I Loved Tractor Supply because this was my first time ordering on line. It took me some time to understand but I finally did. The flannel shirts I got for my Romeo for Christmas are Awesome and very warm. I love mine too. Wonderful Customer Service and great smiles!

Bought a mower in april of this year 2022. The bolts on the mower were left loose. The blades were not tight and came off while mowing and a few months later the bolts on the part that holds the blades came out causing it to break and bend the deck . The factory warranty said they will not cover it and the extended warranty that I bought thru the store will not cover it! When I call the store they tell me to call the warranty company.I did call customer service and that's why I'm leaving this review!DONT BUY ANY EXTRA WARRANTY THIS STORE TRIES TO SELL YOU!

I have used the curbside service at this location multiple times recently. Each time the experience has been great. My order has been ready within an hour of placing it online, sometimes less than fifteen minutes. When I go to pick it up the process is smooth and the staff is friendly. I have never ran into an issue with my order not being ready when I arrive. I have experienced that issue with the other farm supply store in Bloomington. To be fair, my order was ready at the other store but it was complete confusion on the phone when I called in to let them know I was there. I understand mistakes happen but I plan to just stay where the order process goes smooth and the staff are friendly and take care of me each and every time. Tractor Supply!!Thank you Tractor Supply for offering this service. I appreciate it. Thank you for being prompt and thorough with your orders.I highly recommend this store, regardless of which method you choose to shop. Curbside or inside 🙂.

The fella that works in The service department. Shorter statued man salt pepper hair. I’m telling you there is no better help than this man he is a wealth of knowledge always willing to help me every time I come in there. I’m just going to say that a lot of people go in there give tractor supply business because of this gentleman he will show you tell you or tell you somebody that does know how to do it if he doesn’t excellent service!!! I will edit his name in there at a later time but he’s phenomenal

We frequent this Tractor Supply often.Today they did not have a turkey fryer burner like i was looking for, but looks like they had cleared out most of the summer grilling items.I usually am able to find what i need at a reasonable price and staff are always friendly.They also have some great buys when items are marked down for clearence.

Was just trying to figure out propane filling and I was treated like a weirdo that didn't know anything or couldn't understand anything. Only reason it was like that because the guy working right now in customer service doesn't know his job or doesn't wanna be there. He walked away from me when I was asking a question, I wasn't even being rude or anything just trying to understand the place cause I'd never been there before.Other than him, I don't wanna take away that it's a convenient little store for the things bigger stores don't always have. The lady at the front was nicer than anyone else and she's probably the only reason I'll even feel like coming back.Just have professional courtesy even if you hate your job.

One employee working besides the manager. The employee was new and couldn't work the register. The manager was outside. The store was lined up with people wanting to check out. TS in Bedford couldn't rent a trailer to us because their plate was stolen. Called TS in Bloomington and asked if they could hold their trailer until we got there. They told us "no problem". They would hold it. We get there. Stand in the long line waiting only to be told they rented it to someone else. First time I've tried taking advantage of their preferred customer perks. NOT IMPRESSED.

I just tried the curbside pick up option through the website. It worked great, and I was able to use paypal, and able to get right through on the phone when I arrived for my order with the back of my car opened for them. It was a true contactless delivery! Sure, they didn't have every single item on my order, and they gave me an email update on what they were able to fulfill before I arrived, but it's a pandemic right now, supply chains are disrupted, and I expected that. I was happy that I was able to get most of my items and the associate I talked to was very kind and apologetic for the couple things they didn't have in stock, even tried to find me something similar that they had in stock while I waited in my car. I'd like to give a shout out to Dee, as she went above and beyond. And please remember to thank these folks that still have to be in contact with people all day and risk exposure to the public so that we can continue our farm chores and feeding our animals. Thank you, Tractor Supply!

Tractor supply offers reduced cost pet immunization services occasionally. We took our dog and paid $128 for immunizations, heartworm check, and a nail trim. I checked one local vet office and the checkup/immunizations were going to cost $170. Another local vet was going to charge $210! So, I'm grateful that there is a place that still charges a reasonable amount for basic pet services. So, thank you to Tractor Supply for offering this type of clinic.

Very nice experience for an exchange. I purchased a valve for my water tank. It was the wrong one. Tractor Supply let me exchange it for the right one quickly with no hassle.

Stopped in on my lunch break to have my propane tank topped off for the weekend. My wife went inside to tell them and they told her it would take a couple minutes even though they weren't busy. We waited and waited in the cold and no one ever came so left without getting any propane.

On 04Oct2020 I observed 4 different customers shopping without facemasks. I was only in the store for 5 minutes, the store was not busy, there was a free facemask station at the front door, and TSC employees were not enforcing. Shame.

Friendly service and the best propane refill price between the two cities (Ellettsville and Bloomington). I use quite a bit of propane in my work so these costs start to add up over time. Thanks for your help!

I went in to buy a pair of blue jeans.for the life of me I can't under stand why the 46x36 for tall people are on the bottom shelf and me at five foot 5 inch, 30 wast 30 inseam is on top hard to see or reach.
