They definitely do good work. Drew Frauhiger was very helpful on my visit, he knew exactly where the mallet section was. My one complaint is that they don't have popcorn.

My main suggestion would be, know what YOU need for your project, because they dont... had my metal roof ordered through them (laying over a shingle roof) and there was no foam for the bottom of the roof between wood and panels, no butyl mastic tape or waterproof sealer of any kind for between panels and pieces... and the poor communication had them only send half of the panels needed in the first place, to complete the roof... maybe roofing isn't their forte, but if thats so, then the only question they ask, shouldn't be "what are the dimensions of your roof?"... just saying, they may be the closest place to get things , but the knowledge of what you need for a project, isn't there.
