I have been using Brazil CVS for a long time now. And Pharmacist Karen Rodes is far and away the best, she is always polite and helpful.They have the most rude, nasty and impolite Pharmacist that is there when Karen is not. You talk about night and day different, wow. I am going to stop here before I say something that gets me in trouble.

Went into make a purchase. Even thou an employee clearly seen me at check out refused to check me out until I hit a little assistance bell placed on counter. Wasn't calling for a bellhop, just needed to check out. Plus How often is this bell that hundreds I assume hit a day for device is sanitized! Just put someone at the register please!

Unable to get our full prescription in. Spoke with the pharmacist and they were able to get us a partial prescription so my son wouldn’t be without. I was told on the phone that it would be ready in an hour. We gave them 2 hours and then sat in line at the drive thru for another 50 minutes only to be told that it would be an additional 30 minutes or so and we would need to wait in line again. Very frustrated!

Waited 10min for the flu shot. Then after filling out all my info one of the techs came up and said "We're going on lunch in a couple minutes, tell him to come back." Sweet.

Pharmacist refused to take my GoodRx unless I came back at a later time (even though my prescription was ready). I've used it there regularly and it was just now a problem for some reason. The main pharmacist lady came up and said they cannot take it through the window and I explained they have several times before and I wasn't sure what the issue was. I ended up having to pay full price (nearly double) because I couldn't come back later/was already in a rush and needed my medicine that day. They literally spent more time arguing with me about the proper procedure than what it would've taken to just take my discount card LOL. Shocking...they promote saving money on prescriptions but then these things happen. No wonder everybody around here is switching to somewhere else...

Outstanding customer service. It’s 9 degrees out today and both my little girls are home sick. One with a double ear infection. I was dreading having to get them out in this weather but desperately needed Tylenol for my 10 month old. I called and spoke with Nolen who was so kind to pick up the infants Tylenol and give it to the pharmacy so I could go through their drive thru and pay for it. Didn’t have to get my girls out and the staff was so kind. Thank you again!

My son is out of his meds for his seizures I call his doctor for a refill and they send it to cvs. I call them the next day and they tell me they can't fill it any more there cause of insurance change. Well thanks for not calling me and letting me know and taking your time to send it to walgreens.

Pharmacists are very rude and unprofessional, especially after there was a confirmed mistake on their end. If there was a option for no starts that's what they'd get.

The employees are always very friendly. On my last visit, one of the pharmacy technicians told me about a discount plan that saved me over $70.00 on one medication.

The pharmacy ladies always know just how to make you feel like scum when trying to refill your medication...For real lady I am prescribed medication for social anxiety and you have to announce loud as hell that it had to be sent back due to not being in stock...
