Our Bay dog loves, loves, loves going here! They treat her like one of their own! They take the best care of her while she's away from her home and we appreciate them so much! The groomer lights up when she sees our dog and it gives us so much comfort knowing she's in such good hands! And they manage to get her nails trimmed for us which is a huge accomplishment considering other groomers in the area have turned her away because she's so big and wiggly! I don't know how they do it but again it just goes to show how wonderful they are!! ♡

Boarded 2 cats and dog. None of them upset about the stay. Had the dog groomed before pickup very pleased with outcome. Took pics as next grooming after 1100 mile relocate.

They really seem to care about my dog, and when I couldn't pick my dog up in time due to a traffic accident they were willing to work with me so that my dog arrived on time for his surgery the next day.

Upon a recent visit to this business i saw they board both felines and dogs in separate areas, but each area I found to in poor to bad condition. There are several inconsistencies in what I saw, there was pet feces was in plain view and the stench was strong. It seriously looked as if it hadnt been cleaned up in awhile. As far as how the facility is maintained, there seems to be a higher focus on profits than the actual care of the pets I would seek another pet groomer or boarder if you're truly concerned with your pets health and well being.

Jenny and everyone @ T & B White have groomed our Scotties for many many years. They also groom and board many of our friends’ dogs. Our dogs go in looking disheveled and come out looking like show dogs! We highly recommend them.

Called to make an appointment and Tess was VERY nice. However, before even considering me, she required my dog's health records be faxed. That seemed reasonable enough. Once the records arrived by fax, Tess told me to bring my dog in on a certain day for between 6:45 am and 8 am. Since I specifically asked for an "appointment" and this was my first time using her service, I had no reason not to assume that's exactly what I had, an appointment. So I arrive on the day of my "appointment" promptly at 6:45 am, having not fed my dog (who normally eats at 6 am), to find out it wasn't actually an "appointment" rather a drop-off where I could pick him up some 7 hours later. When I asked how there could be such a miscommunication, the previously gentile Tess said, "we can try for another day, or you can try someplace else." Wait, what????? Needless to say, we did not stay... and will likely never return. Real shame because it otherwise seemed like an awesome place.

Horrible place. They treated me and my wife very rudely. They claimed they had a cancellation policy (it's nowhere in writing nor do they have a web page to indicate such a policy) and charged us $200 when we took out our dog early when my wife was concerned about our dog staying here. They also intimated my wife was a liar, claiming they told her about the cancellation policy when we dropped off the dog but my wife said that conversation never occurred. When I called to complain, the owner hung up on me on the phone. One of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever been involved in. You can bet we will never try this place again. I encourage you to avoid this place.

Have used this groomer for two years for both our dogs, and their normal practice is you drop your dog off from 6:30 to 8:00am. So we have a bad morning and running a little late, got to them at 8:20am. Very bad fog with school delays this day along with other issues. The groomer proceeds to tell me that I will have to make another appointment. I thought at first they were joking with me. But no, they are serious, now mind you the dogs are all simply put in kennels waiting to have their grooming along with all the other dogs for the day so why on Earth is being there 20 minutes late justify not being able to groom our dogs from a loyal long term customer when there is no difference to my dogs being a few minutes late or being locked in their kennel waiting to be groomedNot sure what their issue was and how you justify doing this to a long term customer but I would strongly recommend not using this business. Their grooming services are very sub-par and they are always looking for an excuse as to why they have to shave your dog down instead of doing what they are in business to do and that is to groom dogs.We live in a small town so there are not many options for dog grooming, and we put up with the pretentious attitude of this place for that reason. Maybe I will start a dog grooming business after this because it was just not the fact of the cancellation but more so the haughty attitude that it was done in. Very sad and a very bad way to treat a customer.

We have taken our dog for the last 4 years that we have had her and had no problems at all. They seem to love our dog, treat her with respect and us as well. Our dog can't give them enough kisses ! lol

Took our husky there a couple years ago just to get her back SHAVED!! You absolutely can not shave a husky. Her whites of her eyes where redder than red. The owners where jerks and just rude. I will never board her there again. I would give a big fat zero if i could.

Do NOT bring your dog to these scumbags! Twice I made the mistake & twice my dog came out of there with her nails BLEEDING! I told the dude I wanted to cut his nails, (a little aggressively) so the nasty wife jumps in front of me starts flying off at the mouth showing off her brown teeth & her horrific breath! I'veheard nothing but terrible things about this place, Horrible, rude amateurs.
