I bought 2 PS5 controllers at Bloomington IN Walmart on a Friday, opened them Saturday night to discover they were both used, one was used so bad the writing on the bottom was rubbed off. They were sold to me as new, they were not new. I went two days later, Sunday, to return these and told the woman at the return place the issue. That was a mistake. She then calls an electronics department manager over who tells me how perfect he and all employees are and they never would have taken back a used controller (yeah right, the best and brightest, incapable of mistakes, I'm sure). So he then calls the manager of the store over who is like, yep I back my guy up. Thieves, who sold me used goods as new and then accused me of returning a different item than I bought, and would not follow their own store policies, as I had a receipt as well as their items, which qualified for a return. This store is trash as are the employees - especially the electronics manager who can be recognized by his desire to bring back Jerry curl. Go to Target or do without, Walmart is disgusting in so many ways. It's not surprising tornados seem drawn to that cess pool.

This is my final straw with this place. I am so irritated with the service. I had an April 13th pick-up. I waited for 45 minutes before calling them and he eventually told me my order had been given to another customer. No one was going to tell me had I not persisted. I was then told that I could wait to get my groceries shopped and delivered. After waiting 15 mins, I canceled. He told me I would be refunded but after a couple of days, I reached out to Walmart staff and they officially refunded me. I gave them one more shot tonight. I paid for a bunch of bananas and received one. No, it WAS NOT plugged in wrong. We also got a cool little sample pack for Kroger +. The chocolate from the sample pack was opened and eaten. I know it's a sample but how unprofessional. I've had nothing but problems at pickup. I come here once a week to pick up a lot of groceries for a 4 person family. I'll now pay slightly more for Kroger, as they provide a much better service.Done with Walmart.

I have a love hate relationship with Walmart. I honestly avoid it as much as possible because it is big and crowded and I oppose what it stands for. However, every time I go I can get exactly what I need, which is annoying. They have best sheets that don't slip off corners. Best prices on some items and it is so multiple stores in one, you can knock off your entire shopping list; you will just be there for 2 hours. It is also open 24/7 so when at 10 pm your child remembers he has some poster project due tomorrow etc. You can go and get what he needs so he doesn't fail. It is also a safe place to park your RV when traveling and you need a sleep break.

We had the low pressure light pop up on the dash and we were able to get instant service at the auto service area. Here, we determined that the tire was well punctured and they were able to get us fixed up in 1.5 hours. ( we were able to eat and hang out in the attached subway that whole time - very underrated! )

We did an overnight stay in the parking lot and shopped. Shopping experience was good. But we cannot recommend it for an overnight stay unless you park in the front by the Murphy's gas station. If you park in the back by the Automotive, we had trucks come in to do donuts in the parking lot after it rained. Numerous cars pulling in seemingly making handoffs and leaving. Seems like no one in this town has a muffler.

OK, place to shop if you have to go there. Homeless and addicts are rampant in the parking lot and outside the store. Dozens of cars are being lived out of in the same parking lot. Go during the day and with someone. Dont feel safe at all there.

I always appreciate Walmart. Wherever I travel, it's never hard to find one. They are a welcomed familiar sight when away from home. I had to visit this one due to things forgotten at home. Thanks for coming to the rescue, Walmart!

Normally I would be happy with this store. However, a few days ago my girlfriend and I purchased a Samsung 70" TV for her parents for Christmas (12/14/23). When the employee at electronics helped me pick it up to put it on the l cart the top of the box started lifting up. He said we needed to secure that better and proceeded to tape the box shut.When we opened it at their house Saturday (12/16/23) we noticed the legs and remote missing. It was a samsung TV just nothing but it and the power cord. No legs no remote.So yesterday 12/18/23 less than a week later I went back to return it. Of course they had to open the box and check serial numbers verify what I said etc. When they checked the bar codes and serial numbers IT WAS A TWO YEAR OLD TV THAT WAS MISSING STUFF AND STRAIGHT UP BROKEN!!!!!! They called down a manager, I later found out he was a manager coach that happened to be there and he has the most authority, his name is Chad. Without talking to me about the situation or what he could do he looked at me and said there is no way I'm refunding you call 1800 Walmart. I was calm and respectful to everyone until that moment.When I told him that he sold me a 2 year old TV that was broken and missing parts he had the nerve to say "Why would you buy it if it was open" I asked why they would sell it if it was open and all he kept saying was you won't get a refund and to call the number. The return desk was immensely helpful keeping me happy and answering what questions they could.If they were the managers and I couldn't get my money back I'd have even been happier because of what they are trying to do. The Manager coach Chad made no effort in asking me my story or have any interest in figuring out how someone managed to get a two year old TV into an new box without getting caught. To me that means either someone at the return desk, someone at electronics or someone in the warehouse did it. Employees there have always been. Kind and courteous but THAT manager chad needs fired.

Can't get help at any counter. They definitely don't need the sales. Stood at the jewelry counter for a purchase for 30 min. Never got helped. Supposedly paged someone twice. Still no help. Won't be back.

Employees were rude. So many employees blocking aisle with their giant carts. They wouldn't move when they saw me and I had nowhere else to go, even when I ask to be let by they just stared at me. One employee came around a corner so fast, actually hitting me with a pallet cart. Instead of saying sorry she just said "I just need to get through here".

I did the grocery pickup. I am very impressed at the size of the pickup area and that my order was correct! The gentleman that loaded my car was very nice and very good.

The shower head and microwave cart were Walmart.com purchases. I’ve also now used this area’s grocery delivery service. And although our driver was nice and on time, it seemed like they had to have intentionally given us items that were closest to expiring, especially with produce. They also consistently fail to keep many items, specifically grocery items in stock, even though every visit there’s always stockers blocking aisles during the day.

Tried to return a cd, they said its been opened so I cannot return it. This is totally fine, I understand, copyright and piracy concerns. They said I could exchange it, awesome. I go to exchange it but they are out of stock. Ok fine, this cd does not work, it did not work when you sold it to me, and you are out of stock, therefore it should be allowable to exchange right? Wrong, they decide that the customer should be out of luck for the cd that they rightfully purchased that was not in working condition instead of the businesd that sold it to me. Make it make sense. Will not be shopping at walmart anymore unless this is righted, its not hard to do the right thing and somehow walmart has failed right here. If you are an employee and are reading, fix this, your company is in the wrong here. CD was a Hall and Oates CD at the Bloomington Walmart

They are okay. The only times you won't find everything is when school starts. The college kids ransack the place. Go north to Martinsville or down to Bedford Walmart, much nicer stores.

Pleasant evening I had at Bloomington Indiana Walmart this evening, there were several items on clearance that has been on my list. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I found some clothing that I really liked and looked good on me (chuckles!) This Walmart store I feel has been improving in certain areas.

It says I have been at Walmart three years ago but actually I go every day I have my settings turned off but I wanted to say that they have the best greeter of all greeters of all Walmarts!!!! Just do a good job of bringing your groceries and stuff to your vehicle. I don't go inside right now. I am disabled. So,if they don't have my product they give another one of comparable makings. Is usually pretty good! Great job!

The remodel has improved the store's selection. I prefer the grocery sections to the regular Walmart experience, though it's a bit weird to be competing with the pickers for the pick-up orders in the aisles. There are nicer Walmarts but it does seem like some effort was made to improve it recently.
