If you need items from Target and don’t feel like going in, if you are in a hurry and don’t have the time to go in, if you don’t trust yourself to stay within your budget - use the drive up order feature. You find what you want, select it, mark that it’s for pick up and then you will be contacted by Target when it’s ready. There are designated parking spots to park and wait for some of the nicest, pleasant, smiling, kind people to bring everything out and put it wherever you want it in your car. It doesn’t get any better than that!!I use it 99% of the time. It saves lugging my walker in and out and painfully walking thru the store to get what I need.It’s amazing! You’ll love it!!

I'm rather upset with how Corporate handles things at this store. Especially when it comes to some of their employees. I believe they really don't take good care of them. Target is supposed to be better than this. I will will not step foot back in this store.This target is rather large. You can easily get lost in here. It's going to take you a while to get through all the stuff in the store. Because they happen to have one come with everything that you would need for your home, your business. They have competitive prices!!

Been waiting an hour for them to pack two things on a drive in pick up slip. This is unacceptable to be honest.Update I called them to ask about it and they said there was no way they could know how long it would take to get the two items. I asked for clarification and they laughed said they were going to hang up because it’s too early. I am disappointed shocked and upset target employees are the worst. Would rather buy from Walmart from now on.

It’s busy during the start of the semester, and is usually pretty active throughout the year. It’s my go to for getting bedding stuff. I actively avoid coming to target when welcome week is in session. The checkout lines sometimes go around the perimeter of the store.

I called to see if they had a movie I needed for Christmas because my Amazon order was messed up, and the young man was very helpful. They pulled the movie I needed and had it ready within the 30 min it took to get there. Amazing and caring staff.

It's typically crowded, like... All the time. Trying to check out will 99% of the time lead to standing in line at the front. They need more self check out. Four just doesn't do it. They waste so much space with lanes for cashier's that they never use. That's why it loses a star. Trying to leave is dreadful experience and may lead to people just dropping their stuff and going somewhere else. Advice, come in through the mall entrance and exit through the mall in the back of the store. Typically no line back there versus the problems up front.

The customer service manager was rude. She made me wait for 30 minutes when there was no one in line. The only reason she finally offered to help was because a second person got in line. And I got to stand there and listen to them. Talk about me the entire time. Because their stuff wouldn't work!

Some staff and managers aren’t so friendly but it’s a nice place to shop overall. It’s always clean and well-stocked, easy to find what you’re looking for, and checking out is a seamless experience overall. The crowds can be off-putting at times so choose your time of day (and time of year! ;) lol) well, but the lines do go pretty quickly regardless.

I love shopping at Target! It is my favorite store. I shop home goods, clothing, groceries, beauty, and every aisle in between! And then I stop at Starbucks on my out of the store!

The Target was clean, nearby the Chick-fil-A and the playplace! The only problem about it is that it took me 5 Minutes to get a staff member to help me at self checkouts, don't use the self checkouts unless if you need to.

Walked in to buy box of dots candy. Head to self checkout and the guy tending the area asks “do you want to buy mints”? What the hell? Do I need mints buddy??? Why would he ask if I wanted mints?It’s time to pay and the card reader won’t accept my chip. I ask the guy and he says oh that’s a tricky machine. He proceeds to take my card and bend it up to force it to fit! I say I will move I don’t need my card destroyed!WOW!!!!

I went in to Target to browse for some shoes. The ones similar to the style I was looking for happen fo be on a table. I got closeTo them and they were filthy. It was clear and obvious that they had been returned by someone who had worn them for days and then returned them To the store. They hadn’t just been tried on, they were disgusting and nasty not only on the bottoms but all over. The material looked like it had been wet as if they’d been torn in the rain and then brought back and out out for someone else to buy at the FULL PRICE! Seriously disgusting!

i was having trouble finding my friend— she is very directionally challenged and struggles with large stores like target. once i described her to an employee named kurt, they very graciously helped me find her. they also price scanned a fan for me. if you’re reading this, kurt, you’re very slay and cool. target hires good people.

The experience was great. I was able to order and pay online. I was able to walk in and get the item and walk out within a few minutes, in spite of the parking lot being full as IU students return to town.

I made an order through the Target website. The website is easily navigable, I found my items easily through “search,” and checked out. I awaited for the email saying my items were ready for pick up, but I did not receive one. I ended up calling to see if my items were ready and they were. The employee was very helpful, kind, and patient as we tried to figure out why I did not get my notification. Target products are mostly fairly priced for the quality, and I was very happy with the products ordered. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of not receiving the pick up email, or I would have given 5 stars for my experience.

Janet J was TERRIFIC. She greeted us as we approached checkout with a smile on her face. We were a tricky order - multiple price matches through the app, circle coupons, and BOGO Black Friday deals - but she stayed friendly and joking with us the entire time and made sure everything in our order was as expected. really unfriendly employees! my boyfriend and I were at self checkout, and it was crowded and there was a line. we were not even halfway done when a women working goes "can you hurry up? I have people in line." So incredibly rude and shocking- especially after knowing target has a very selective hiring process! shocked someone hired that.

Just was there. Manager was so nice and helped me with a price check. While he was checking the price, the associate checking me out at the register asked about my knee and cane. I told him I just had surgery and was looking for a sit down job and told him about my job situation at the moment. Asked if target had any. He replied saying not until Thanksgiving and that he wouldn’t ever ask off even if he had surgery and that it is lazy to ask off. He degraded me and I was so shocked and flabbergasted I didn’t know what to say. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to tell so here I am leaving a review in hopes it doesn’t happen again.

So easy & fast! This was my first time using the Target app for drive up pick up service. I have used a lot of other apps for a lot of other places for pickup. The Target app is a little different, but more efficient. I didn't have to wait at all 4 my order to be brought to my car. They knew exactly where to put it in my car. I was not asked to purchase a minimum amount to get free drive up service like a lot of places do. I definitely will be using this service again!

Who doesn’t love target? I can say for certainty that this is hands-down the BEST Target. Not only are the staff super helpful and friendly, they also have a wide-variety of options in every department. As a former employee many years ago, this was the best minimum wage job I’ve ever worked. They always stress customers as top priority and ensure proper techniques to deal with the more difficult ones. I remember being given many snacks and celebrating positive comments from shoppers. Please leave a comment card for the exceptional employees! My only complaint is a really dislike the lighting in there as I have a sensory issue and anxiety from it. Other than that, love this place.

This was our first time and we love it!! It was so easy, it tracked us as we were close and the guy was coming out the door with our order as we were pulling into the parking lot!! Super nice!! No wait!! I have ordered from other places and picked up, this was the best thing ever!! LOVE!!The ONLY thing that would make it better would be for my local Target to offer cold food items available for pick up!
