1st timer at this Kroger. I will not be 'forced' to use self checkout or I just go to Walmart. Saw alot of staff picking orders and not friendly at all. Enjoyed "2for1"sales and multiple discounts on common items especially meats.Veggies fresh and plentiful...Plenty of parking just not up front. Gas station located on property

Picked up my Kroger order. When I got home NONE of my meat was there. I called and they stated they knew they accidentally gave it to the wrong person and still didn’t notify me. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to request a refund and wait up to 5 days for it! This was my meat that was supposed to be dinner for me and my kids this week! I will be using Walmart from now on!

Like to shop here basic things..produce is pretty good but can't get anybody to wait on me in the deli..they look at you and ignore you ..what is up with that..

Service desk employees have bad attitudes. The only one that is helpful is Tommy. They do everything in their power to prove you are lying if you get double scanned or don't receive something. Not helpful at all. Look at you like you're stupid when they point it out. The last straw for us was Brooke, we misread our recipt and when we went up to the service desk all she did was nod for responses then finally, with a attitude, said "you didn't get two". However it is not just her that has a attitude.... also, milk is never stocked, went today and all the organic whole milk was expired and has been for about a week.

Great store. Usually has what I need. It is more expensive than wal.art but if you spend time finding digital coupons that can make it cheaper.

Friendly staff for the most part, the self checkout people are always so nice!! The only thing I don't like is that the organic produce always look bad and they dont carry hardly any. Also they are never well stocked.

Quick trip in around 4 pm for some take and bake pizzas from the deli and a couple gallons of milk. Only had to travel to the deli side as the milk was in a small cooler up front. I appreciate not having to walk to the back for one common item.

Not enough employees present for checkout. Prices are high and I still had to bag my own groceries. Stock people were everywhere in my way. Not a good experience. I might as well have gone to Wal-Mart at least the prices are less.

They have a service desk with lots of options from lottery tickets to money services but nobody is EVER at the desk. They used to call someone up if they saw you waiting but now there is a sign: Back in 15 minutes. Of course the cashier's will let you know it will be about 15 minutes instead of calling someone but since you just stood in line at the cash register for over 15 minutes seeing nobody at the desk, you're pretty sure that's an underestimate. Kroger, please return service to the service desk.

I would rather drive a distance in order to shop at this store and know their shelves will be stocked. It's never too busy and they always have good deals when using your Kroger card. The bakery could keep their shelves where they keep the pies a lot cleaner but other than that I really like shopping here. In and out with little hassle.

I shopped at Krogers in Harrison Ohio and did not see the price gouging like I did at Bluffton Indiana. The folks in that area are being gouged big time. Shameful that this store is taking advantage of the good folks in Bluffton. I suggest you contact the consumer protection agency asap. Your being ripped off!

I can get most of what I need here, but the store is in dire need of updates. Would give it 4 or 5 stars once we get a new or updated store. After all, your distribution center for non-perishable products is in the same town, one would think Kroger Co. would have an up to date store for its associates.

Store is fine. Only complaint is being forced to use the self check out. I usually shop after work so I hit the store around 8 am and the only check out lanes open are the self check out.

I love my Kroger. The attendants there are warm and friendly. If I can't find something they walk me to it! Best of all I'm on a keto diet and for many years had to get everything on line. I mention I would like to see a line added and they do! Serve and allulose were all added this week! Thank you for all you do Krogers! You are all very much appreciated.

Most of the associates here are awesome people. The prices reflect the quality of the products they carry and it's usually a very clean store. Particularly clean in the mornings.

I like Kroger's they have great sales and there is not one where I live so decided to drive a little bit and check it out. Didn't even carry some of the items that were in the ad, and workers acted like you were bothering them when you asked them anything or we're just rude. So 4 for the store, 1 for the workers.

It was freezing in there. No heat for two days. Help is working with coats on. Stood in line for 20 minutes to get my order while help is standing around chatting. So much for fast food!!!!!

Under new management and they are awful Go to Walmart boycott this store till they can find good management. Never have cashiers up front till there is a long line. All the small carts are always in the parking lot. Hard to find help at times.

Great customer service today! We were looking for a certain item and the lady sent us to the wrong area and then she came and tracked us down on the other side of the store and had what we were looking for!

This Kroger is really going downhill. The old, dim lighting makes it a cave, shelves were not stocked and there were racks of meat sitting in the aisle unattended. This is a pet peeve of mine that Kroger struggles with. I hate refridgerated items that sit out for who knows how long.There were plenty of staff, but not many were actually working. Straighten up Kroger!

I left 20$ in the self check out cash back. The clerk noticed it. Attached a print out from my purchase and gave it to the office. I was out of town for a week and went in the following weekend to get my groceries for the week. I stopped by the office... thinking I had a zero percent chance for recovery...but I stopped and ask anyway. I was stunned to find that they had put it up for me and verified it off my Kroger card id. Yeah!!!!

Kroger was great. I had an online coupon, but I needed the Kroger app to use it, which I didn't have, however the cashier did an over ride so I could use it. She was very friendly and helpful.

Tired of shelves empty on a Sat and i almost dread having to go to the deli. There is never enough help and to hear the employees complain that kroger company are nor scheduling or having enough help. Im thinking about driving to fort wayne to shop because the bluffton facility just dont care anymore.

The best place in Fort Wayne to shop for groceries. You can grab a bite to eat from there salad bar and pick up a Starbucks too.they also make the Best all occasion cakes love this Kroger Market Place

Very nice compared to most Kroger stores in the Fort Wayne area, definitely better than Walmart. The store does look old and unattractive on the inside though. The cashiers and other staff are very friendly, caring and are grateful and willing to assist customers. There have been rumors around that Kroger - Bluffton will be remodeled soon. If you live in Bluffton or ever come through traveling - I suggest coming here instead of Walmart or Dollar General. You can also get and use your Kroger Plus card at the cash register and customer service desk to receive coupons as well as other discounts as well, even through the mail! 😊
