I was in town visiting my mom and wanted to try Scooters for my caffeine fix. The gentleman whom greeted me was very friendly. I’m very picky about my coffee so I just ordered a plain coffee with cream and I must say the coffee was fantastic. This coffee was so much better than a Starbucks!!!It was hot and had a great nutty taste. I also ordered a blueberry muffin and it was so soft and warm..it melted in my mouth. The service was also very fast. Can’t wait to return on my next visit and try other coffees. Thank you so much for my much needed morning coffee!

Love this place. Their coffee is always fresh and hot and tastes so delicious 😋. The staff is remarkable with their friendliness, knowledge and smile. I love the mornings I get to go through Bluffton, Indiana and grab my coffee from Scooters!

I placed my order on the Scooters App. Ordering was easy and I got to take my time to look at the menu. I pulled up to the speaker and they found my order and me pull around. Everything was made fresh when I pulled up and it was already paid for. My drink was fantastic. The food was hot and tasty, great for on the go.Parking: There is no parking as this is drive thru only

UPDATE: Stopped by today to give them another shot. Nothing has changed. Same nasty floaties. Quite sad really.ALMOST PUKED ALL OVER MY TRUCK. My coffee was full of whatever the hell this is that you see in my pic. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE! I will never go back!

Well... it was OK. The peanut butter cup blender thing my son had was pretty good. The bacon wrap he got came in a sealed plastic bag, hidden in pretty paper... totally a nuke job. Which, hey, for what this place is and focuses on, it's OK. The staff was great! Just not sure it was worth all the money... I would recommend you try it for yourself. I probably won't be going back anytime soon.

I usually love Scooter's. Tonight I ordered and pulled up to the window. The girl in the drive thru handed me straws that were unwrapped....which I thought was weird and uncleanly. Then I got my smoothies and my peanut butter smoothie tasted like vanilla. They had forgotten the PB. Also, there were still huge chunks of ice in all three of the smoothies I ordered. I've noticed that it's been pretty hot or miss...but I love it when it's good!

Was exited when they opened. I ordered breakfast barrio and Americano. barrio was nasty worst then gas station food and way over priced for bad quality. If it was 2$ ok but 5$ really! seriously I can make a better one with dog food! And the coffee way over priced for shots in water...they are ripping people off. I will never go back. My coffee at home is worth waiting for.

Ordered breakfast sandwich and a coffee. A little overpriced considering how small the sandwich is...one little piece of bacon and a pre-made egg. Tasted pretty good otherwise. Coffee was alright. Customer service was great and very accommodating!

Ordered a sausage bagel while watching the drive thru associate (after handling payments) making my bagel he coughed in his right hand (no gloves) proceeded to open the white wrapper, with the hand he coughed in, inside the wrapper where my bagel went. Tried to contact the manager as she stated on social media was the best way to contact her but no reply. Emailed corporate as this is a big concern on food handling. Not only should they be wearing gloves when handling food but the drive thru associate taking cash should not be handling food

Prices are better than Starbucks. The coffee was good. Staff was nice. Cake bites were amazing! Highly recommend for people that are not impatient!

Beware. When we got home from Scooters (Bluffton) today, we checked our bank account. The girl scanned our bank card twice😡 of course one was for our order and the other was different price, not ours. So watch out. Check your bank account , credit cards. Not even about the money, its about this girl stealing from people!!!!!!!!😡😡 Stop this thief!!!!!

Be close to a bathroom if you eat at a place named scooters. Good but overpriced. There was only one person in front of me and after I got to the window there was still a 60-90-second wait and I only got a drink. I'm glad there wasn't 10 people in front of me.

I've been sitting in line for 10 minutes and have barely moved. I love coffee but I'm not sure I'm patient enough to come here a lot. Hopefully this gets better with time.
