I took my Rough Collie to Perfect Pet as a puppy for the Perfect Pooch program. Our trainer, Whitney, did an amazing job! I had him certified for his Canine Good Citizen, which they did right at the training facility. When I wanted another puppy, I knew immediately she had to go through the same program because of how well behaved my first dog is. I get compliments all the time about how well trained they are and I feel comfortable taking them out to dog friendly events any time I can. Whitney even came to my house when we moved to teach me tricks on getting my dogs acclimated to the new house. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I was very hesitant about sending my girl to training. However I knew it would be the best thing for her, and me. Dixie was wonderfully wonderfully trained by Whitney. She is always absolutely beautiful when she comes home from going to the groomers. I have no hesitation on taking her anywhere I want to go. She is well mannered and behaves anytime we are out and about, or at home. I would take any dog I get in the future right back for training and grooming. Everyone at Perfect Pet just loves her, and I never think twice about the love and care she receives while with them.

We recently got a Great Pyrenees pup and he’s been scratching skin and making us bleed. I wanted to see if they sold some good clippers so I could do it myself. The lady at the desk went ahead and scheduled him for a trim. I was good with that and would see how his experience went. My three year old and I went outside. She wanted to show the lady the puppy so we went back in with him. She asked if she could show him to her groomers. I said sure. She came around the desk and took him from me then went into a back room for a few minutes with two other customers behind me. She came back out with him and said she was going to show her trainers. I followed her to another room with a door that said employees only. She shut the door and was in there for another few minute then came back out empty handed. She said her trainers were taking pictures with him. After another few minutes with dogs making noises and restless on the other side of the door with my 9 week old baby a girl came out with him. She handed him over and didn’t say a thing. I feel this was not an appropriate way to treat a customer and a new one at that. I cancelled my appointment and won’t be back with him. Bummer because our family supports local businesses. There was a cute tie dye shirt I was going to come back for at the very least.

I Took my German Shepherd for training and I am absolutely pleased with the outcome. Total different dog when I brought him home. They done an amazing job with him in the board and train class. We also take him there for grooming. Very Very pleased.

Perfect pet is THE BEST. I took my puppy there and they completely transformed her! They taught me exactly how to do her commands so I can work with her at home. Staff is very knowledgeable and great at what they do. The groomers do an amazing job at keeping my golden doodle looking great. 10/10 recommend this place. Wouldn’t trust my baby with anyone else!!

Perfect Pet has been such a blessing to me and my dog, Mac. I always know he is in great hands whenever I take him there. He completed a behavior modification board and train program, where they were very patient and worked with him to help him cope with his anxiety. During training, Amanda made sure we knew how to do everything correctly at home and took the time to answer all of our questions. Mac also loves going to see Andrea for his baths. She always does an amazing job, and we know she cares for Mac just like her own! Worth every penny!!

We have been pretty happy for the last several years with the grooming, but sorry, I refuse to pay $50 for an 8 pound dog to be groomed, and it takes exactly an hour. We used to pay $40 and were told they raised their prices in February. We will go elsewhere. A $10 price hike is ridiculous to me. After calling other places in the area, no one charges this much for a tiny dog.

Love Perfect Pet ! Every time we walk in they greet Marley just as much as they do me. They know her by name . She gets so excited I feel like we are visiting her friends/people. They are so gentle and loving towards her. Any time I have questions about grooming , dog food , training , or dog toys they are quick to assist and answer my questions. They are always so sweet and helpful.Their training programs are amazing. I felt like I had a whole new obedient doggie coming home. They made sure we understood all her new commands and were doing them correctly. They were very easy to learn. And Marley was egar to show us her new tricks.We use their grooming. We love our groomer Ashton! She always makes sure we get Marley looking her best.We also use their boarding. . They make my girl Marley feel right at home with love and kisses and she feels comfortable being their with all her friends. She also gets refresher training of her commands which is so nice and helps us back at home . I feel comfortable leaving my fur baby in such good hands. Thank you girls for loving on my Marley like she was your own.

Extremely concerned with this facility.You guys have had my family’s dog for over 8 weeks and he was quoted 6-8 weeks. The reviews and lack there of are worrying. It is very apparent that reviews are deleted and taken down and the lack of accountability taken in the responses to your reviews are beyond unprofessional. I see a lot of “ Hello, I am sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately, since you have not” … very condescending. Overall if you’re reading this, please don’t bring your pet here.They have yet to have ANY updates on the dog and they’re refusing grooming.

A one stop shop for me. I love looking around while my dogs in getting groomed. They have more than pet food, they sell unique locally made animal treats, trendy toys and pet accessories like clothing, bedding dog cake pans ect. The staff and groomers that work here are talented groomers so good with my dog. This place also provides dog obedience training classes!

I was excited to take my dog, because I was told that they would be accommodating for his severe arthritis in his back legs. He's only 3.5yrs old. I was told that due to the pandemic they were very busy and it would be 2 1/2-3 months to get him in. If a cancellation occurred I could possibly be offered it. If I needed his nails/feet trimmed/cut just to stop in and they would take care of it, offered to all their customers any time. Was told they would call the day before for a reminder.I didn't get a call, so I called them. Glad I did because they couldn't find my appointment. Asked if I would like for her to see when her next available appointment would be? Are you SERIOUS, after waiting for that long, with a special needs long haired dog that needs groomed. I'm offered to wait for another available appointment, ummm NO, didn't impress a new customer at all. So much for trying local business. He will be getting groomed in 6 days, at another groomer, that was recommended to us.

So to begin I do love perfect pet and I love bringing my dog in for their events and I like to shop there this has nothing to do with the experience I’ve had in store. I brought my dog to the canine Commons in Bluffton… the PUBLIC dog park. As I was walking in with my dog a trainer from perfect pet and the family she was with brought with their two dogs there for a training session. The trainer failed to acknowledge our presence at all and the presence of our dog. Meanwhile my dog was trying to say hello while we kept him on a leash to the two smaller dogs. All three dogs began to play around and run and have a good time. My dog ran up to the trainer to say hi and she tried put her knee into his chest while I was trying to grab him to stop running. I was very uncomfortable with this and I really wanted to call her out but I didn’t want to make the couple that was with her feel uncomfortable for the rest of their training session that didn’t start. I will never ever come to perfect pet again I will never use their services I was very uncomfortable with this experience! You should not touch my dog if he not being unruly. I understand you can put your hand up if he’s jumping on you push him down I would do that to someone else this is dog too but putting your knee forcefully into someone else’s dog you don’t know is unacceptable especially from a trainer from a pet store that is local and secondly why are you doing training sessions a public dog park that doesn’t make any sense to me. How can you expect to go to a local-public park for training sessions and not expect other pups to be there and interested in the dogs you are training?! She was blonde and very unpleasant. All she had to do was tell us what she was doing with the two dogs she brought and we would’ve come back later. Unimpressed.

have such a good variety of foods and treats for most pets ! Toys and cute little outfits ! They do grooming there and I watched the groomer as she gave this dog a bath ! She was do good with this dog ! It was the dogs first time there and it was not afraid or fighting her it just stood there as she bathed it ! I also watched a training session that was going on and I could not believe how those dogs responded to the trainer. I would recommend perfect pet for all your pet needs. I also found that their pricing was very reasonable and they're training and grooming areas.

Not happy...15 bucks for a trim on my 5 lb doggo...theyre still long worth 5 bucks if that.. Very young girl...would recommend more training...i wont be backCustomer service is not the same as it once was...it didnt exist actually...i was unaware u no longer took a walk in...but its ok I dont plan on returning
