to a vet visit in Cincinnati prior to leaving and were working on it, but they addressed this issue and ultimately saved my puppie's life. They told me an exact feeding schedule and what to do to get my puppy healthier over the weekend while I was away from Cincinnati. I realized my vet from Cincinnati didnt really explain things to me as well as I had thought. My puppy went from underweight, pale, and lethargic to bouncing around within a couple of days and she had gained her pound back because of the help they gave me. I am ever so grateful for these ppl!Also, a really sweet side note, we ran into the gal at the grocery about an hour after our visit and they asked that I call and update since they wont be seeing her again, fingers crossed.I only wish that they were in Cincinnati, Ohio because I would definitely make them my primary care for my little Penelope!

I'm new to the area and looking for a new vet. I'm looking at reviews as well as calling to get prices (looking for a balance) Who ever answered the phone had a major attitude and was very rude. I now believe reviews about this office and will keep looking or drive back to Colerain. I feel sorry for the people in Brookville who don't drive an are stuck with these people.

I will never bring my poor cat back to this hospital. They gave us no instructions after she had been declawed. They treated her so horribly she was growling at the staff (which she never does at home). They could have cared less about how to treat animals, and I had to take her to another hospital due to infection. Rethink coming here.

Rusty went in for surgery on Monday, I had concerns of blistering, swelling, and a suture sticking out of the incision site, I was put off for more than 4 hours. Dr kept making sure he was eating and drinking ok, that was not my concern I was concerned about infection and him needing an antibiotic. I sent her pictures to her email she then informed me that it was probably just razor burn and the clip the suture with finger nail clippers that everything looked fine. I called and got an appointment right away with another vet and Rusty had developed an infection! A shot of penicillin and 10 days of antibiotics. They never shaved his area before his surgery and we were not provided with any after care instructions other than to limit activity and was never provided with a cone. I called back to get his record the receptionist was EXTREMELY unprofessional and when I told her she did not have to be so rude she said honestly I will be rude to you because you weren’t very nice here in our office or when you called, I never stepped foot in that office my boyfriend dropped off and picked up Rusty, and no I was way nicer than i should’ve been considering the circumstance and conversations we had! Absolutely 100 % without a doubt the WORST place to take your pets to!
