This was a D U M P, $70 was way too high. The lady that greeted was the best part of the stay. We were directed to a kiosk where a foriegner came on the screen to walk us through process. It will even give you your key, very impersonal, especially since we had already done our time on phone making reservation. The room was a dump, broken tiles, camode ran all the time, heavy smoke smell, the topsheet looked like it was 100yrs old, the bed was broke down, no security lock, we will not be back. And if choice thinks the kiosk is a thing in the future I will loose my diamond status quickly.Safety: No security chain on door, in the back of motel, dark. And you pull up to big red letter sign don't leave valuables in car

Feel like this place was probably good before. Upon check in, it wasn’t even a live person. It was some Indians over a Skype call on some weird monitor in the office ( they were nice tho ) but anyways, check in took way to long. Got to the room & it smelled like hard newport ciggs and the bath tub was gross. checked out and went across the street to best western instead. Place has potential.. just workers who don’t care i imagine.

We stayed one night, due to travel. The floors were dirty, strange smell, tub was disguisting (dirt ring)and the remote did not work. I informed the lady at the desk on checkout and her only response was "I thought they replaced that remote." I have been a housekeeper before and this was unacceptable. Good thing I was so exhausted from driving all day...the 2 little pillows to sleep on, for 2 people, was funny.

There are some really kind women who work here. Linda and Shonda are both amazing. That's where the positive feedback ends. The GM is incredibly rude to guests and her employees. She's always got some guy with her, her husband I believe, and heaven forbid anyone acknowledges him for any reason. The jealousy and insecurity rolls off this woman. Maybe the husband should be left at home if his presence is a factor in the absolutely wretched demeanor of this woman. We were here for an extended time and had to do our own housekeeping, including vacuuming and making our beds. The maintenance dude is creepy and racist. The beds were subpar and needed more protection between the mattress and the guest. Microwaves don't work, air is either subarctic or the seventh circle of hell. Wifi is a great comedy bit here. All and all, pay the extra and stay at the best western.

My daughter at 3 fired a gun while I’m the care of her other parent inside this hotel. The hotel did absolutely nothing. Did not notify law enforcement or take any action. I found out three days later from her other parent. It is known to house drug addicts. Obviously the room had plenty of time to get cleaned up so nothing was able to be found.. other than the holes. And my daughters sliced open hand from the slide. Not entirely their fault, but if someone fires a gun in your hotel, the cops should be called.

Worst experience ever. Half the building is under construction. Management is lacking in knowledge how the place runs. Was told several times that the wifi wasn't a priority and that the manager has more important things to be worried about. I do believe that the manager name is Amanda. I will never recommend anyone stay here.Rooms: Room was very dirty. I lifted up the bedspread and the sheets had hair on them. There was also stains that appeared to be pee stains.Overall review of rodeway/suburban extended stay is a 0 out of 10. Also I will be contacting the health department due to the house keeping not removing the old sheets and not putting clean ones on the bed. Sleeping on dirty sheets is not healthy and kosher for any person. Also on a more disgusting note. There were cockroaches in the microwave and mini fridge. That is also why I will be contacting the health board. I will also be contacting Choice hotels and fileing a formal complaint. I told the desk clerk Shonda about these problems but she told me that if I wanted a spotless room that I have to go to a high end hotel.Safety: Did not feel safe at all. There was a guy walking around, he was extremely high. I told the front desk clerk that it happened but she said she didn't have time to check it out. I booked this motel through Priceline at 4am for NOV 7th - NOV 8th as I was traveling through, I arrived at 4:30am and was not allowed to check in because the motel system was still operating as NOV 6th I would have to wait till 11am NOV 7th to check in. They did not give me a refund and are completely uncontactable since their phone line does not work at and they have no email to be reached at

They've recently remodeled and the rooms are really nice. Full size refrigerator and a cooktop in the room.Rooms: Very nice, refrigerator, microwave, cooktop am in the room.Walkability: There is a burger kind, subway, two mom and Pop places and a good taco stand a short walk away.

Disgusting place with bed bugs and rooms with horrible smell. When we first arrived we were given a room with a horrible moldy smell. We let front desk know and we’re moved to another that smelled a lot less of mold. The rooms are decent for the price but bedbugs were found which made the stay unbearable to stay in for our full stay. Don’t stay here

I only give 2 stars for the girl up front doing her best. This is a dual hotel. Rode way inn and Suburban inn. The rodeway side looks to be a old motel 6 with the curtains hanging off the rod and people living there. Just looks run down beyond repair. I went back to get a room on the Suburban side which looks to be a old knights inn. Big gap at the bottom of the door. Bed looked worse than the rodeway side. Shower built for someone that’s under 5 feet. Old looking towels. It was a kitchenette room for a few bucks more. 73.00 dollars. I payed 68.00 at a relax inn in Earle Arkansas and it was a great updated clean room with nice shower. If I hadn’t been out of driving hours I would’ve pushed on down the road. I’ll never stop here again and will notify our drivers not to stop here.

Staff at the front desk were nice and polite. This is an old motel, run down and dirty. It was really cheap, so I didn't expect much. There was a small bug that walked across the nightstand, the door was open while I brought my stuff in and it's spring, no worries, that happens. It was an hour or two later, while watching TV on the bed when a big cockroach ran across my lap. I decided to sleep in my car. If you pay for a motel room, it shouldn't be infested with bugs. :(

The non smoking room reeked of smoke. The floors were dirty and sticky. Almost everything including the remote control was sticky. The fridge had mold or mildew in it. No toilet paper holder, just a half used toilet paper roll sitting on the dirty toilet that hadn't been cleaned in awhile from the looks of it. Our key didn't work the first day. And to top it all off I saw that I was charged an extra $100 for some reason. Would never stay again. Please consider staying somewhere else.

We were too tired from driving to do much looking, so we decided on this one. I saw the prices from 47$ - $55, approximately. That seemed okay because we had two dogs and we could easily walk them from the lower floor without going thru hallways etc.However , when we checked in the price was nearly $90, which is too much for an old motel that seemed pretty run down, but not a big deal there. The worst was yet to come. There was ONE...yes, ONE...sheet on each bed and no mattress pad underneath, just a thin sheet on top of the bare mattress. I pulled the covers back and the entire sheet came off. There was a thin bedspread and that was it.There was no plastic liner in the ice bucket and no glasses to drink from. Bedside table was filthy and microwave had messy fingerprints all over it. Floor was not cleaned....gritty and sticky. The desk lady was kind and pleasant. Other than that, I can't think of much else positive. We did not get a good night's sleep, suffice it to say.

Lived onsite from June to September 2022. It worked for what I needed. People who work there have no ambition in life and live on low vibration. Manager Judd attempt to intimidate guests between drinking binges. Jennifer is ok. Brandi sleeps with everyone who checks in. Sean and his wife who work in laundry are snakes and run back tell attempting to get you in trouble.Their computer system saves your credit card information at will so be careful. Even after you check out, had to close card permanently after receiving$300.00 in charges. There are some stray but friendly cats around. If you seeThem, feed them or take one in. when I left I took one with me to go along with my others that I still have.Overall I would not recommend. It is a dump.

when I went to bed I discovered it hadn't been changed since the last guest. the carpeting appeared to not have been vacuumed for a long time; I complained and they sent someone to vacuum. however, the vacuum only moved stuff around instead of cleaning. when I confronted the lady about this, she said she knows, but she just uses the equipment "the owners" provide. won't be staying here again.

Cons:▪️Decent sized gaps in the door. Not a huge deal with nicer weather, but not so nice in colder weather! This also let's a good deal of noise through.▪️The WiFi (literally one of the very few handful of amenities offered) didn't work for well over half my stay. I had the right password, it just never could authenticate. It finally connected at 6:30am the following morning. So I got to use it for all of 4.5 hours until check out.▪️The shower head was too strong. It was like needles! I couldn't even wash or rinse my face because it stung so bad. I had to wash my face in the sink.▪️Found 4 big hairs on the toilet seat and on the towels on the rack above the toilet. Another few hairs on, in and around the sink.Pros:▪️Clean enough. No bedbug or other pest activity, either active or in the past.▪️Fridge and microwave worked fine. The microwave was a bit rough and smelled like someone boiled over and subsequently burnt their coffee inside.▪️They have a 9pm quiet time stipulation. It didn't really have to be enforced, but I'm glad they point that out so other residents will keep it down a bit.Overall:I would probably stay here again. Probably. Being budget conscious and all, you can't beat $50 for a room for the night. The no WiFi was the biggest disappointment but again, survivable. Cleanliness could be a bit improved.

Everything started out good the front desk lady was very nice, the security guy was awesome... But then our coffee maker broke and they promised to bring us a new one... Never did.... Than the smoke detector broke and they promised to bring a new one.... Never did... Then the next morning while we were still sleeping they decided to start noisy construction on the room right next to ours! So we got rodded of our sleep! The manager was supposed to call me and refund our money for that night!.... NEVER DID!!!

Not worth the money nor the time. Management is terrible and so is half the staff. The place gives off a weird vibe and the rooms are disgusting. They either have fleas or bedbugs or both. Also they charge your card random and if you don't get another night before 10:30 am they charge your card the max amount no matter if you used a discount on an app the prior 3 nights or not and all before checkout time at 11AM!!! But if you do tell them before 10:30 AM you beat have proof you did cause that's that's only way management will believe you. Also.. don't look too tired at 3 am doing laundry in their dryers that dont work cause management will tell employees you look homeless.Lastly EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS are NOT considered to be doing a service according to management paperwork or not.

Although the woman working the front desk did the best she could, I was thoroughly disappointed with this hotel. There was NO COFFEEMAKER in the room, so I notified the front desk. One was given to me and I was grateful for it. But....when I tried to make coffee the next morning, it was an epic failure! Also, there was no Cable/TV channel guide, the chairs were stained and the only lock on the door was the deadbolt 🤦‍♀️. If I had driven an additional 20 miles, there would have been better choices. I always associated Rodeway Inns with quality, I was sadly mistaken and will not stay at a Rodeway branded facility again. To be brutally honest, this place reminded me of a “rent by the hour” motel.

Made reservation with choice got there checked in paid pet fee and the extra money for using points!!!! Went to room door open, Ramin noodles on floor. Looks like someone was living there!!! House keeping failed as all the rooms were still dirty, they were turning away other reservations people! Front desk was helpful in giving back the points and refund the deposits. We will see

This is rough. The room smells like everybody kept smoking in it and never got any fresh air before. There’s an odd vibration I can feel coming through the bed making impossible to relax, the bed doesn’t even have an actually cover but just a sheet thrown on top.. the room is cold and if I turn the heat on it fills the air with a burnt-dust smell.. the toilet keeps refilling itself making loud noises.. Forced to spend the night here because best western across the street is full. Send help!

I would not advise it going anyone to stay here. My daughter stayed here for a couple weeks and they kept itching every night. I went to stay two days with her and ended up bringing bed bugs home. I literally never knew bed bugs were a real thing until i stayed at this hotel. I always thought it was just a saying dont let the bed bugs bite also management is very rude when i told him about the bigs he said we know we have had a problem with them for years now and housekeeping never brought us clean towels we actually had to go buy towels to shower

This place is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is better than alot of 4 star hotels I've stayed in. Some rooms are fully renovated while others are still nostalgic. For the price I cannot complain one bit. It was clean, quiet, and very conveniently located. Thank you very much.

Front desk person was kind and personable. Room was clean and tidy. The only reason it's not given a 5 star rating is because bathroom didn't look 100% clean ( might've justbeen old faucets/sink).
