If I could give no stars I would. Rude pharmacy technicians at the Bluffton CVS. Constant trouble with either Good RX coupons or run thru ins. Do yourself a favor, go to Walmart or Walgreens for better service.

Terrible attitudes in the pharmacy! Im not sure what is going on with them but ive seen other bad reviews about them and it seems to be a pattern!

Reshelved a prescription that was sent in two days prior. Pharmacy tech told my husband when he tried to pick it up that I need to pick up my prescriptions within 14 days or call them. He explained to the tech that the script was sent in 2 days ago and that the problem was somewhere on their end. Not only did she not apologize for their error but told my husband again that I need to make sure to pick up prescriptions within 14 days. Terrible customer service. We have had multiple issues over the past 10 years and my husband has refused to get prescriptions filled there for several years. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me.

CVS always lies has Bad Customer service they blame almost everything on their App. Doesn't allow people to Refill their meds that need refilled that aren't Control their aisles can be in Random order and everything is squished into a tiny place. On the other hand they are nice to kids.

I called tonight as CVS in Huntington was closed early. I needed my son's antibiotic tonight, because we all want our kiddos better as soon as possible. I called Bluffton CVS to see if it could be transferred and spoke to Tiffany, Pharmacy Tech who was the kindess and most helpful person I have encountered in some time! She not only transferred the script but had it ready quickly! I want to send many thanks to her, your kindness did not go unnoticed!

I don’t exactly remember her name.. maybe Cheryl. (She helped me today on the phone if that helps) or something like that . Was so rude! Acted like I was an inconvenience for asking a simple question. I’ve never had issues with this cvs.. all the women are absolute sweethearts. Besides her. Everytime I come in there to shop or get prescriptions she completely rude!! I asked to be emailed a customer service email and never received one.

Customer service is a joke with them. Requested them to simply call insurance for whatever information they needed for our daughters prescription and apparently that's too much to ask. Instead they recommended I do it while I'm driving. We've also had multiple issues with them claiming our other daughter was either not covered or not in their system.

I have had the same problem as Robert. They have, many times, stated one of my children wasn't in their system even though we've always gone to CVS for prescriptions. I call in to have my number removed from their call list and the next time I have a prescription to get I'm getting more calls because I've been placed on their calling list. They won't take my number off their call list but instead give me a number each time to where I have to call myself.

I filed a complaint with corporate for the way they treated my mother who less than a year ago had a heart attack and was healthy before this she couldn't afford all 10 prescription so she picked the most important ones when 1 of the workers said what are we a storage place made my mom feel like trash how dare you she has hospital bills of over $10,000 that she pays faithfully I pray you never get into a hard time your trash mister I will let you and everyone know about you every time

Most employees are super nice with the exception of a couple pharmacy techs. The store always looks great!
