Pickup should do better. When I have my produce in grocery bags not produce bags, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were out. I called the store spoke to the manager. Nope they have them. Instead of trying to make the customer happy, I get this is a coach able opportunity for the employee. I worked at Kroger when I was in High School. You learn how to bag groceries in your training. This wasn't a coachable moment to me but out right not caring. I had heavy drinks in with my produce. I had prest control items in with groceries. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Needs better quality of produce.Management needs to research the laws in regards to assistance animals verses emotional animals. In Brazil Indiana it seems that you can take your pets into the stores that is selling foods.A emotional support animal is not covered by Indiana and federal laws. I don't have any problems with a trained assistant animals at all.But too many are relying on management side of caution to take their pets which are not assist trained animals.

They Usually have some good deals and you can earn money off the gal. With fuel rewards points when you use your Kroger plus card . Make sure to get a Kroger plus card first thing because it's going to save you a bunch of money and the only way to get certain deals .

People are nice. Products mostly stocked .. This is the 3rd time in the last 3weeks they don't have soy milk. I check both places in the cooler...ugh.. See pictures...also the latest pics of all the items gone because of the pandemic

UNBELIEVABLE. Busiest shopping day of the week and half the store was bare. The stocking was being done as we shopped. Had a difficult time getting around them to get what products were available. It's amazing to me how prices go up but quality goes way down. It is not worth the aggravation to shop there anymore. Their pharmacy has also proven to be an unprofessional joke used it for 2 years never could get them to understand that I wanted to make ONE trip a month instead of every week to pick up singly. IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY INSURANCE EITHER.

UPDATE !This store pretty much sucks . Produce almost never fresh . Usually out of things . More if their brand than a good brand name . The employees are still great . The bakery is not good at all . Hate shopping here, but unless I want to drive out of town, there is no choice .This is the place I always shop . The employees here are the best . You are treated good . Has good sales . Always my go-to store .

Shelves bare, rude stocker's everywhere. Only self checkout open, I should get a discount for working there. Lady watching self checkout wearing so much perfume my nose started to run I kept stepping back to get away from her stench. She finally asked me what my problem was, so I told her. You stink, by then I was coughing my eyes watering. Nothing would scan so she was in my face constantly, why not just open a register and do your job.

Store was out of a lot of items. Most employees were pretty friendly but the girl Maddie has the worse attitude and the smartest mouth. She’s the type of employee you see getting slapped on viral videos because she doesn’t know how to speak to someone like she has some sense.

Pharmacy has had their walk up window closed, at least most of the time, for the past year. They claim due to staff shortages but when I go inside there are alwaystwo to three people at least working. They just don't want to deal with the window. The only reason I used Kroger pharmacy was the window convenience. If it's closed again next time I pick up my meds, I will be taking my prescriptions to CVS.

Last weekend for my granddaughter's birthday party I was supposed to be making her cake. It ended up being a major fail, so I called the bakery to see if they could help. The girl who answered the phone was very pleasant while listening to my frantic description of our emergency situation, she spoke with her decorator and even with 10 other cake orders going out that day (the day before Easter) they offered to help save the day. In the end we decided against an edible image cake but wanted to recognize their awesome customer service. Also had another pleasant interaction with another (bagger) employee helping out despite a crazy busy streak on Friday evening so...Kudos to this dedicated staff!

When I ordered my cake and cupcakes there was some confusion between me and the cake decorator. But the manager on duty had it fixed for me and then gave me half off. Great customer service! I'm not one to generally complain though I was very irritated no one at the store made me seem like I was a jerk for being upset. And my daughter and I were very pleased with the outcome of the second cake and cupcakes in fact she jumped up and down squealing so thank you very much for putting up with my demanding butt

You never know how you'll be treated on any given day. Some cashiers and U-Scan employess are super nice and compassionate and others are the most despicable people you could ever hope to encounter. Every time I go in I'm wondering if it's going to be "Have a nice day" or just a cold stare and vacant expression from the person ringing me out. Prices aren't too bad, selection isn't stellar, but is enough for you to survive on. Stockers are often careless and rip packages or break contents inside boxes so you have to inspect your food and purchases very carefully before buying them. Theft is also apparently a big problem there because they hire a security company to monitor the place, and it's a little annoying hearing them on the loud speaker every few minutes talking about "code 3 at location 7" while you're putting a pint of ice cream in your shopping basket. The main reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of five though is because for some bizarre reason they've made a deal with the parking lot sanitation company to have them show up right around 11:30 every single night. So if you work night shift and are picking up a few things in the store, when you head back out to your car you're coughing and hacking and struggling to breathe as a giant cloud of toxic dust and debris swirl around you from this huge truck that's racing from one side of the lot to the other. it would almost be funny if, you know, you could actually breathe enough to laugh about it. Not sure why these guys can't wait 30 minutes and do this work at midnight when the store closes. Guess that makes too much sense.

I am normal happy with this Kroger location, not tonight. There were more employees not wearing ppe. Two at the checkout were wearing their's on their chins. I chose to go to the self check. I hate self check. The guy in the white coat in the meat department didn't even have one on. Seriously, these things are to protect the customers and the ones customers wear are to protect the employees. Disappointed isn't even close to how I feel.

I have always loved our local Kroger, and have never had a problem, which says a lot because my family has been shopping there at least 3 times a week for almost 2 years. The staff is so helpful and patient, and the fact that they're 24 hours has saved my family so many times.

Boy, do I remember this place... I worked here as a kid. This store brings back to many memories. This is one of the best options for fresh produce, meats and dairy in Brazil. Great staff, too.

Very disappointed in the Brazil kroger. Its not near the store that it use to be. They don't carry the variety that they use to. The produce dept is lacking severely from what it was. They have for the most part lost my business.
