I came in to pick up a prescription at this location for the first time and could tell right away that they were busy. I was told to come back in 30 minutes. The person that helped me seemed rushed and wasn't inviting at all. When I returned Matthew greeted me as soon as I got the the counter and was extremely polite and friendly. Much appreciated Matthew!

Just got in drive thru line behind ONE person. Been here 10 minutes! Whatever problem the previous customer was experiencing should have been directed to go inside. I WILL be changing my pharmacy needs to Walmart. Ridiculous....

Wish I could give this pharmacy negative stars.Pharmacy staff is consistently rude. I've been in this place three times and all three times there have been 4 people working in the pharmacy yet they ignore customers standing at the counter waiting to pick up RXs or are just plain rude and snarkey when people have questions or problems. The attitude is that they are doing you a favor by acknowledging you, not that they are trying to earn, or happy to have your business.I will say that the store staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I have to say this was a horrible experience. I drove a hour and a half one way because the cvs database showed this location had 400 ml of the medication my 9 yr old needed immediately. She had been diagnosed with acute Lyme disease from a tick bite. They told me not to delay. We tried everywhere. I got here and immediately the man, pharmacist was rude and said we don't have this you didn't call us. I said no I called another location and she said you have it. The database was wrong. By this time he is so loud the other 2 female customers are paying attention. I'm crying. One lady said it him can't you check the database for a location that does have it? He said no why would I do that for her? She said her daughter could be very ill he said not my problem. I found another location (phenomenal) and they called this thpharmacist and he hung up on them! Horrible! I've called corporate and hope others do the same.

Can't even be bothered to call the doctor when they are out of a pain med. A POST OP pain med. Then THEY get mad when you get frustrated because they just keep repeating it is backordered. Here we are less than two hours out of surgery, no pain meds, and the cherry on the cake is thier rude staff. Patients are obviously not thier concern!

Have always had wonderful service; however, just asked pharmacy for Antiseptic Soap my doctor recommended and was told to check “up front”. As an afterthought, employee said “maybe Aisle 14” with no attempt to actually help. I did locate soap and thanked her for “all of her help” and can understand poor reviews. Such a shame because service Way better “up front”.

This place is horrible. I called twice in one day to check on my perscription, and they told me both times that it would done within the hour. The next morning, it still was not done. They really dropped the ball. Im going back to Walmarts pharmacy.

Appalling Service! I went to the CVS store on Friday, September 10, 2021, at 12:30 PM to get four medicines for my wife who was just released from the hospital the day before with Covid.I decided to use the drive-up window to avoid exposing anyone in the store to any latent infection. The wait at the drive-up window was normal, roughly 30 minutes. The hospital had ordered more drugs than we needed because we already had some in the medicine cabinet. We circled the names of the drugs she needed on the hospital instructions. I handed the list with the noncritical drugs with the printed prescription to the young lady at the window; three drugs and one prescription.I asked for a phone call when the order was ready. After waiting five hours, I drove the eight miles to CVS waited in line for half an hour before getting to the window. I paid $124.42 nine items. I knew this was more than I ordered but at least 8 cars were waiting in line behind me.The clerk leaned out the window, peering at the line of cars that were waiting for service. She said that customers had been yelling at them for days because they were running behind due to increased business caused by a spike in Covid cases. The pharmacist was throwing things behind his partition.I got home and searched for the dexamethasone – the prescription wasn’t there. My wife was too ill for me to make another trip to the pharmacy that night. To be clear, CVS ignored my instructions and filled every prescription that Deaconess Hospital had ordered except the one that was critical for my wife’s recovery.I went into the pharmacy around noon the next day. I showed the blue prescription to the pharmacist. He said the prescription hadn’t been filled and the script shouldn’t have been handed back to me. He said he would fill it right now. My wife’s treatment was delayed and this could possibly affect her recovery. I told him I would wait outside while the prescription was filled. I didn’t want to risk infecting anyone in the store because I had come off Covid quarantine three days before. When I came back into the store, I paid for the prescription. I asked for the clerk’s name who had ignored my simple instructions. The clerk said they weren’t allowed to give out names. I said, “your employee totally screwed up this order and puts my wife at risk and I have no recourse?” The pharmacist came over and said “Look, I filled your prescription, there is no reason for you to be yelling at us. We didn’t make a mistake. Please leave right now.”I smiled incredulously. “I am not yelling,” I said. “Yes, you are. Leave the store,” he said. I thought about it for a few seconds. I was considering whether or not to give him an Adrian Cronauer “Good morning, Vietnam” yell. I decided against it because I didn’t want to frighten the customers in the store. The pharmacist and clerks never apologized or asked exactly what happened or what went wrong. They could have used the incident as a teaching moment. Their lack of concern for me and CVS, the company that gives them their livelihood, is appalling. To make matters worse, the clerk said “You just got over Covid? Now I have to wipe down the counter.” I didn’t bother to point out that the store response to Covid states that the counter is cleaned after every transaction. I did tell her that if they had filled out the order properly, I wouldn’t be in the store.Teaching moment, customer expectations:• Don’t accuse the customer of anything – they pay your salary.• Show concern for the customer. Apologize if and when needed and mean it.• As a team player, invested in the company, ask exactly what happened so you can correct this problem and ensure that it doesn’t happen again.• Know the store procedures and routinely study them. Customers should observe you following any and all procedures. If you do these simple things, most customers (me included) will graciously accept your treatment of them with dignity and respect and your effort to rectify the CVS store shortcomings and leave the premises somewhat placated.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Wrong medicine, always a line. Been in the drive thought line for 40 minutes and they have helped 4 cars only. Think it is time to look into Walgreens. After all that I get up to the window and they 2 to 3 days behind. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Script has yet to be filled when promised. The pharmacy is very incompetent. I have had my script not filled until I wait in the store for an hour or more. This place has had me go a full day without my medicine due to the inability to fill a prescription. When i see my doctor again I will have them send my scripts to a non cvs pharmacy. Again, this pharmacy is VERY INCOMPETENT.

This is the worst place for prescriptions, they don't help you and push off or don't answer phones. On hold for 12 minutes so far. Done hanging up!

What a joke. Script had been called in by doc day before and said they never received it. So they had me wait another 25 mins then miraculously they found script order. Then told me it would be another 30 mins. I finally got out after 1.5 hours. I don't know what the prob is ! They need to take care of employees and pay more. An hour and a half is a bit ridiculous..

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with, actually any CVS for that matter. My bp meds are always about $6. Go to pick them up today and the lady who rings it up tells us its $20.91! Claims they put a discount on it, but how could that be when retail price is $21.39?? Im going back to Wal-Mart!!!

I was told my medicine was ready, but they were closing for a 30 minute lunch break. Lunches should be staggered, not a complete shutdown for a pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous.

Love this pharmacy! They have went above and beyond on several occasions... Replacing a jammed insulin pen no questions asked, and giving me a $75 box of test strips when my insurance wouldnt cover them. This is the only pharmacy I will ever use.
