Use to love this store. Good service very helpful. Except for the last 3 times I have been there. Every item I purchased had the wrong price under it. One item even had a clearance tag under it. I worked in retail for 15 years, so I know how it is. I double check all the time. The clearance was clearly marked. When I got to the register and it rang up full price, I questioned the clerk. He proceeded to look the item up on his computer, went over to the shelf to look at the item and then came back and got on the computer again. He eventually went back and brought me another item that was supposed be on clearance. Never apologized or anything. Not the first time. Will not be back.

They have a great crew working there now. The delivery guy is incredibly helpful. Chelsea, Emily, Ryan and the others all are always helpful and friendly. If I can’t find what I’m looking for, or if they don’t have it in hand, they will see if they can have it delivered to the store, or in one instance because it was pavers, they delivered to my home. This is my go to store mostly because of the quality of help they have working there.

As always i found what i was looking for. Clean place. Its not like when you walk into dollar general and you have to walk over items on the floor or move carts to get what you need. Aisles are clean and easily able to move through. Just wish they should essential items as in hygiene and food.

I shopped this store because I received a sales flyer advertising a folding table on sale. When I went In The store there were no other customers and two associates were standing up front. I stated what I was looking for and one directed me to the very furthest corner of the store. This is a rather heavy and hard to handle box. I actually wanted two but I could not carry another. (I’m no spring chicken.) Neither associate offered to assist or carry the box for me or direct me to a flat cart to carry it on. It was heavy but I got it to the front. The male associate passed me in the isles without assisting me. After I paid the “very unfriendly” cashier I struggled to open the doors, “they are not automatic “ while she watched and never offered assistance. Two sets of doors!I’m new in town, I need a lot of new tools and such. I’m a firm believer in supporting the small town local businesses but give me a reason I’d want to go back?

Ace is one of those places that's more expensive than the big box store but the quality isn't any better. It's just a little more convenient if you need something small if you don't live in a big city. I recommend going to Yoders Hardware as they are almost the same as Ace Hardware but it not franchised like Ace is. They also have some really cool things that Ace doesn't.

Love the staff, if I wander too long they ask if I need help (normally I do) all what type of project I'm doing. Give advice on how to get it done quickly but correctly! Love love love this place

Where Yoder Hardware fell short with the 1" aluminum spacers I needed, Stickley's came through, though the service wasn't as top-notch. Looked like a good local hardware store, though!

Great little shop in town to get what you need in a pinch. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable about what I needed and suggested ideas when I couldnt find everything I was looking for.
