Incompetent. Nicole should be fired asap. She is incapaple of the job, just scroll through the reviews thats all her. You have to go online and fill out a form before the woman that runs this place, (Nicole) will send out someone to remove an animal thats attacking children and other animals, refuses to give yes or no answers, just draws out the phone call with excuses. She isbeyond incompetent and should be fired immediately, a loose dangerous animal needs to be removed, not have a form filled out about it. How many injuries and dead animals are you responsible for Nicole? You seem pretty proud of yourself about it

Absolutely useless staff and terrible service. I have called multiple times about my neighbors feral dangerous cats and how they have attacked me and my dogs multiple times and I get the same answer. Catch them yourself and bring them to us. Don’t waste your time with warrick county. Absolute waste of tax payers dollars. Thanks for nothing warrick

Warrick county animal control is horrible I got a neighbor who has been called on multiple times because his dogs roam free all they did was tell him he has to change his dogs up they need to come get these dogs or I'm going to put them down myself

Don't bother calling them with an aggressive animal complaint. They won't send someone out until you fill a report out online. Next time I'll just handle the dog myself.

This shelter is one of the cleanest nicest shelters I have ever seen. All of the areas of the dogs and pups were well maintained.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their pets. They knew what food to get for our puppy.For the fee for adoption is well worth the money for all of the veterinary needs which is included.Thank you for our " Louella" now Ebonnie. We love her so much. She is a sweetheart, calm and smart fur baby.I registered yesterday as my service dog. I can't wait to start training her so that she can go with me where I go.Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!❤Chris and Denise Culver

Not a lot of compassion at this facility, or communication. I would hope people who work with animals would value their lives more. Disappointed and saddened that the people there aren't more understanding and communicative, towards people and animals.
