Went in looking to switch our cats food. They were very helpful in helping me find something and explaining different brands. I appreciate that you know when they received shipments so you can see how long the food has sat on the shelf. I also love their great selection of high quality pet food. And being able to support a local small business is really awesome. We slowly switched to Fussie Cat guinea fowl & turkey and my cats are doing much better!

I've been here a few times, and it is always a treat. They carry animal themed puzzles and just about anything you could get in a big box store. It's just in a smaller space. This business is a part of what's makes Bloomington unique. They support small buisness (check out the carpeted cat trees), and they have cats/kittens for adoption (if you want/need one..... such a grey area), and there's a mascot cat. But just like most cats, they don't care if you are there 😀.They have been in buisness for over 50 years. So, if you want to support a piece of Bloomington's history, pay them a visit. Yes, I know Walmart is easier and cheaper, and you like Door Dash. Me too! But you won't get anyone to ring you up, and if necessary, carry your items to your car. Not to mention, your vet will be impressed with you. So go buy some dog treats that will have your dog actually listening to you.

Found T&T because I was looking for someone who carried Earthborn Holistic puppy food (trying to find a good brand without a ton of recalls feels like it gets harder all the time) and not many places carry it. Prices were good & they keep track of your purchases for discounts. They have a good selection of foods, treats & supplies for cats & dogs (I’m always in a hurry & haven’t noticed if they have other stuff as well) that aren’t just your big box store items. Got some freeze dried liver treats that the dog, & one chunky red cat, go insane for. Employees are always super sweet, friendly & helpful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good quality products & love the added bonus of supporting local businesses in our community.

Love this small family owned business! They always have what I need in stock and the staff are always so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are a bit steep but the quality of food is well worth a few extra bucks.

The staff are always so helpful and kind. I have a dog with a lot of food allergies, and they keep high quality dog food in stock, and have a lot of raw and low-ingredient treats that keep his belly (and my nose) happy! Plus, they're always so good with my dog when he comes in- he loves the visits as much as I do!

Love this place and everyone who works there!I was trying to get my cat off of Friskies but she wouldn't eat anything else. I came here and the owner made a recommendation and sure enough she made the switch and now eats Fussie Cat. They know their stuff here! Thanks guys.

Hands down the best pet store in town. Very small group of employees and all of them are highly educated on animal Care (and the products they stock). The owner is fantastic and truly cares about his customers - you almost always leave with a free sample or several because! I've been buying my dog care supplies here for a year and have never been disappointed.

I went here for the first time today on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. We were immediately asked if we needed help (which we did) and the lady employee helped us for over 5 minutes as we contemplated different dog bones to buy. When we were browsing, we had yet another employee ask us if we needed help finding anything (a far cry from some of those other stores where it seems impossible to track down an employee). The selection at the store is phenomenal and they appear to have tons of things on clearance as well as a very knowledgeable staff. The same lady who helped us even threw in some free dog treats for our pup at checkout. As an FYI they do charge a fee for using a credit card. There was a sign stating so (I just happened not to notice) so come with cash or debit card in hand (though the fee is pretty nominal). Overall a great experience, I am now a convert and will come here for all my pet supply needs! Shop local!

The staff here are very nice and helpful. They actually seem to want to help you and I think they really care when you are talking to them. It is impressive. Dog food selection is good and reasonably priced. We haven't purchased too many other items to be able to comment on those. But there is a wide selection of items in the store. I recommend at least stopping by this store and checking it out. They seem very knowledgeable and helpful.

I've been a customer here for about 8 years. I fully trust them to help me with decisions with being polite, friendly, and also providing different opinions for my fur babies. They have plenty of variety for treats, bones, and food. The place is clean and welcoming. Hours are reasonable and it's never too busy so you're in and out. I was in Indiana to visit my daughter and we needed a cat harness and grooming supplies. Found a 50% off fur grooming kit but didn't get the discount? Realizing that now while looking at receipt. Funny how i paid 24.95 each for both? Something is not right but i am in California now. Careful folks look at your cost in this store.

This is by far my best cat food shopping experience. I have five cats and they eat a lot, but also are quite picky. The staff is happy to discuss animal nutrition and suggest foods that might be helpful. There are always good deals and incentives for buying certain brands. Overall, a large variety of high quality food and accessories, and the friendly knowledgeable staff always make visiting a pleasure.

Not the place to go if you want the least expensive option...but I'm always proud to support small busijess, especially when they offer such a selection of quality products. My cat and I are very impressed with their selection of foods. Switching to quality wet food with no fillers has helped my tubby rescue kitty lose five pounds. Also a great place to get local eggs. Wonderful, helpful staff.

This is the BEST place to get ones pet food in Bloomington! It is family owned, AND cheaper than any other major source of pet food; especially the high end varieties! The staff is always very friendly and willing to help me find the products I'm looking for. Whenever I need a suggestion, they supply me with not only multiple, unbiased options to choose from, but the knowledge to know what's best for my given situation. The staff doesn't know my name personally, but they recognize me and my dog every time I go in. They are very personable, and really seem to care about my pet. Which means the world to any pet owner. I suggest this place to every single pet-owning friend I have. They deserve your business.

I had my newborn baby in the car and needed a large bag of dog food. I didn’t know how I was going to carry the food and my baby, so I called and they were so accommodating. They brought the bag of food out, put it in my car, took my payment, handed me my receipt in less than 5 minutes. They were so so nice. I knew they would be, they always are, but this was just so helpful.

Family-owned and THE place to go for the best advice for nearly everything related to dog-food, cat-food, shampoos, brushes, excellent selection of high quality treats, and also has a selection of CBD products if your pet needs some. An excellent Bloomington business with friendly helpful service. This shop is the gold-standard, everywhere I have lived I compare to T&T and the comparison's always fall short. T&T is the best!

My wife and I Love this place. We are new to Bloomington and our puppies love their treats! Plenty of food supplies toys. Everything. Nice staff and friendly pet loving atmosphere. Pets are welcome inside and they even have peanuts for shoppers to snack on. Love it!!

The staff here has always been available for questions regarding each product. They have a great selection of different dog foods, including raw (freeze-dried or frozen). They are open till 6:30 Tuesday through Friday,, which is convenient for us. They have been out of stock on their freeze dried raw dog food at times, but I was able to substitute with a frozen raw product Thank you, T&T!
