Was looking for BIOflex to help with joints and the pharmacist was so gracious to help me !By the check out they had different alcohols that was marked down to 75% so I text a picture of it to my friends. I seen that while I was waiting at the checkout had to wait a little while at the checkout, but it was no big deal as they were helping the gal in front of me. With her discounts.

I was disappointed when receiving advance formula dermeleve.the active ingredient is an astringent...how is that a moisturizer for excema? Nothing on the bottle says its for that. Your advertising says otherwise. It does relieve itch for a few minutes but so do the other creams I bought.

Only give 1 star because they won't allow you to give zero stars. If you want to be judged harshly and unfairly about the medications you take that help you live a decent and functional life, this place is for you. Their website will tell you that you are due for a refill but when you call, they say it's early. They will refuse to fill a medication a day early even though the date it's due falls on a holiday and they aren't open. They also used my discount card that's on file to charge me $26 each for 3 prescriptions when I have insurance and the insurance co-pay was only $12. That's the definition of good business right there. They talk about you behind the counter (Jamie in particular), make unnecessary comments (Jamie in particular) and if you are on controlled substances, they make their own rules on when you can get your refill. I don't advocate getting those prescriptions early all the time, but sometimes it's warranted. This corporation as a whole is horrible, and this location specifically is horrendous. I've had medicaid for a while and the ONLY pharmacy they don't honor is CVS. I wonder why??

Pharmacy is slower than any other pharmacy. Most of the staff look down on you for certain medicines being filled and I have heard some of the technicians bad mouthing people. Their system for the insurance check is long and unnecessary. If they can't fill something, even though your insurance covers it, they say they can't due to some insurance malfunction. So I went somewhere else and the other pharmacy was able to actually help. Large prescriptions, like my son's insulin and testing supplies, had to be filled every 10 days because of that messed up system. They said it was due to insurance, it wasn't. I was able to fill it in full, according to the written prescription, elsewhere. Do not bring your meds here. Gossip and b.s. reasoning will get you nowhere.Only reason I feel comfortable giving one star at all is because lady at the front counter, who has nothing to do with the pharmacy, is nice.

Went to get flue shot. Was told it should not take more then 20 min. Waited 20 min. Had to leave not to miss work. Just be honest on how long it takes. Time wasted.
