3 employees offered me help, but not 1 of them was knowledgeable at all. Just asked me the same questions over and over. Then just stood behind me while I looked at the paint. Employees should have some sort of product knowledge.

The store was great and stocked up with everything but what I needed, and the young men working there really didn't know what I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and polite just not experienced in fuel oil furnaces. Over all I was excited about all the stuff that was at the store

I walked in about 30 minutes before closing to search and buy painting supplies. It took a lot longer than I thought. They were more than happy to stay over to help me find everything that I needed. Excellent customer service!!!

Very helpful staff, wide selection and well marked sections. From bird seed to car keys they probably have it. If you can make it 5 steps past the front door without someone asking if they can help you, it would be a surprise. Glad to have this resource in our community.

You know ..I truly don t know how it could be much better. Prices are a tiny bit high, but the ownership and pleasant, eager sales people are truly second to none. Clean and super well stocked...I give it a four ONLY bc I would like to see slightly more radical pricing...however...they are a pleasure to deal with and a source of pride for our town Good work guys and gals .keep it up.

I am here a few times a week. There are plenty of employees and they are all eager to help and knowledgeable. I buy potting soil, paint, gardening tools and get my chainsaw serviced there. Too bad they don't advertise on local radio!

Its close, I can get in and out quickly.Plus if you're in there early in the day you'll actually get help from individuals that know what they are talking. That is hard to find these days.

They would get more stars if they didn't borderline tackle you as you come in the door with a million "how can I help you's" once or twice is no biggie but if I'm mentally running piping and picking out fittings and you keep stopping me every 30 seconds asking if I know what I'm looking for I will just go buy stuff elsewhere.

They are always there waiting to o help you but where they are lacking is at the check out,, maybe it's cuz I was in a hurry cuz I had to be at work and just seemed like it was taking forever.. told the kid I was in a hurry,, he scanned a couple things then stopped and called another guy the register two 😑 there was only one person behind me,, he scanned a couple more items then called again,, then he came to a bag of pipe fittings that he couldn't ring up, said he'd be right back,, I said just forget it,, paid him and left,, I ended up clocking in at exactly 6pm.
