Sadly our little Macy lost her battle yesterday. Dr. Cartwright had taken such amazing care of her as well as our other two dogs. He and his staff always go above and beyond to make you feel cared about. He gave us a year longer with her then we would have had without him as her Dr. Bremen Animal Clinic will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you Dr. Cartwright and staff. They are wonderful people and take fantastic care of our 2 pups and our pup before that We mainly use the Nappanee location but have driven to Bremen on many occasions He is the best vet ever and his wife is wonderful as well they and their staff take great care of all of our needs

Im giving 5 stars for the Nappannee location. The Bremen location is mediocre. Definitely love Rhonda Hill she's the best!! I can't think of the names of the others I worked with in Nappanee but the nurse who called after my dogs surgery was awesome!! Bremen location called 7 days after the initial visit because they didn't charge me enough for the medication... And that's my problem WHY?? I did pay the difference but that's not very appropriate. My dog was well taken care of at the Nappannee office THANK YOU TO THE DR AND THE STAFF THERE.

Dr Cartwright and staff go beyond and above to make you and your pet comfortable. The techs are top notch and treat you like family. our pup had her first "sick" vet visit yesterday and in Dr Cartwrights absence we saw Dr. Fausette. She is wonderful. It is a comfort to know that she helps out when needed at the practice.

This is the most unprofessional mess of a vet clinic I have ever encountered. My vet retired so I decided to give Bremen a try, bad decision! I have been trying for a week to get my dogs flea and heartworm preventative prescription approved. He had a negative test when we were there. They don’t return faxes or phone calls, they lie, nobody but “the office manager, aka the owners wife” can tell you anything and she’s conveniently never in. The whole practice seems really shady. Avoid this place at all costs!

My father had to bring my service dog, Nuela, in for her annual wellness exam. He had never been to your clinic before. When he got home with her, he could not stop talking about how friendly and competent the staff are at the clinic, and how much he liked the way Dr. Cartwright interacted with her. I think he is considering changing veterinarians for his own dog, Buttons, because of his experience taking my service dog. Absolutely nothing needs to be done to make our experience better! Each one of you always goes above and beyond to ensure the client and their pet...or in my case, service dog....are comfortable and happy. Thanks for always doing such a wonderful job!!

We had to put our dog down and we felt very comfortable with all the staff and Dr. Cartwright. They were all very sympathetic and made us feel like we were making the right decision. He was 13 and had a wonderful life with us. He will be missed. They are sending us his paw prints which is very special . They were very professional. The staff have always been friendly and professional and we have received wonderful care for our pets! They were very compassionate and thoughtful when it was time to say goodbye to our 15 year old Aussie and then mailed us a card with enough paw prints for everyone to have their own copy. The entire staff at Bremen animal clinic was very kind to my dog and myself. They were very knowledgeable in dealing with my dogs skin issues and very thorough in coming up with a plan to deal with it. I currently have a puppy which has been with us for a week. She started showing signs of a UTI recently so my father who is a nurse practitioner tested her urine and there were signs of a UTI so we called asking to set up some type of emergency appointment since she is obviously in pain, but since we haven't had her first visit yet they wanted to have us and my puppy with a UTI wait a week and a half for an appointment. And they were also extremely rude on the phone. Not the only issues we've had with them but this one rlly set us off the edge. Won't ever visit them again!

Love the atmosphere. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I’ve been coming here for the better part of 7 years or more. Would highly recommend this vets office to anyone. They were kind and compassionate when I had to put my my 17 yr old cat down. They’re just amazing!

We had a sick female cat with new born kittens and our regular vet was not responsive to out inquiry about an emergency appointment on Memorial Day weekend. We reached out to the Bremen Animal Clinic and even though they were busy they made time to see our cat. They were very friendly and caring. We really did not have to wait very long. Our cat is now okay and taking care of her babies. We appreciate their care and for making time to see a sick mother and her kittens. God bless them!

Quick and friendly staff. We were scheduled, but it was still only a minute before we were in a room and about 15 minutes for two cats.Checkout took a little longer, but there seemed to be some confusion between medication needed as we had two different verdicts for the two pets.

Just went there for the first time after moving to bremen, my dog is having a few problems and they were so helpful! I let them know my budget and they worked with me so my dog could get the medication she needs. They were very nice and knew what they were doing. Ive never been to a veterinary clinic with such kind people. Will definitely be going back.

We were passing thru town and needed a vet, our girl was painful and limping. They were able to get us in and took care of us. Very nice, helpful place. Even knowing we were probably only a one time customer, we were treated like family. Highly recommend this place!

Alright experience overall. We normally take our dog & cat to Nappanee, but we had to quickly get his vaccinations updated and it was a day they were in the Bremen clinic. He was able to get in finally, after 45 minutes of waiting. The girl who booked the appointment was very friendly and let us know it would be $55. It ended up being double that, because they did more than what we asked for, and when I questioned the receptionist, she mentioned that she saw no record of me telling the other receptionist that we only wanted the rabies vaccination at this time. What I was told would be a very easy process of simply looking up his paperwork ended up not being so easy. However, we are thankful that they were able to get his vaccinations up to date, and on such short notice. We love the clinic at Nappanee and will continue to take our dog & cat there!
