Decent store. Has a little of everything. Clean. Some days staff are sparse if you have questions, usually just the cashier. Otherwise, staff are pleasant. Prices are in line w big box down the street. Never busy when I'm there.

Went in for a dog bath. No towels all other than ditty ones. My dog is afraid of things with motors. So after paying, and getting the dog wet, they tell us they don't have any towels at all but we can use the blow dryer. We had to wrestle our dog(in a sense) just to dry him. I do not recommend anyone take their dog there. Why offer a service when you can't 100% provide for it?

Go here for your go varieties of dog food...for the people that care what they are feeding their dogs and read the packages. It's good priced and good variety.

I was able to find my favorite brand of dog food ( diamond) reasonably priced compared to surrounding stores. Place seems depressing very poor lighting. Customer service is kinda blah the cashier's aren't rude they just seem uncomfortable or nervous maybe. I always give my loyalty number only got a $5 coupon once. That's sad I love coupons.

Still a great store. Needed fence panel and they had it. However neede tubular gate latches and they did not have that as shelves were empty. I shop here frequently and will continue.

Never been to a family farm and home before but I was working in bluffton that day and stopped on way home from work to get a gift for my brother in law. I went on my lunch break to see what the store had. Two employees just stared at me at the register right when you walk in so no greeting what so ever and no smiles lol. Off to a good start. I looked around briefly found something but to text my sister in law for size confirmation before I bought. Came around 6 to purchase item before heading home. The girl at the register said she had never heard of a gift receipt sir. So I said okay nvm. Got home, found out she never took security tags off the item and it must be taken off at a family farm and home not end of the world but inconvenient and when I called the store immediately. I was transferred to a manager that was super rude and no sorry and I apologize just we are training a new girl and she didn’t realize. Well one if she was training why was she all by herself lol. This store is a joke. Go to a rural king or tractor supply. Not these folks

Prices have raised, I'm sure due to inflation. Cashier was friendly, but most of the folks that work in the back were just standing/sitting and talking. It's a tough pill to swallow when you pay more and see employees do less.

I stopped in to get some deer minerals. They had a nice large selection to choose from. Their prices are reasonable on the minerals that I got. As I looked around the other items in the store seemed to be priced at fair prices. The store was well organized and very clean. The customer service was really great and the cashier was very polite and helpful. It is a great store all around and would recommend it to anyone who is needing small farm tools.

As the name describes, different qualities of similar items at different prices, you can go cheap or go quality, many items can be found cheaper in town at different stores, but several items are unique and can't be bought anywhere else in town, friendly dogs welcome, pet grooming now available as a diy, or have their groomer do it, cost less if you diy

It's OK. Kinda pricy compared to Walmart and Lowes for some things but they sell some things you can't get at other stores. Glad to have the store in Bluffton but I rarely buy anything here. Wrong stage in life.

Great sales staff.Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.They have a small assortment of baby chickens, ducks, and turkeys in stock. And if they do not have the variety you want, they can order them.Good variety of farm & animal feeds and supplies.

Just a comment about accessibility for those of us who don't walk well...you need to have at least ONE motorised cart...They are not cheap, but your merchandise isn't either. Your store is huge and it's often more than I can walk with my walker.

My go to store for all things chicken related! They have a good selection and fair prices. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Store is tidy and well organized. My only reason for 4 stars is the lack of any cart corrals. As a mother of 2 young children, it’s not the most convenient for me to run my big cart back into the store. I always feel really bad leaving them in the parking lot in fear they will roll and hit another vehicle.

Best price and selection on dog food I have found... Didn't even know they had any till I stopped by one black Friday for a crazy cheap $50 pressure washer that's still running strong, and on its second season. Glad I did. My new dog food and occasionally softner salt destination.

I heard that FFH had just put in a grooming salon. I brought my schnauzer in for a bath, groom, and nail trim. Trish did an awesome job on my boy! The employees were super nice and inviting. I will definitely be back for my grooming needs! I recommend anyone who has a dog, to use the grooming services. They do great work and have great prices!

They probably should have gotten a zero it seems like every year their service gets worse. They sent the only person the new about chickens out to the store the cashier acts like it’s her first day I got chicken feed that said 17.99 and they charged me 18.99. I think I’m just gonna start going somewhere else they never seem very enthusiastic anymore to help you
