The service of this company is impeccable. I had many questions and Elizabeth took the time to answer each of them. She was very knowledgeable of multiple lines of products. She took pictures of the saddle of interest along with at least five different colored blankets and breast collars of different finishes so I could make an informed decision. That kind of service is hard to find. The saddle looked just like the pictures too. It's beautiful.

I ordered a saddle from Horse Saddle Shop and the price was $50 CHEAPER and 5 MONTHS faster than other stores. (It had to be built) The salesman was great. I love the saddle!! I will order from them again.

It has made a world of difference in my riding experience with my Haffie. The fit works well, the leather tooling is very attractive and the seat makes for a comfortable ride. The entire trade-in process was easy! I received a quote quickly and was sent a return label for my saddle. I was nervous about trading online, but was pleasantly surprised. I tried selling my saddle locally, but didn't have the time. I would definitely recommend going this route if you need a new saddle. They also had a wide variety of saddles to choose from.

I have purchased and sold several saddles through Horse Saddle Shop. I also have purchased saddle pads that I have been very happy with. These people are honest and will try to get you the best selling price for your saddle while giving the buyers a great selection of saddles and equipment at affordable prices. If you are selling a saddle, I would recommend Horse Saddle Shop to do that for you. It eliminates the trolls and those trying to scam you if you try to do it yourself. Trust me, they are out there!

I feel like they gave me a very fair price on my trade in saddle. How ever one agent gave me a much better price then the 1st agent I talked too. They respond much quicker on the chat then they do on emails. They sent me a saddle to try very quickly. The test saddle was a fairly decent fit just a little big but a thick pad could fix for my young horse that I felt would be filling out more. I sent back and ordered the same saddle with a few custom changes. When the custom saddle came it was huge on my young horse and it had more of a rock to the saddle then the test saddle had. But it fit my older horse much better. So I kept it and will just continue to use the old saddle on my young horse.

The customer service is beyond reproach and I just ordered my second pair of boots from Horse Saddle Shop (HSS). In 2021, when businesses worldwide were still recovering from COVID-19, the boots I ordered online were not in-stock in my size. HSS promptly contacted me offering similar alternatives or the option of the manufacturer make my boots and ship them directly to me. Two years later in 2023 I wanted a different pair of boots from the same brand but the particular model was not listed on the HSS website. HSS came through again contacting the boot company and provided me with price and availability almost immediately and just like that, my second pair of boots from HSS were ordered.

Great saddle supply shop! They had what I was looking for in an uncommon size seat (western saddle) so I did not have to wait six months for one from the manufacturer. The saddle was shipped promptly and fits my horse perfectly. I highly recommend these folks!
