The worst pest control company we have ever worked with and we have worked with dozens over the years. If I could give a zero star rating I would. I would strongly recommend finding a more professional company to work with that stands behind there work and actually provides the services they are contracted to do. Their techs have skipped monthly services and done half jobs on multiple occasions and we tried to work with them to correct the problems, but they only seem to care about taking your money and not the problems you need resolved. The owner David Young is quick to put a lien on your property before the bill is even due.

I will always recommend Yes Pest to anyone who needs pest control services. We heard noises in our attic and called another company before calling Yes Pest. Both companies did the same exact inspection.The first company (not Yes Pest) charged me $130 for an inspection and told me that I had a mouse infestation in my attic and that we needed to spend over $2,000 on a roof installation to keep field mice out of the roof. This did not even include the $70 monthly cost for the bate boxes.Yes Pest came the next day and performed their FREE inspection. They said that the roof openings could be fixed with a little bit of caulk and that they only found a couple of mice runs in the attic. Ethan offered affordable options to correct our issues and was very professional. We appreciate the honesty and will always use Yes Pest in the future.Service: Rodent extermination

Highly recommend YES for fumigation jobs. I called them for an inspection on a Friday and they had the tent up on Tuesday. Price was a little expensive - since there aren't many other companies that fumigate in Bloomington - but still reasonable.

This business is a scam. I called 3 times asking for all of my services to be cancelled, yet still received invoices for work I hadn’t ordered. One of the invoices was even future dated - charging me for services I did not order well ahead of the date of actual service. I highly recommend using a different provider and avoiding Yes altogether.

I first called YES 3 years ago to solve a carpenter ant problem. Their guy found the source in minutes and they haven't been back since. The following spring, I started with their quarterly pest control service on the exterior our our house, as well as down in the crawlspace. haven't seen a spider since. If you want fast that's what you will get. I almost got ran over by a white Toyota Tundra on Hwy 37 just south of Bloomington about 10 min ago. The driver doing about 80 mph swerving in and out of traffic like crazy. Way to go and represent your company. If I did need pest control I wouldn't use you.

If it is possible I would rate no stars for that, bad service during phone conversation and more importantly, John told me that they would vacuum the carpet and clean up all the buds on the floor. 1 week later they came here and put only some treatment then left. which is the shittiest service I ever got.
