Sitting here in front of the store at 830am lights are but doors are locked and no one is answering the phone sign and internet both say they are open at 8am?? Waste of time

Extremely rude middle aged male cashier working the afternoon on 10/9 criticized me for wanting a receipt. He stated, “Why do you need it? To throw it on the ground?” His attitude needs to be addressed. This made me feel very uncomfortable.

This dollar store has some very nice employees compared to others I've visited. The store is much cleaner as well, id highly reccomend checking out the frozen or the art/school supplies section for some good deals, just remember to check if its cheaper somewhere else if possible. Overall though, its a good place to shop on a budget.

I wont go back after a cashier was upset that she had to scan vinyl. It was organized and put together. She huffed and puffed when she seen they were different. Then was completely disrespectful to her manager. She's too old to be acting like that. Absolutely disgusting. Dollar tree needs to get it together and she needs to go.

Went for nail polish and then I started looking around and this Dollar Tree Store was so clean, definitely will be back soon. Good place to go if you need anything. Might not be the exact but it'll be close to what you need. 👏 Excellent store to shop at. 💯 The price has changed from $1.00 to $1.25 just so you know.

A lady that worked there kept on following us we did not get her name but she was giving us dirty looks the whole time. We felt judged and uncomfortable the whole time.

The Dollar Tree branch here in Bluffton, Indiana has raised all of the prices and are ripping customers off. 3 pennies isn't much but I was supposed to get back 4 pennies from 10 cents. They are rouging because they have Covid-19 and think they should get away with everything. I can't even walk in the store without being yelled at to hurry up and buy because I worry about proper hygiene and etiquette. God bless you too.

Was about to walk in at 8:50 when the lady in front of me was also walking in. A female employee greets her by saying (rudely), “we’re closing.” The patron, said, I’m so sorry, I just need to grab one thing, and was met with, “I said we are f—-ng closing.” Can’t stinking believe that just happened. I get it. 10 minutes to close, but the girl in front of me just needed to get 1 thing by the register and I wanted to grab a cold soda. HORRIFIC customer service. Employee should be ashamed of herself and immediately terminated. Disgusting behavior.

Had a bad experience with one of the employees out right harassing the women in line in front of me. Some of the people that have worked there in the past seemed better but one person in particular is very rude and makes it uncomfortable to shop here. Employee really shouldn't have a customer service job.

I have been to many as I am a DIY maker/ seller this store has a larger selection of crafts for one on need. The dishes you guys are cute! Into that farmhouse or simplistic look try the solid white Dinnerwear. They had white dinnerwear with choice of gold or silver trim on them as well. Thumbs up!

I walked in looking for something and I asked the Lady that was there putting Xmas things up if they had it... She didn't even look at me one time she just told me where it would be. The cashier looked so miserable and didn't even say one word to me. People there are just not ver friendly 😒

I was just shopping at your Bluffton, Indiana store and even though the sign on the door says no one may enter without a mask on, not a single customer had them on. None of the employees were concerned about enforcing this. Why put the sign up and have customers expect you to enforce this if you are not? Will not go back until you decide to enforce your own policies.

My favorite place to shop for things when i have time to browse. So many things that you can get for a dollar! Especially things like cards and balloons that eventually end up i the trash anyway.
